Azure Website deployed, but does not update

Hello,
I've been activly deploying changes to my Azure Website for a couple of days, has worked great. I've used both Git and WebDeploy.
However, now all of a sudden it appears as if changes does not get picked up. The correct files are on the server (checked FTP) and I see a valid "Active deployment" on the Azure portal.
But I can't see the changes (added an "X" to string in the markup of _Layout.chtml to detect it).
Any ideas here? As I said it has worked fine up til now.

We are experiencing something similar with a php Azure website. Site has been previously working correctly with GIT deployment.
Now, updating from GIT after a couple of weeks initial deployment, files confirmed to be updated by FTP.
Old files still being served from Azure, despite browser cache clearing and testing on a mobile devices browser that used 3g and had never been to the site.
The previous occasion this occurred, stopping and restarting the website fixed the problem - that's not working this time.
When the site is stopped, nothing at all is served out, so the caching is turned off with the instance.
However, when the instance is restarted, the old content is once again displayed.
It's been twelve hours now, and the old site is still being served up.
Anyone with any suggestions to resolve this?

Clicking update opens apps, but does not update them

When I click "update" in the app store, the app that should update opens, but does not update.
DEVICE: I am using an ipad mini with iOS 7.0.6 and 5.6 GB of storage available. I don't have any kind of app manager apps or anything like that.
THINGS I HAVE TRIED:
rebooting
closing all apps and rebooting
signing out of app store, closing all apps, rebooting, and signing back in to app store
deleting apps to create more space
changed app store settings to update automatically

The culprit was that the Flash plugin needed updating for FF. That was it.
Go to Firefox; Preferences; General (tab); Add-ons; Manage Add-ons; Plugins.
I clicked on Find Updates and immediately updated the Flash plugin.

I (and many others) are experiencing the same or similar issues with the 10.8.3 update.
I've sent an response to Apple but have not yet received anything back (yet).

Sale Quotation Formatted Search displays correctly but does not update OQUT

I have a formatted search, intended to show a deposit amount of 50% for the document total, and refresh whenever the doc total changes. It displays correctly on the Quote header screen UDF area, but OQUT does not update. Pressing Shift-F2 returns 'internal error'. The first time the Quote is entered the right value gets in OQUT, but never gets updated after that.
The UDF is OQUT.U_Deposit. The formatted search query is:
Select ($[$33.88.number]*.05) and it is set to refresh reglaurly when Document Total changes.

$[$33.88.0]
The screen variable for
Document Total $[$29.0.Number]
Total Before Discount $[$22.0.Number]
Also I notice for 50% you have used .05 which is actually 5%
Try this query
SELECT ($[$-29.0.Number]*0.5)
The minus is needed since it is a UDF on the header which is a seperate window.

Publishing to .Mac but does not update online! Very annoying

Okay I do not know why this has happened all of a sudden but when I update my iWeb site and publish it I go to check the site and it hs not updated it for some reason. Thus I am stuck with what it looked like when it worked last.
In addition to this when I log onto .Mac on the internet my blog entry shows up in "Recent entries" and I can access it from there but when I click "home" or something it reverts back to its out of date self.
But wait it gets crazier! Because I clicked on my iDisk and deleted all websites in there but for some reason the pages were still on the internet and acessable, and all without using any webspace.
I dont know what the deuce is going on but it is very frustrating.
Any help would be appreciated, thanks a bunch.

More than likely you are seeing a cached copy of your website. Sometimes this is a local phenomenon and a simple clearing of your browser cache does the trick (Safari>Empty Cache). However sometimes your ISP is the culprit with caching at their level. This seems to be a chronic problem with ISPs in the UK for some reason. And the only thing you can do is to wait it out.
You can try adding a "?" to the end of your URL to force Safari to fetch a non-locally-cached copy of your site, but even this won't help if your ISP is overzealously caching material.
Anyone in the UK can shed light on this ISP phenomenon???

Azure Storage Mounts but does not show drive letter in GUI

I have created a Azure File Share.
I am able to upload files to it.
I am able to MOUNT it to my file system using the net use command
When I type net use it shows the mapped drive
I am NOT able to see it in my GUI nor am I able to switch drives.
I am trying to access from an Azure Windows 2012 R2 VM inside the same subnet on a server in the same storage account. Anyone tell me why I cannot see my mapped drive.

That is a bit weird that the map drive works, but the net use command does not. Are you specifying a drive name during net use command as described in one of these two links:

If the drive letter is specified and it doesn't show up, another thing to try is a net use * /delete and retry the command. If this doesn't work either, please share the net use command you are using (just to double check, do not share your account name
or key of course) and if need be we can take a closer look.

