Azure Pack PLAN status always Out of sync

I got the issue in my lab, The PLAN's status shows Out-of-sync after apply sync action in Azure Pack. So the tenants cannot create Virtual Network & VM. Thank you for your help!!

Can you make sure that VMM, SPF and WAP are on the same Update Rollup level?
If you have recently installed WAP, then UR3 may be present there, and it is important that you install UR3 for VMM management server and VMM console (which is also on the SPF server).
Currently, we have only UR2 for SPF, which must be installed too.
For troubleshooting, you can check the ManagementODataService log on your SPF server as well as the dedicated WAP logs on each WAP component.

  • Sound import to 25 fps sequence is always out of sync and need rendering!!!

Anyone know why an aif sound file from Pro Tools imported to 25 fps sequence is always out of sync and needs rendering? It is like FCP is converting it to another freq. when it is 48k already! I do this all the time with NTSC and 23.98 projects, what is up with the 25 frame seq.??
    Thanks, Mark

I know that things need to be at 48K this would not matter anyway if it was 44.1 FCP would do the conversion and not make it out of sync in an NTSC Timeline, but a PAL timeline FCP screws with the sound file. The files came from pro Tools, the industry standard should mixing.

  • Audio Almost Always Out of Sync

I use FCE HD and I always import my mini-dv footage using the 'capture now' option.
The audio is almost always out of sync by being 15 to 25 frames ahead of the video!@#$%
The footage is always shot in 16-bit thus I use the DV NTSC 48 kHz setting which should be correct.
Can anyone shed some light on this frustrating situation?

  • Phonebook, Backup Assistant and Verizon Cloud always out of sync

I have a very strange problem regarding syncing. Basically, the contacts in my phonebook on my Droid Razr HD, are never in sync with Backup Assistant Plus and the Cloud. My understanding was that if I edit, add or delete a phonebook entry, it would be backed up and kept in sync with Verizon Cloud, which I subscribe to. But that never happens. Entries are in the Cloud, but never in sync with my phonebook. And when I click on a contact in the Cloud, it is always empty. It is though all 3 entities are stand alone products which remain out of communication and out of sync with each other.
Backups take place at schedule intervals, and rarely fail. Yet nothing seems to happen. Reading other posts about the issues people have with syncing, it is clear to me that sync is the problem child of Verizon, and few if any CSRs seem to understand it. If you talk to 5 CSRs, you will get 5 different explanations of how it is supposed to work, and the customer is caught in the middle. I've tried all the usual steps, including Sync All, Sync Now,
In People-->Settings-->Contact Storage-->Contact Storage Accont, the only options available are Backup Assistant Plus (which I've selected) and Google (unselected). Cloud is not even an option and seems to work in a standalone mode. I don't even know why BAP is offered, when Cloud is being used. I thought Cloud was the replacement for BAP? The whole thing is a bit of a mess, honestly, and needs to be re-engineered from top to bottom. In the meantime, would anyone know how I can get these products to work as they should?

    Ann154 is correct, use gMail.
The Verizon cloud is not acceptable or functional.    I went through the set up with Verizon and was not able to get backup assist and cloud to do it's job.
I just switched carrier, and from Android, to iPhone, back to android.   The only way to get it all together was to use gmail (which I did not have, but opened free, just for this purpose.)

  • AIFF's imported are always out of sync and need to be rendered!!!!!

