AVG is picking up my profile as a infection

I use AVG recently it has started picking up a infection - virus found spam - upon checking the rest of the link its my profile, i run my other security programs an they find nothing, need to know whats causing it an how to fix it.
== This happened ==
Every time Firefox opened
== about 5/13/10

Could you paste the name of the detection from AVG?
I am guessing it is detecting it in your cache.
See [[Firefox cache file was infected with a virus]] for more information and how to clear your cache to most likely resolve the detection.
Note: It is unlikely that you have been infected.

  • Send emails to specified users, but SAP is picking from partner profile WE20

    Hello
By using FM 'SAP_WAPI_START_WORKFLOW', passing with task = 'TS00007989' amd triggering workflow, if at all my IDOC get fails! This work flow/task will send en emaill to the Permitted Agent defined in partner profile, WE20 for that partner type/message type, fine. In our case, the Permitted Agent is 'Workflow Administrator', so he is getting emails for IDOC errors.
But, we do not want to let SAP pick this Adminstartor from partner profile, we want to maintain a custom table for users IDs and we want to SAP pick this receivers/recepients from this custom table for User IDs
Note: already am passing user IDs in ' agents' table parameter explicitly, but still SAP is picking workflow admin from partner profile!
How can i achive this? any user-exit or any BADI or ENH? Pls. let me know
    Thank you

    HI
Can you please give inputs on following
    1. Where you are triggering WF using 'SAP_WAPI_START_WORKFLOW'
    2. is that workflow custom workflow ?
There in one way triggering custom workflow when IDoc is in error mode.
    1. When you assign function module to process code there is ALE table button in front of FM.
    2. Once you click that you can assign Object type, start event, end event.
    3. To this particular event custom worklfow will be triggered.
    4. In your custom workflow you can select agents as per your requirement.

  • Assigning AnyConnect Client Profiles based on the machine?

I have an ASA running 8.2.x code with AnyConnect 2.4.x.I have both Radius and LDAP (AD) AAA available.
If a user connects from a company owned laptop, I want to push down AnyConnect client ProfileA (with scripts to map drives etc...) and network ACL's set A.
If a user connects from any other computer, I want to push down AnyConnect client ProfileB (no scripts etc...) and network ACL's set B.
What I would like to do is CSD to do a machine certificate check (for presence of a cert from my private CA) and to assign a EndPoint Policy attribute (Managed on successful check or Unmanaged on failure). I can then use DAP to tailor the ACL's that get set.
It seems like the only way to handle AnyConnect client profiles is with Group-Policy. Using LDAP I can assign a user to a Group-Policy, but I have no way of determining is they are coming in from a company laptop or not when assigning the Group-Policy. DAP can not assign an AnyConnect client profile.
If at all possible, I do not users to have to pick a conenction profile or use different URL's.
Is there anyway to accomplish this?

    Hi
Did you ever resolve this issue?  I am trying to assign a specific IP address based on the hostname or machine cert but the certificate matching doesn't seem to look at the machine cert.
Has anyone got any idea how I could do this?
    thanks

  • Double profiling printing from in InDesign CS5 to an Epson 7800

I had to print a collage of 28 images on one page. In the InDesign print dialogue where you choose the colour management in the options field in colour handling it says let InDesign determine Colours which is unachangeable, certainly on my machine. Under that it suggests you pick the printer profile that you wish to use. When I do this the print is all washed out and pink. I'm aware of the conflict warnings if you try and set stuff in the Mac print dialogue. However trying this I get this error message once I come out of the Mac dialogue and press print in the InDesign dialogue: "Printing error: The Adobe Print Engine has failed to uotput your data due to an unknown problem." Two things: my friend doesn't get this error message and can print away. I finally solved my print problem by choosing Adobe 1998 as my printer profile in InDesigns colour management dialogue!.
My Mac is on 10.5.8 and my friends is on 10.6.8 so there is that. I'm also aware that its possible to get lucky with some files using Adobe 98 as a print space because I used to do it all the time years ago before I ever knew about colour management so I'm not convinced I have nailed this and using Adobe 98 as the printer profile in InDesign just seems stupid. I printed a single image through Photoshop that forms part of the collage and it perfectly matched my colour managed workflow.
If anybody has any ideas i would be very grateful To hear them.
    Regards. Patrick.

I wish I could help, but I just upgraded to CS5.5, and I'm also on Mac OS5.8. I've gone back to CS2 to print because, out of CS5.5 I get a poor b+w print. Adobe tech says my printer is old and suggested updating my printer driver, but I'm using a driver appropriate to my old HP OfficejetPro. My printer's been a workhorse, but they're so cheap, I may buy another printer. It makes no sense that CS5.5 should be so picky about printers.

  • Creation of profile for CO28

    Hi,
We needto create the profile for display of components with some particular fields for CO28 transaction.
I am aware of COIS transaction in SPRO to do that. There is also the transaction OPLM linked for creation of profiles.
Can anyone tell me the exact way and step by step rpocedure for creating a new profile with required fields.
Proper expalantory answer will receive good points.
    Rg,
    Vipul

    Hi Vipul,
Go to SPRO-shop floor ctrl-information system-define profile for order info system.
Here u will find all the objects with the profiles attached for each objects under the Standard profile.
These profiles are used in reporting transactions like
Profile for order info system - COOIS, CO28
profile for picking list - CO27
profile for missing part info system - CO24
Folllowing profiles are assigned to ordertype dependent parameters at plant level - OPL8, Here under display you have to assign these profile in "Display Profile" tab.
    profile for missing parts list
    profile for documented goods movement

  • Color management/print profile setting in LR2

I tried to set a custom print profile in the LR2 Print Module. Specifically, I picked print to JPEG and under "Color Management" I picked "Profile/Other. When I pick other, an empty pick panel pops up. I use Vista 32 and under "\Windows\system32\spool\drivers\color" there are lots of ICC profiles available. How do I point LR2 to the location where Vista stores these profiles?
    Franz

    franz:
    >As described in my opening problem description, I would like to print to JPEG and using the new LR2 ICC profile option provided under "Color Management" / "Profile/Other" and pick an ICC profile.
I'm not sure what the solution may be. When I chose to print to a .jpg file I see four profiles show up: sRGB, Adobe RGB, and Pro Photo RGB in addition to my normal printer profile. If I chose 'Other' then I see all of the profiles in C:\Windows\System32\spool\drivers\color. If I deselect 'Include Display Profiles' then I only see those profiles associated with my default printer. I know that sRGB and Adobe RGB are installed by the disk that installed my V500 scanner drivers, but those are 'generic' files and may also have been installed by other driver software.
Note, none of the profiles in that folder were copied there by me. All 31 were installed either by a printer driver installation, monitor installation, or installation of my Epson V500 scanner.
Quite possibly some were there after I installed the system but before I installed any drivers--I can't say for sure because I never looked at that folder before installing drivers.

  • Unable to load the ICC profile

So a few weeks ago I switched from windows XP to windows vista (i think).
After that whenever I load images from my nikon d90 into pse or ps5 it's I get
an error message stating it is unable to read the icc profile. I then have to manually
pick the icc profile for each image. I then switched back to windows XP and I am
    still getting the same error.
This is making me crazy. How do I fix this?!

  • Lightroom 2 camera profiles

I've tried to install the new camera profiles in LR2 in Windows Vista without any luck. I've followed the instructions and i've checked for the files on the recomended locations. All was right, except there were still no aditional profiles on the camera calibration tab.
    The profiles were located at
    C:\Program Data\Adobe\Camera Raw\Camera Profiles.
    There were two folders there:
    Adobe Standard beta 1
    Camera beta 1
I could load the profiles in ACR, but not in LR. Weird.
After a lot of re-installing i tried to copy my camera profiles to the root folder, so i picked the specific profiles and copy them to C:\Program Data\Adobe\Camera Raw\Camera Profiles
And it worked!! LR now sees the profiles!!
Just thought i'd share this, in case someone has the same problem.
    Cheers.

I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I'm sorry!! I was looking at a jpeg!! I thought it was a RAW file (Canon .CR2). I had shot a Macro and they are jpegs :-(
Now I have my profiles and the moment I changed it to my camera's profile, WOW, I finally have LR show me my files like I wanted!
Now, I STILL don't see the tiny camera with the icons at the top withthe other tools, like I saw in the Adobe page under Getting Started:
    http://labs.adobe.com/wiki/index.php/DNG_Profiles
I really appreciate all of your help and apologize for overlooking this.

  • Pixma Pro-100, ICC Profiles, etc

I'll try to make a long story short.  About 5 months ago I bought a Canon T3i camera.  Didn't like the prints I got at department stores, bought a PIxma Pro-100.  Did some more research, realized I need to calibrate my monitor, bought a Datacolor Spyder Pro 4.
My question(s) are about the software used to get the prints.  I don't have PhotoShop, and I don't want to buy it.  I have PaintShop Pro, but realize I can't use that.  My computer is Win7.  I don't know cameras, but I've been in IT for 30 years.  I know computers.
I am not pleased with the prints I've gotten so far.  The colors all look weak (for lack of a better word).  Everything I've read about the Pro100 says the colors should be rich (saturated).  Mine are not.
I first tried the software that came with my camera.  Digital Photo Professional.  It works with the Canon plugin, Print Studio Pro.  It seems that it recognized, or loads, the ICC profiles for the Canon paper I use.  It doesn't seem to recognize or give me the option to pick an ICC profile for my monitor.
I called Canon support.  The guy I talked to recommended Easy-PhotoPrint EX software.  Said it should have come on the CD with my Pixma.  It did not.  That software does not use the Canon plugin.  And seems more limited.  He said it works well with Canon cameras.  Honestly, he seemed like he was BS'ing me the whole time.  If you don't know the answer, it's ok to just say so, is my feeling.
Ok, it turned out to be a long story.  Can someone help me?  This printer I have does not measure up to everything I've read about it.  I've spent a bunch of money to get good prints from my Canon camera.  I don't have that, not even close.  What do I need to do??
    Solved!
    Go to Solution.

The answer depends on how you are printing. If you use Canon Print Studio Pro it does all the appropriate adjustments after you pick the option in CPSP.
If you are printing from photo software there will generally be an option to either let the printer manage the printing or have the software manage printing. In the software managed printing option you would choose paper profiles in the softwarer and in the printer driver set color management to None.

  • Which Color profile for softprofing to print to Apple's book services?

I'm looking for a simple, specific and official answer as to which specific ColorSync profile should I choose for 'Onscreen Proofing' in Aperture? My intended output is Apples Print Services (Hardcover book).
I've crawled the web looking for this simple answer with no luck.
It seems to me that this profile (ie an accurate characterization of Apple's Printing Services) should be at the top of the list (in View/Proofing Profile/). Instead all I could find are discussion forums which hint or guess as to which profile to use.
Alternatively. It should be documented in the manual or the "How to create great looking books?" articles something like: "If you are going to order a book from Apple, then choose the sRGB profile for onscreen proofing. Apple's services are calibrated to this profile and guarantee consistent results". <-- Something like this appears nowhere!
So again. I'm printing my books ($$$) on Apple. Which Proofing profile should I choose?

I'm looking for a simple, specific and official answer as to which specific ColorSync profile should I choose for 'Onscreen Proofing' in Aperture? ... Alternatively. It should be documented in the manual or the "How to create great looking books?" articles something like: "If you are going to order a book from Apple, then choose the sRGB profile for onscreen proofing. Apple's services are calibrated to this profile and guarantee consistent results".
    Not sRGB, argghhh -:)
In a colour matching conversion, you have a source colour space (in this case, your ICC type MNTR Monitor profile for your RGB working space) and a destination colour space (in this case an unknown ICC profile, probably of type PRTR Printer).
Your aim in the ICC architecture is to capture into and correct in as large a source colour space as is necessary to contain the colours you can render on the largest colour spaces of displays, printers and presses. This excludes sRGB as source by definition.
The sRGB colour space is the colour space of an HDTV cathode ray tube. This colour space cannot hold colours a lot of output devices can render, including the pure cyan of an ISO 12647 offset printing condition on art paper, and for inkjet sRGB is even worse as source.
Open the Apple ColorSync Utility, select sRGB in the RGB profiles list, click the Disclosure (triangle) icon in the CIELa*b plot, and select Hold for Comparison. Then pick an inkjet profile in the RGB profiles list or a large gamut offset profile in the CMYK profiles list, and turn the 3D graphic to see what can be matched directly and what can be matched only by reshaping the colours.
PDF printing masters can either have only the source ICC profile(s) embedded or both the source and destination ICC profiles. In the former case, the colour matching is done at runtime and you have to wait to see what prints.
In the latter case, you embed the destination ICC profile as OutputIntent and submit PDF/X-3. Since you are allowed to embed either type PRTR Printer or type MNTR Monitor profiles as OutputIntent, and since both are bidirectional for printing as well as for proofing, you have a contract proofing condition.
But in order to work with PDF/X-3 you need to know enough about rendering intents and gamut mapping behaviours that you don't set the wrong rendering intent per object in the page. So a runtime rendering workflow ensures that you get to draw to the maximum gamut available in the printing service, without giving you advanced controls.

  • Installing paper profiles in CS5

I am trying to install Hahnemühle paper profiles to print on my Epson R2880, but can not get them to show up in the Printer Profile drop down in the Print window.  I have gone to the paper web sites and picked the paper profile I need.  Then download to my new iMac and they don't show up in Color Sync or in CS5.
I had no problems in my old iMac in having them show up as a selection option after I closed Photoshop and reopened it, but can not get my new iMac to do the same.
    Please help!!--Steve

Check that the profiles are installed in the correct location as shown in the Choose Profiles dialog box which opens from LR. On 32 bit OS this is windows/system32/spool/drivers/color...this may be different on 64 bit OS. LR will only recognise RGB profiles so if you have CYMK profile these will not show up.Also check the box Include Display Profiles as sometimes paper profiles show up as display profiles for some reason.

  • Hot to create color profile if I can't disable color management?

I have Canon PIXMA iP4600 printer. I wanted to create custom color profile for Canon Photo Paper Plus Glossy paper, but I can't disable color management in the Print dialog. There are two options: SolorSync (and I have to pick some color profile I'd like to use), or Canon Color Matching. There is no way to disable color management.
I tried to create custom profile by choosing Canon Color Matching, but it turned out to be way worse than the original Canon profiles. Jeans in printouts are not denim blue but ultramarine! I suspect this is because profile target was printed with some color profile enabled.
I just thought maybe there are some "fake" printer profiles out there? Profiles which don't translate anything and what goes in, comes out 1:1? This way I could work-around this problem.
My problem is that in printouts I need little bit more more saturated greens and 4-7% less red component.

    Hello Guntis,
As you have seen with the Canon iP driver, there is no function to disable color management, you either select ColorSync or Canon Color Matching.
When you select ColorSync, your output will use the default profiles assigned to the paper stocks for the Canon driver. If you wanted to see the Lab plot for that particular stock, open the ColorSync application and select the Profiles pane. If you then expand the Other entry you will see all the profiles for the default paper stocks for your iP4600 and their respective color gamuts.
If you then wanted to check which paper stock matched the code names, such as SP, MP and PR, you could select to print from an application and open the Color Matching menu. If you then set the option to ColorSync and leave the Profile set to Automatic, then open the Quality & Media menu and select Photo Paper Plus Glossy and then switch the menu back to Color Matching, you will notice that there will be writing under the Profile menu, stating the profile used - in this case SP2.
If these default values are not delivering the color output you want, then I suggest you set the Color Matching menu to Canon Color Matching and then use the Color Options menu to tweak the Magenta and Cyan values to boost the greens and reduce the reds.
Note that you should also set your application to let the printer manage the color.

  • Samsung 2493HM, Epson 2880 CS4 Profile Problems

    Hardware
    Datacolor Spyder2
    Samsung 2493HM
    Epson 2880
    Windows XP SP3
    ATI HD 5670
    Using DVI not HDMI
For months I've been printing using a photo lab with no problems.  I finaly replaced my old Epson R280 with a R2880.  I've loaded the icc profiles for the printer and Epson Ultra Lustre Paper, ran the Spyder calibration but am still getting prints that are one or two stops darker than the proof view using the icc profile.
I'm set to North American PrePress2, aRGB, No printer color Management, Black Point Compression, Show Paper Color, picked the icc profile for the paper at the quality setting I'm using (Photo or Super).
My monitor's calibrated to D65, gamma of 2.2.
I suspect the monitor is off and the printer is fine.  the monitor lists the contrast ratio of 20,000:1 and it normally outputs 400 cd/m^2.  So it is quite a bright monitor.  Other people I have sent images to that look fine on my display comment that they are dark on theirs.
And yes, adobe gamma is gone.
My ambient lighting is very low (my basement with a 13W 2700K Compact Flourescent) in a Luxo lamp but I judge proofs using my North facing window upstairs.
What steps should I be taking to verify the source(s) of the problem?

From an Adobe Print engineer.  Hope this helps.
He's got his monitor set to "as bright as the sun" brightness (as witnessed by "everyone else think my images look too dark.")
Turn down the monitor brightness and everything will work fine.