Email checks for new email, but does not update

I have 2 Yahoo email accounts. Both are on my iPhone. One works properly, the other does not. I also have a MSN account on the iPhone that also works correctly.
1) When I open my email for the problematic Yahoo account, I get the message "checking for mail", & then it says updated as of a few days ago and no new email is displayed. I KNOW I have new email (by checking on my PC), but it does not appear on the iPhone.
2) I can send email to this account from the account. It appears in Sent, but NOT in Inbox
3) I deleted the account & then added it back, but that does not help. I rebooted after each step (i.e. after deleting the account, and after adding it back in)
4) I checked the settings for the Yahoo account that doesn't work, and they are the same as for the Yahoo account that does work.
5) The account works properly on my iPad & my wife's iPhone 4
I have not yet tried tearing my hair out, to see if that helps, but I'm hoping something less drastic will work.

I'm having this problem as well. It seems like it was a more recent firefox update. I temporary solved this by deleting my sqlite keyfile as described in another post I found in a different forum, but it's since reoccured.
After I restart my system and run firefox, it's like it's running right after an update, or an install. None of my settings are saved, and password and cookies don't appear to be loaded either.
Is there any debug information I can provide?
I'm running Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit and Firefox 3.6.13.
Oddly if I close and restart Firefox it's fine. It's only after a Windows restart that I see an issue. Disk check runs clean. I've also deleted my profile directory and had FF recreate it. Still having issues though.

While every time i try to update my flash player plug-in, It save it but does not update it

IDOC_INPUT_HRMD, it posts the document but does not update the Infotypes

I am trying to trigger the IDoc Type 'HRMD_A06'. This Idoc was posted successfully, with the status as '53' (inbound IDoc). The Processing Function Module is IDOC_INPUT_HRMD for the IDoc "HRMD_A06". However the infotypes are not updated. The infotypes I am trying to update are 0000,0001,0002,0006, & 0008.
If someone has a solution for this issue. Kindly let me know.

Updated SET but does not update in GR55 report

I add few accounts under a new node in Account group hierarchy using transaction KDH2. However when I run GR55 report that uses the SET(hierarchy), the node and accounts does not show.
Kindly advise i am missing a step in the process.

Check whether any amounts have been posted to the mentioned GL codes. If no postings have been made then ensure that the layout has a settings to display zero rows.
Also try generating the report.

XVBAP has the new line item but does not update Sales Order

I need to update the sales order with a new line item when the line item has a base unit of measure as the sales unit. I need to then convert the base unit to sales unit with a whole figure and the rest can be in the base unit.
I am able to see the update in the xvbap but the line item doesn't get updated.

Ios 5.1.1 downloads but does not update on itouch

When I received the notification that I needed to update my operation system to ios 5.1.1, I clicked the "download and install" button. The ios takes an hour or so to download so I usually walk away and do something else. (This has happened twice). When I return, the operation system is not installed. I have run itunes diagnostics but I do not see where the problem is. Has anyone run into this before? Do I need to make this a two step process - 1) download the new ios and then 2) install it? If so, where will it reside and how would I install it?
I have an Ipod Touch 4th generation running firmware 4.3.5. Thank you!

Pthread_once() does not update __pthread_once_pad

Having a problem where pthread_once() gets called, but does not update the __pthread_once_pad[3] to show that the init routine was called for the associated pthread_once_t var.
The init routine gets called, and the resultant pthread_key_t variable can be used to call pthread_setspecific(), but a resultant pthread_getspecific() will fail. I can see in gdb that the __pthread_once_pad[3] value is unchanged.
This is happening on SOlaris 9 SPARC with gcc 3.3.2, and on Solaris 8 x86. The code works on Linux with an older gcc and also on Solaris 8 SPARC with an older gcc.
We can write our pthread_once() to increment the __pthread_once_pad[3] value and call the init function and it will work fine.
Any clues?

I don't have an installed seat of Pr + AE CS6 accessible at this time so I can't check it with those versions. I see no bug in CC 8.n though, so I tend to agree that it may be a bug specific to your local setup or some specific step we don't yet know about. In any case, I should clarify a couple of things to make sure we're all on the same page about how DL works with AE:
1. You're really just 'rendering' preview files to make playback a little better. You're not actually rendering anything from AE in PrPro to give you a standalone media file.
2. Due to the nature of item #1, there really isn't any architectural way you could actually break the Dynamic Link of any imported files by just building previews for them, because it's just referencing an additional cache file to improve playback.
3. If you make changes in AE to a rendered comp in Pr, then it will show red again in the sequence and you will need to re-render if you want that playback boost back. This is as designed.
4. If you want to truly render (aka flatten, or render and replace) an AEP in CS6, you need to export it as a standalone media file from AE and import that file into Pr.
5. It's possibly that DL itself is malfunctioning, in which case you may need to quit AE or Pr or both and maybe even re-import (via DL) the file agin.
6. It's good practice to browse to an AEP in the media browser, then import it from there using the Dynamic Link Import dialog. This is not required, but we've heard of cases where some import problems are avoided in this way. Also using the media browser to import in general is good because it previews folder dependent files in a better way.