I have had this problem for years, has anyone figured out hoe to get sound files that are in sync in pro Tools and in Sound Track Pro to be in sync in FCP??
This is the strangest thing that you can not import files into a PAL session without a red line needing to be rendered and without the audio drifting!!
    Any ideas? Thanks, mark

  • Always out of sync

    Hello all,
Just trialing the captivate software to create html help
files but im consistently seeing text boxes pop up out of sync.
to see what i mean i created a very short demo
    http://www.jobsinswindon.com/help/test.htm
    Am I doing something wrong?
    Thanks
    Mike
    Am

You are doing a few things (wrong) that are common to many
new users, Mike. Don't dispair, let's work on a few of them.
    1) You have created the "test" movie as a 1280x998 monster. I
know of no one who runs a display large enough to see your mvoie
without (at least) vertical scrolling (keep in mind I'm in Iowa USA
and we just got telephones last week, so full-wall monitors are
pretty rare here). Make your movies of a size that compliments your
    end-users screens.
1a) In the absence of other criteria, make 740x520 a
"standard" size for your movies. Most monitors today run at 800x600
or (more likely) 1024x768 pixels. But keep in mind that the
"chrome" on the end-user's browser is going to require some major
real estate for itself, so allow for that.
    2) The "out of sync" issue can be fixed by taking more time
between "clicks" during the recording process, OR by taking your
background captures by pressing the "PrtScr" keyboard key instead
of relying solely on the "automatic" featuresof Captivate. What's
happening is that you are clicking here and there rapidly, and the
screen shot is being taken (and the text-caption added) before the
web-based target background-change has had a chance to fully
"render" to your PCs video system.
2a) This just requires some practice to get a feel for the
time it takes to fully render screen changes, and - often - it will
help is you supplement the auto-capture feature with the pressing
of "PrtScr" to be sure you capture all the background changes you
    intended for the movie.
2b) Watch the Captivate icon in the System Tray - it will
flash 'red" each time a screen-shot is captured. If you don't see
the red flash, press the PrtScr key to force a capture. It is
easier to delete the shots you don't need than it is to later add
the ones you missed by moving and clicking too fast during the
    recording phase.
    G'day!

  • H.264 Audio Out Of Sync in Media Encoder. Help Needed.

I use Adobe Premiere Pro CS3 and I find that the best way to get a good video with low file size is by Exporting to Media Encoder and using
the H.264 codec. Note, this is the codec by itself NOT the one used with the Quicktime preset.
Here's the problem : When I export these files, they always end up a few frames slower than what I have on the timeline and the audio is always
out of sync by just less than a second. Although it's a very small difference, timing is crucial in editing when it comes to dialogue as I'm sure anyone who uses Premiere understands.
I have tried tweaking with the settings. I've used VBR 1 Pass, 2 Pass, CBR, Progressive Scan, Upper and Lower fields first, all of that.
Has anyone else had this problem, and if so how was it solved?
IF not, can anyone give me a good solution as to how I can get good video quality + low file size. The benchmark is a 45second video takes a maximum of 5MB, Quicktime video. Any suggestions or any methods you find better? Any ideas on how the guys at Apple Trailers manage to do the job so well?
All the help is appreciated. Thanks, guys!

Hi Jeff, I've experimented with a bunch of formats to find the root of the problem, but for this conversation I'll use a Quicktime (.mov) example.
    Source Footage Settings :
    Video : 640x268, Millions of colors. FPS : 23.98 Data Rate : 1.15mbits/sec
    Audio : AAC, Stereo (L R), 44.100 kHz
    Sequence Settings :
    Video : Quicktime Movie, Pixel Depth : 640, Frame Rate : 23.976
    Audio : Source Audio Format : 44100 Hz - 16bit Stereo. Project Audio Format : 44100 Hz - 32bit floating point - Stereo
    Average Data Rate : 141KB / second
Pixel Aspect Ratio : 1.0 (Square Pixels)
    Export Settings :
Main Concept H.264 Video, Custom Preset.
Video : Frame width & height is same as source. Frame Rate : 23.976. Field Order : None (Progressive) Pixel Aspect Ratio : Square Pixels
               Profile : High. Level : 3.0. Encoding : VBR, 1 Pass. Target Bitrate [Mbps] : 1.3. Maximum Bitrate [Mbps] : 1.5
Audio : AAC, Stereo, 44.1 kHz. Audio Quality : High. Bitrate [kbps] : 192. Precedence : Bitrate
    Multiplexer : MP4. Stream Compatibility : Standard
NOTE : I have done the same with .avi files as well with the same audio lag issues. As for the file above, it's a trailer off Apple Trailers which also uses the H.264 encoding. To prove that there is a lag, I imported the 'rendered' file back into Premiere, placed it on a seperate layer on top of the original footage in the timeline and pressed play. As expected, there was a difference in audio playback and video was about a frame late.
    Any ideas? Thanks!

