AW01N shows planned values in period 12 under posted values tab

Hi,
I need to change the useful life and depreciation key of an asset.  Before the change, the 2009 depreciation values in AW01N under the posted values tab shows 500,000 monthly depreciation from period 1 to period 12 totalling 6M for that year.
After changing depreciation key to ZLNR which has a base value key of 24 (net book value), system added another line item for a planned value of 3.750M.  
Why did the system add another planned value?  I do not want to change the 2009 depreciation values.  However, I must show that the depreciation values in 2010 will "catch up" i.e. decreased depreciation because of longer useful life.

Resolved.  I must close the 2009 fiscal year first before changing the useful life and the depreciation key.

  • Asset still showing planned  value for closed fiscal year.

    *We have a situation:-  After we ran depreciation for Dec 2009, there was a credit memo posting done in the system for a particular asset.  Now, the fiscal year has been closed for 2009 and 2010 is opened. Jan and Feb depreciation posting has been done for the asset for year 2010, but the credit memo posting is still stuck as planned value in the 12th period of 2009. How can we take care of that?  I canu2019t run unplanned depreciation for 2009. Is there a better way to take care of this?  I thought about opening year 2009 for the asset (ccode) and then running unplanned depreciation. Will that be a problem? If yes, what other solution can be proposed.*

    If it is not possible to open the fiscal year because audit          
    has already been completed we have a workaround which is not quite   
    correct from the legal side ist thereport RACORR20_A from note 29694.
    If in table ANLC there are differences between posted and planed     
    depr. the report simply makes: planed = posted.  
    The correct way would be:
    ->  Reopen your GL for FY 2008 via OB52.      
    ->  Recalculate values  (RAAFAR00)                                  
    ->  RAPOST2000                                
    ->  RAPERB2000                                
    ->  RAJABS00

  • Tv shows i down loaded are not under the tv tab on the i pad

    The I cloud is saying the shows are down loaded. They are not showing under the tv tab with in the video icon. When I am at the home page and scroll to the right to enter a search I type in the name of the show and it brings me to it. But how do I get it back under the tv tab along with allthe other shows I have?

    Have you tried closing the Videos app completely and seeing if they show in it after you re-open it ? From the home screen (i.e. not with Videos 'open' on-screen) double-click the home button to bring up the taskbar, then press and hold any of the apps on the taskbar for a couple of seconds or so until they start shaking, then press the '-' in the top left of the Videos app to close it, and touch any part of the screen above the taskbar so as to stop the shaking and close the taskbar.
    If that doesn't work then you could try a reset : press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot.
    Also if they show in the spotlight search screen, then have you tried tapping on them in that and playing them and then seeing if they show in Videos ?

  • AW01N : Difference of value

    Hi,
    In Transaction AW01N (Planned values tab) we have two tables :
    - table 1 : Planned value book depreciation
    - table 2 : Transactions
    for an Asset I have :
    - Table 1 : Acquisition value = 300.000,00
    - Table 2 : total transactions = 260.000,00
    So I have a difference of 40.000,00 ??? (in Transaction FBL3N I have the same value as total transactions so 260.000,00)
    Why have I this difference ? and how can I find the source of this difference?

    Please correct the values as follows.

    Here you will find:
       - RACORR110.txt
       - RACORR55.txt
    The relevant note is 366848.
    At first please run the report RACORR110. Please check the field ANLC-ANSWL before and after running the report.
    The report RACORR110 accumulates the values of the asset line items and writes the result in the field ANLC-ANSWL.
    Attention: At first please run RACORR110 with test flag (makes no database update)
    After this, please start the report RACORR55 to forward the values to the next fiscal year.

    And my account books are closed.

    Hi Experts,
    For reporting purpose I need Planned Values of the particular asset, If we see the Planned Value TAB in asset explorer(AW01N) there are many fields and its corresponding values.
    Actually I have to use Net Book value field of column Fiscal Year Start, what I guess if I get all the Planned value then with the help of calculation we can get the Net Book Value.
    Additionally, I have to get the value for Loss/gain on Retirement which transactional data. Is there any FM or other source of data?

    Dear Gurus
    I am not able to the change the investment cost in plan value tab after creating an appropriation request. We have done an upgrade from ECC6 to EHP6. Earlier we were able to change. We want to change the plan value ,since an approximate value is entered while creating and later, on we change the value to the cost incurred.

  • Planned values of profit centers not showing up in customised report painte

    Hi,
    I made a customised profit center report via report painter.  I have already uploaded planned values in KP06.  In the customised report painter, the record type is "1" (plan) and version is "0" for actual/plan.  The columns for the planned values do not show any figures.  But when I generate std SAP report S_ALR_87013340 - Profit Center Group: Plan/Actual/Variance, it shows the plan values.  In that way, I know that the cost center upload is correct.   
    Please advise on how to show the plan values on the report painter.

    ahhh...the fact that you can see the actual values has made me realize what the problem might be. GLPCP and GLPCA (actual line items) use different fields in regard to the period. I assume that you are utilizing the POPER characteristic to select the periods....correct?
    In that case please try the following: copy library 8A3 into the customer name space (I would always base customized reports on your own library). In your copy activate the RPMAX characteristic. The re-create your report based on the new library and make the following changes: use RPMAX in the general selection and only use POPER in the column definition for the actual values. That should work.

  • Depreciation Planned Values missing in AW01N

    Hi ,
    we have a scenario in which few assets is not showing any depreciation values for period 9 (i.e. post/planned), instead the depreciation value period 9 is transferred to the period 10.
    Example: if depreciation value is 100 EUR for all the periods (1-12) and the depreciation run is successfully completed till period 8 for an asset. when we analyse the period 9 planned values in Asset Explorer screen, the entire row is missing and the period 10 is showing with a planned value of 200 EUR (inlcusive of period 9).
    Any solution to rectify this scenario ?

  • 7KEX PCA Excel Upload - plan values not splitting between period

    I am using 7KEX to upload a csv file for PCA plan figures, on the layout I have created there is 1 column for each period however the only figure getting upload is period 1, the remaining periods are not getting any data.  I have checked the CO upload program and this is working, compared the column for periods using the characterics "period"
    Has anyone had this issue?

    Here some more information about the report S_ALR_87013336
    . This report belongs to the group of drill-down/interactive reports.
    This means that those reports are always aggregating/cumulating account
    values in the following way:
    'From'-Period: 0  (this is hard-coded in the system and cannot be
                      influenced by the selection criteria in the field
                      'From period')
    'To'-  Period:    selected period in the selection criteria.
    This is because the drill-down reports like S_ALR_87013336 should
    provide the ability to show the stock values of the BALANCE SHEET
    accounts ands so it has to accumulate the values from period 0 to the
    selected period. Furthermore, report S_ALR_87013336 shows only values
    for balance sheet accounts.
    Please also consider the attached note 180906 which explains the
    different update logic for the periodic data transfer programs, namely,
    1KEH, 1KEK, 1KEI and 1KEJ. I am sure your postings you mentioned have
    been made by any of these periodical transfer programs.
    So please consider the described update logic of the tables GLPCA (line
    items) and GLPCT (totals table). So if you want to see the balance over
    the periods 1 - 12 in TN KE5Z you only have to inout in the period
    field in TN KE5Z 12 - 12 and NOT 0 - 12.

  • Report Internal Order needed - showing Plan and Budget Values?

    Hello,
    I want to create a report (Report Writer/Painter) which shows for example in one column the planned values and in another column the budget value of an order group.
    I know the standard reports S_ALR_87012993 - Orders: Actual/Plan/Variance and the other standard report S_ALR_87013019 - List: Budget/Actual/Commitments.
    My question: Is it possible at all to have these both values plan and budget by order/order group in one report? - Or it is not possbile because these values are stored in different tables and different libraries?
    If it is possible with Report Writer, I would be very glad - if not, is there any other chance (e.g. individual programmed report)?

    both are report painter reports for libraries 6O1 and 6O2 which are based on reporting tables CCSS and RWCOOM.
    Try to find all value fields that you need in 6O2 / RWCOOM as this is the "big brother" of 6O1/ CCSS.

  • Activity elements planned values not showing in profit centres and cc.

    i'm currently working on a project involving Co and PS. I'm in charge of the CO module and i've got a problem with planned values on activity elements and in PS. Planned values are calculated on activty elements and so are actual and they show in real time in profit centres and cost centres but not their planned counterpart values. i've absolutely nothing on profit and cost centres reports. Integrated planning is activated in PS and so is project in versions.
    i've asked the PS "Expert" and he said it comes from the "plan cost calculation" tab in cj20n, which obviously isn't the cause.
    Doesn't it come from the project profile or status profile customizing? (opsa or ok02)?
    Can the problem come from CO?

    when i log on transaction 1ke0, i can see all my planned values.
    wouldn't the issue be resolved by launching t-code faglgcle "fi-gl activate update of plan line items" ?

    Hi SDN forumers,
    I would like to seek assistance on this concern of ours re: input of Cost Center planning values. We are using t-code KP06 and activated Integrated Excel for our data upload. The upload works fine, except that I cannot think of a way to input the plan values on an annual basis.
    For example, I would like to input a 12,000 USD plan value for cost center A for fiscal year 2008. Instead of inputting it every month, I was thinking if I can just indicate periods 1-12 in the selection parameter in KP06 and indicate 12,000 USD so that the system would automatically designate 1,000 USD per period. I tried doing this but the system response is that it doesn't designate the amounts per period.
