AX & Plug-in Not Updating to 11.2.202.19

OS - Win 7 32bit
Network - Corporate Network with ISA Firewall & Proxy
Installed both ActiveX & NonActiveX plugins several days ago. Flash Version still shows as 11.2.202.18d for both plugins. Could proxy or firewall be causing a problem?
Also Installed on Home computer Win 7 64bit & that updated both Ax & Plug-in fine.

Slightly off-topic, but somewhat similar problem as in title:
I installed the plugin version (11.2.202.18) for use in Firefox, and it updated as it should. However, the installer (or the updater/update site, can't remember where it showed those versions) told the plugin version as it was, and for ax it reported the installed version (10.3.something; the last stable anyway) correctly, but after the plugin update, the ax was removed altogether!! Meaning no Flash in Internet Explorer (which I don't use anyway). Haven't yet tried the ax version install, but it seems a bit odd that the new plugin version should remove the previous ax version.
There wasn't anything peculiar during the install/update, didn't get any infos/warnings or similar, it just seemed to work until I noticed the missing ax version.
I'm not at my desktop atm, but here's the general system et al info:
Windows 7 Ultimate x64 SP1
Firefox 8.0 beta 5 - 32bit
Internet Explorer 9
If any more information is required, I can dig whatever's in my computer, just ask.
Definitely off-topic: With the new 11.2.202.19 plugin in Firefox, when I watch Flash videos from areena.yle.fi and pause a video for a short time, then resume, the video skips 2 minutes forward. I reported a bug in bugbase, id 3016168, "Flash Player 11.2.202.19 Pause&Resume skips 2 minutes".
The ax uninstall/disappearing doesn't matter much to me, but the pause&skip thingy is very inconvenient; hopefully some fix for this can be found.

The Plugin Check is telling me that "Adobe Acrobat - Adobe PDF Plug-In For Firefox and Netscape 10.0.1" is outdated. I update it (closing Firefox before doing so).

IPod will not update when plugged into computer?

Just recently my iPod with not update when I plug it into my computer. My iPod does not show up on my Mac or my iTunes. When I plug it in the screen shows the do not disconnect sign. I have tried to reset my iPod and checked for new updates, but they haven't worked. If anyone knows what to do that would be great.

Yes. Since I installed the new system software (10.4.6) update Sunday night, I cannot update any of my iPods except the iPod video. The iPods also do not show up on my desktop. The battery charges but that's all that happens.

I have Acrobat Pro v9.4.6.252 and I havd used the Repair Acrobat Installation option but I notice that Firefox v3.6.22 and now Firefox v3.6.23 is still using Adobe Acrobat PDF Plug-In v9.4.5.236. Should the repair Acrobat installation of Acrobat Pro not update the Firefox Plug-Ins as well?

There's an article that Apple has acknowledged this issue. They recommend turning off imessages, reset all settings and then reactivate imessages.
If that doesn't work, you may just have to wait until they release an update, which should be pretty soon.

We won't know until you try the procedure. The reset will not affect the content of the iPod.

My playlists will not update from PD to iPhone

iOS version 8.1.3 iTunes on PC 12.1.1.4
I have modified several playlists on the PC but they have not updated on the iPhone.
What I've Done:
1. Create new playlist on PC, modify others
(In the past I've had almost instant updating over WiFi)
2. Wait a week (many hours plugged in with USB cord, many hours just on WiFi)
3. Created test playlists on iPhone - did not update to PC
4. Install new version of iTunes on PC (to the current version)
5. Wait another day (many hours plugged in with USB cord, many hours just on WiFi)
6. On phone, turn off iTunes Match, then on again (While phone is plugged in with USB)
7. On phone, turn off iTunes Match, reboot phone, then turn iTunes Match on again
8. On phone, turn off iTunes Match, plug in with USB, on PC do manual "Sync iPhone"

okay.. when you connected your iphone to your mac and click an on device summary. then scrolled down the. there should a line that says Manually manage music and videos. if is not have a check on the box click, then click on it after that click on that says apply and then you should be done