  • Audio/Video Out of Sync (PE 10)

I have read some posts regarding this, but they have not been helpful.
I recordered audio/video with an ASUS Transformer Pad Infinity TF700T in 720p .mp4 format.
When importing into Premiere Elements 10 on a Windows 7 (64bit) PC, the audio and video are sometimes out sync when editing, and when they are rendered to the final product, they are always out of sync.
I have tried changing to other formats (.avi), as some people stated that variable frame rate issues can come up when using a non-camcorder to record video, but the .avi actually made it worse, to the point that only the audio played.
I turned my PC off and on again, and killed all background actions on the PC.  The video plays fine in Windows Media Player and VCPlayer.
If anyone has advice as to how to fix this, it would be greatly appreciated.  I've spent 7 hours on this project, and am more frustrated than ever.
    Thank you.

    nierielimladris
I have downloaded your AVCHD.mp4 video, checked its properties, and studied its performance in Premiee Elements 10 Windows 7 64 bit from the point of view of import, playback of rendered Timeline in Edit Mode monitor, and playback of an AVCHD.mp4 export of that Timeline content. I stared into the monitor to watch the lip movements as the sound played  back. In any of the following I have not observed any out of sync audio.
    MediaInfo basic properties included
    a. AVCHD video compression, frame size 1280 x 720 @ 15.119 progressive frames per second (variable frame rate with minimum = 13.501 and maximum at 18.793)
    b. AAC audio, mono.
Premiere Elements 10 project preset that I used was
    NTSC
    AVCHD
    AVCHD LITE 720p24
In Project media, Interpret Footage told me that it recognized a frame rate of 15.0710.
Rendered the Timeline content and watched the lip movement as I listened to the audio. No out of sync audio.
    For export,
    Share
    Computer
    AVCHD
    Presets = MP4 HD720p24
under the Advanced Button/Video Tab, I set for 1220 x 720 @ 15 progressive frames per second. The export settings dialog under Advanced Button/Video Tab looked like the following
I watched the playback of this AVCHD.mp4 export and again did not observe any out of sync audio.
All video playbacks were with Windows Media Player 12.
Have you worked specifically with the video clip that you provided for download? If you have and you
found out of sync audio, then I am suspecting that this might be a system rather than a video problem.
It is a way out stretch, but...there have been some strange display goings on with Premiere Elements 10 and NVIDIA video card drivers recently. For all these cases, the answer has been rolling back the video card driver instead of the typical "making sure you have the latest version of the driver installed". What video card are you using in your computer?
Please review and then we can decide what next.

  • Video is out of sync

when i convert my vids *like music videos* from mpg, or mpeg or whichever...to the mp4 format....the videos are always out of sync..i use Xilisoft Video Converter 3

You might want to explore some conversion programs, that will allow you to do batch processing. Personally, I use an older shareware program, DigitalMedia Converter 2.7 (Deskshare), but am on a PC, have not tried their newer versions, including their "Pro" version. There must be similar conversion programs available for your platform, that WILL allow you to load them up, make the necessary settings, and then batch the whole bunch. Doing it one at a time, for 50, would get my attention.
Good luck, and if you find a conversion program, that does what you need, with your source files, and then can do it in batch, please let us all know.

  • Export to ME to H.264 Audio Out of Sync

HELP!!!!!! Adobe Premiere Pro CS3, 3.2 version Windows XP. For sometime now I have had to go back into Premiere and shift the audio forward so it is many frame ahead of the video when viewing in program monitor so that when the project is exported to Media Encoder CS3 and then to H.264 for streaming on Vimeo the audio will be in sync with the video. I spend hours and hours editing the project so it plays perfectly in Premeire and then have to spend hours exporting to test to see if the video is going to play in sync with the audio. But NO!!!!!
I have seen many, I mean Many of posts all over the net about the audio sync problems and how Abode just ignores the problem. WHAT UP with THAT????  Come on guys!!! You take our money and sell us a product that doesn't work?? At least you can fix the bug and or tell us how to create a work around!!! COME ON! I guess I should have bought FCP instead. NAB is coming up, a perfect time to corner the Adobe clan with a video camera and get their answer to fixing the problem. Once I do, I'll post it online... but then again, the Audio may be out of sync??? Unless they give me the magic fairy dust to sprinkle on my computer to make CS3 export properly. (I hear that this problem still exists in CS4, CS4 and even CS6!!!)  HELP!!!!! I need to be able to export into Media Encoder and output to H.264 perfectly each time!!!!

Results: audio on h.264 is always out of sync, 14 frames ahead of the video
Has this always been happening? YES. I have reinstalled this CS 3 on two different computers with freshly installed OS win XP with SP3. Always the same results.
Comment: Surely there has to be a preset for H.264 to output perfectly to YouTube or Vimeo with out all the beta testing and re-editing. Is there another software available to convert to?  The export to movie function seems to work perfectly. It's just when exporting to Media Encoder. This leads me to believe that the problem is inherent to Media Encoder. If I have to buy a software converter from QuickTime movie to h.264 so be it but, you would think this should not be the case.

  • Out of Sync after Red Frames

I'm capturing HD footage from an FX1 camera into my computer. Each clip is appx. 1 hour long (the length of a MiniDV tape). Almost every clip has red frames, after which the audio is always out of sync. Yet when I play the clips in Windows Media Player they are comletely in sync. How can I get Premiere Pro CS4 to play these same clips in sync, the way Windows Media Player does?

I only use new tapes and I clean the heads on the FX1. But that is not the answer to the question I asked. How can I get my very expensice Ppro CS4 to play the clips in sync, the same way my free Windows Media Player plays the same clips in sync?.

  • Audio out of sync after import.

Hello. I've been doing some game recordings with Nvidia's new ShadowPlay. The recording says it is done in "1080p @ 60 FPS with H.264". The recorder outputs into a .mp4 file. When I watch the raw footage, it is all properly synced. However, when I import it into Premiere, it is always out of sync without fail. I know very very little about the program, and have been trying to learn as I go, but I can't seem to figure out how to re-sync it. For now I've been having to cut the sound into parts and adjust the rates manually to get it to sync back up, but this is insanely tedious.
If I can give any more information, just ask for it.

    Sylfaen1 wrote:
I'm not entirely sure what all of these are, sorry. Source monitor is desynced. The default window in the top right corner where the clip is displayed is de-synced. Output is de-synced. I notice that the Video & audio are the same link in the timeline, but the audio cuts out early. I tried cutting out the blank audio and using the rate stretch tool, and that didn't help (not even sure if that's the right tool). I also noticed that the video in the timeline is longer than the original. I've managed to sync the start and ending using the rate stretch tool, but the middle parts are always still de-synced. It's driving me nuts.
    Hi Sylfaen1,
In my experience, whenever anyone captures game play there is usually some framerate anomaly in the exporting process of the host application. You say your footage is 60fps and is .mp4, I would verify that. Right-click (or control click on Mac) and choose "Properties." See if your frame rate is indeed 60fps. If it is another frame rate, or is variable, you might have sync problems in Premiere Pro.
If that is the case, you will have to transcode the video to another format with a standard frame rate. You can use Adobe Media Encoder to do that.
    Thanks,
    Kevin

  • Stereo bluetooth problems ( Volume control & Video out of Sync )

I just got a Sony HB-IS800 Stereo Blue-tooth Headphone for my iPhone 3GS.
There are a number of problems with 3.0 and stereo blue-tooth.
    1) The biggest issue is no volume control on the iphone when you connect your blue-tooth headphones. the sound is set at a loud volume and there is no way to adjust it at all.
    2) The second issue playing video on the iphone and the sound on the headphones are out of sync with the video's audio about a second or two. Sometimes I play a movie and don't see this issue or it is not that bad. All video Podcast are always out of sync.
I have test this on my iMac and I can adjust the volume and don't have audio sync problem at all.
I was wondering if in the 3.1 iphone firmware are these issues fixed in anyway?

  • Photo booth - audio video out of sync problem

    Hi
I'm using Mountain Lion 10.8.1 and Photo Booth 5.0
Photo Booth has severe audio video syncing problems!! When I record a video, the audio is out of sync with the video.
I managed to get it to "sort of" work: every time I want to record a video, I restart the program. I also wait a few seconds to say something after I started to record. Movies longer than a couple of minutes are always out of sync, even when I restart the program....
Untill now I haven't been able to find a sollution for this problem. I searched the web and more people are having these difficulties and don't know how to fix it either....
Maybe someone here knows the answer to fix this problem?
I hope apple will fix this problem in their next update???
    Nice regards!

    Hi
I found the solution for the audio / video sync problem in Photo Booth!!!!!
Go to your Launchpad and open audio/midi configuration. Make sure that your input and output has the same settings. I changed the input and output to 2 channel 16-bit 44100,0 hz. And this did the trick for me!!
Now I can record as many video's after each other without restarting the program and they are all synced one hundred procent!!!!
    PROBLEM SOLVED ;-)

  • Flash audio out of sync

    Hi everyone,
I have an animation that I am exporting as either a .wav or .mov file then editing in different software but when I import the new file it is out of sync.  That sounds confusing so I will explain.
The project is a cartoon and a temp dialogue track was created before animation started.  Then that temp track was used to animate over and do lip synching.  Recently, actors have re-recorded the original temp dialogue track.  So, I need to export the original dialogue track out of Flash, use an editor, in this case Final Cut Pro, and replace the dialogue then export that as an audio file and bring it back into Flash.
But it is always out of sync.  I have even exported a .wav file from Flash then immediately re-imported it and put it on the timeline and it is already out of sync. And it is the exact same audio! I don't even know how that could be possible. Surely if you export a wav from Flash and then re-import it, it should be exactly the same.
    Does anyone have any ideas?
    Cheers,
    Rob

Couple things, Flash uses "stream" or "event" sound:
"To Stream, or Not to Stream
Flash can handle sounds in two different ways, Stream or Event. A streamed sound plays as it comes into the computer. You dont have to wait for the entire file to download. An event sound must fully download before it plays, but is stored in the memory for later re-use.
After youve placed a sound into Flash, youll have to decide if the sound should stream or not."
    http://www.awdsf.com/courseware/flash/flash6_sound.htm
Second, be sure that the frames per sec of the Flash doc EXACTLY matches that of the audio.
Flash high recommmends AGAINST embedding sounds into the timeline (unless they are very short), but I've not had any problems even keeping embedded video in sync with it's sound track as long as I set the Flash document frames per second to exactly match that of the audio.
So for example, a video (with audio) recorded at 29.97 fps, and embedded directly into the main time line would need to have the Flash doc fps set at 29.97 in order to keep the audio in sync with the video. The sound is only going to play correctly at one frame rate... too slow and the wwoorrddss wwiilll ddrraagg oouuttt. Toofastandtheywillsoundfunnybecausethefrquencyofthesoundhaschanged. Makes sense doesn't it?
So it's NOT the audio that's out of sync... there is one and only one frame rate that will work for the audio... it the animation that's out of sync. Change the Flash doc frame rate to exactly match the audio... then sync the animation to match that.
    Best wishes,
    Adninjastrator
