Avery label template - how do I get it to show when downloaded?

I am trying to design some address labels and downloaded the respective label template for Avery A4 J8160 21 per sheet labels. However I find that I cannot see anything when I open it in Illustrator. All I get is the page outline with no labels. However I can open it and show ok in MS Word. I have stroke at 1pt and 100% opacity and print in black so why can't I see it in Illustrator? Some help please!

Just had a look at the (painfully slow and cumbersome :-P) Avery website and without registering personally I would recommend downloading the Illustrator template from the mac section and try that.

When in iPhoto (photos, library, an album, whatever, etc.) and I try to position the thumbnails at the top of the page I am unable to do so. In the "View" menu of iPhoto, then "Thumbnails" at the bottom, then all the items in the menu are grayed out. I have tried to go to iPhoto prefences and try there, but no luck. I get the beachball turning for a few minutes, then it stops, but still no luck.

How do I get past 995 mb when downloading Maverics

No matter what I do I cannot get past 995 mb when downloading Maverics. I have gone into debug mode in the apple store and have reset. I've deleted all of my cookies, I have a very fast Comcast business internet connection.
I can see the mb count and as soon as it hits 996 the downloading stops and I get an error. It tells me to use purchases but nothing is there and the only thing I see on the page is an error occured.
How do I fix this?

My download speed on our work LAN is 24.52 Mbps down and 4.57 Mbps up. We have Comcast business internet.
I also tried downloading using my iPhone which uses AT&T. I turned wireless off on the phone, made a bluetooth connection to my Mac (also had wireless turned off) and it also stopped at 995.
Right now, after failing to download, a blank button has appeared in purchases. A few days ago, that button would not appear after a failed download, so something changed.
Any thoughts? I really thank you for helping me.

How do I get path to show when searching 10.8.5

When I do a search on my other computers, the window I'm in gives me a "path" at the bottom so that I can find where something is. For some reason on this imac it does not do it. Does anyone know how to find the settings for this?

Try just Opening the Word .doc from within Pages and see if that gets closer to what you want, then copy the chapter you want from the Pages version.

It is marked as an audiobook in Options | Media Kind. It is also marked to Remeber Position, but it does not do that. How do I get it to show up under Audiobooks and remember the position? Media is only where the user puts it.

What version of iPhoto and system are you running?
Try moving the Zoom slider at the bottom of the iPhoto window all the way to the left. Does that let more than one photo display in the window?

You will have to sign in to I cloud on any of the iOS device with version 5 or above once with your Apple Id to use your Apple Id as I cloud account. So if you have an iPhone iPad or iPod touch with iOS 5 or later.
On your iOS device go to settings > I cloud and sign in and you should be able to use your Apple Id as an icloud Id.

If your Mac is new-ish and has one of the Lions as its OS, the drives, cards, USB sticks no longer show up, even though they're there. Go to Finder's Preferences and tick the corresponding items in the General and Sidebar tabs.

It used to be ok. I had a firexox teeshirt from way far back, firefox 1.0. Then i had a hemorrhagic stroke, about 3 years ago. Now i'm back, in a new place, for two months now.
(I use my left hand now...) and once again, i have a desktop, with win-xp (and five internal harddrives, and a 600w ps.) Anyway, for the first time with my new desktop, there is a cursor in the bottom of firefox, and it doesn't show everything, left to right unless i move it.
I've been out of commission, with only a laptop, with win-7-64bit edition, that i got just 7 months before my stroke. My sister threw away all of my desktops...many of which i built. The doctor said i may die...so my sister didn't even wait, but threw away my CLOTHES AND BOOKS AND COMPUTERS (except for the laptop), but she saved most of my harddrives...i guess i taught her how to save harddrives.
Anyway, it's been three years, since i've had no 32bit computer with win-xp, and i can't figure out how to make things go back to the way i'm used to. HELP! I was in your forums, when my e-mail was [email protected], which it will be again , soon. But for how, how do i get firefox to show all, left to right, without a bottom cursor? i know it's possible. Hi manni394, what version of Firefox are you running now?
Firefox 22 has a new way of setting the default zoom level: it is based on your Windows font size setting. So, if you set Windows fonts to 125% (enlarged 25%), your Firefox pages also will be enlarged 25%. On pages that do not adjust their layout, you may get a horizontal scroll bar.
To reduce the zoom on a page, hold Ctrl and tap the - key (the one on the numeric keypad or the one on the number row of the keyboard). The zoom should be reduced for each tap.
If you want to globally adjust your zoom level to be lower, you can use either of these add-ons:
