Avoiding the need to reselect the editing tools (underline, highlight, strikethrough) in acrobat x
i have long wished to find a way to avoid the need to reselect the editing tools (underline, highlight, strikethrough) in acrobat x. this was the case in version 8, it meant that you could make multiple underlines etc in a document without returning to the toolbar each time to select the tool.
any thoughts would be greatly appreciated

Bring up the Properties toolbar (Command+E) and select the tool you want. You should see a "Keep tool selected" check box.

According to your post, my understanding is that you want to directly insert pictures inside a wiki page without the need to enter the picture's properties.
Per my knowledge, you can use javascript to bypass Edit Properties Page while uploading pictures.

can't restore apple id , because apple were blocked for security reasons, but to restore the need to enter the key two- step werification . after typing it , apple sends a 4-digit code on the ipad , but at ipad I am not connected to icloud ,so i cant get code . but if i want to recover apple id, i need to connect icloud, so what to do? help !
I have (sorry forgot to add that). I was switched around and finally I was told I would be put through to a supervisor but after being on hold for about 10 minutes the phone went dead, I did not lose connection so I do not know if I was hung up on or there was some technical difficulty. I called again yesterday and did in fact speak with a supervisor for Account Security but he told me he did not know why it was happening and put me through to a different number but that ended up not being any helpful either. That's when I decided to give it a shot on here!

I was lately downlaoding a 700mb file, but i lost the internet connection and only 635mb was downloaded and i have the .part file but the download menu says that download failed so i cant click resume, is their any way that i can continue dowlaoding the file without the need redownloading from the beginning?
I do not know if your file can be recovered. But I may be able help you to recreate it with ease. If you will settle for a composite where all image are re-sized for a particular tile size and virtually cropped to its aspect ratio. Not exactly........
Cmd-Delete deletes a selected file without a mouse.
What you want, I think, is a way to select the file (presumably in Finder) without a mouse so that it can be deleted.
If you open a new Finder window - Cmd-N you can navigate with the up/down arrow keys as you navigate a file is selected , once selected it can be deleted with cmd-delete.
If while navigateing with the up/dpwn arrow keys you encounter a folder you can delete the folder with cmd-delete or open the folder with the right arrow and proceed to naviagte and delete. -

Why does Verizon find the need to change the look of web pages and divert you to other pages?
Why is it that verizon can't leave well enough alone! It seems everytime I log in I can't, because verizon wants me to go to another page or change my info, I just want my email, I don't want to learn about new products and new offers, If there is a time I feel te need, I will come looking, don't shove it down my throat! Another big problem is when they force you to change something before they will let you accesss your email, reminds me of a trick the Russians pull! (If you know what I mean!) If I wanted my page to look like microsofts page ,I would have their service. If you feel the need to change so often, maybe you are in the wrong business!
It can be annoying, but I think their motivation is good. They are trying to make things better for their customers and I think they have, even though sometimes it is annoying. I think it would be nice if they would advise us when the pages are going to be down for maintenance, In the mean time, you could have another E mail account so you can always get access to your E mail.

Making the form "Unsecured" for advanced editing tools in PDF?
I have a Comment Card or Customer Satiscation Survey form that I created through Adobe LiveCycle Designer and I need help... I want to use the "Submit By Email" button BUT I don't want it sent back to me in data form... There is a buttons they click for 1-5 satisfaction and a comment area at the bottom of the form but I want the full form back, not the xml data...
So my plan was to use the Advanced Editing under the Tools tab on Adobe Acrobat Professional... Then use the Link Tool I believe it is to put a mask over top of the "Submit By Email" button and have it send me back the form filled out... I haven't tested this theory yet because the form is "Secured" while in PDF and I don't know how I can get my idea to work...

I suspect that the form is "secured" when viewed in Acrobat becuase you have set an open-password for when the formed is opened in LC Designer. This applies security to the form (which also prevents a user from printing to PDF).
Even if the form does not have the security, you will not be able to use AcroForm tools on an LC Designer form. They are different animals!
There is a solution, which is in plenty of posts to the forum. If you use a standard "button" instead of a "submit by email" button, you can have JavaScript in the click event which would look something like this:

var vBody = "Put some nice customer focused text in here and it will appear in the body of the email for the customer.";

The submit as PDF command will ensure you get the form and not just the XML.
When developing in LC, it is best to do all of the scripting in LC, rather than trying to adapt parts of it in Acrobat (imho) ;-)

Alright so here is the issue. When I first started using iTunes I created my AppleID. I locked it in to remember my password and authorize my computer so that I would NEVER HAVE TO ENTER IT AGAIN. So years pass, no problem. Then "ITUNES 11" come on everyone lets upgrade or you can't proper use the iTunes Store. Seriously it wouldn't let me access the store. Go Figure. So I upgrade simple right? No. It really isn't when iTunes 11 rolled out it was riddled with minor bugs that made the experience annoying so I did a rollback and live without the store for awhile.
About a year passes and I try again this time upgrading iTunes through a COMPLETE fresh install, again I did what had done the first time I logged my AppleID and reauthorized my computer. Hurrah other than getting use to the new UI it ran perfectly. Yes Finally! Right? Again.... No. No more than 2 or 3 software updates later suddenly my password for my AppleID is incorrect I was like "Okay?" and re-entered it thinking the big update cleared my settings.

I was like okay maybe the user agreement change and we all need to reset passwords and re-accept the EUA. So I go through the process to create a new password successfully and reset my AppleID in iTunes with the new password. Come back a few weeks later it happens again this time I enter my new password and what do I get?

So I first do a repair install to my iTunes than reset my password this time NOT setting it to remember password. Great everything works fine again password even matched my Home CompID so that I could NEVER lose it well come a few days later I try to use the store and what happens?

This has been going on for the better part of 3 years I have almost completely dropped iTunes which has the better store library for Goggle Play Music who's store library isn't even a third the size iTunes has because their system works and my log-in is my e-mail. I repeatedly completely uninstalled iTunes and wiped it from my registry in hope a clean install would fix the problem but it never does.
My OS is Vista Home Premium Edition 32-bit and no picking on my OS I been working to get a new computer but that isn't happening anytime soon so I work with what I got.Even removing the .xml files doesn't make a difference. Also, I now installed another update of iTunes, but still having the same problem, and this time there are no .xml files or preference files whatsoever in the Application Data and Local Settings\Application Data iTunes folders. It seems like for some reason iTunes is unable to create these. What should I do?

my mac air have some physical damage , the fan seems not no be working, when they runed the test it is what it showed , now they are telling me that they need to relace evrything, even if is not damaged. The incident hapened week ago , i had not experienced any overheating problems , or any issues.

I always unchecked the " Entrust.net secure server certification authority" before surfing online in order not to be tracked by the hackers. But, with the birth of the latest 4.0 version, I could "tell the web sites I do not want to be tracked". So here comes the question: do I still have to uncheck this item first to get online, pls.? Problem is that I couldn't get access to my bank account or some other investing account with the item unchecked--"This connection is untrusted".

Why does Adobe Acrobat 11 freeze computer?
Downloaded docs. that I try to ad text to freeze up my computer. When I click ad text and try to enter a change the cursor disappears and the computer freezes. I have to hold the power switch and do a re boot. This only happens with downloaded docs.
