Ayuda! no puedo desinstalar iTunes!!

Tras actualizarlo no lo podía abrir, asi que lo pense en instalar de nuevo; pero al momento de destinarlo me dice que no esta la carpeta que contenga el paquete de des-instalación. y fui a revisar al equipo y en la carpeta d Itunes solo hay las carpetas de iTunes Helper. ¿Que hago? ¿como lo desinstalo? Ayuda.
