Currently using Aperture ver 3.1.1, when exporting files (5.6 MB size) to email or to thumb drive the file received by email recipent is about 560KB and worthless in size to them. What am I doing wrong? thanks

I think, what Kirby meant, is this:
When you are exporting your images with "File > Share < Email", you should see a pop up menu in the upper right corner of the window that lets you chose the file size:
What are your settings there? You should pick "Actual size", if the Mail server will let you send 5 MB files. Quite often the limit is 2 or 3 MB.
Is "Mail.app" the Mils client you are usimng, or are using a different mailer?

The screen that says "Download Now" also shows the proposed iTunes version number (in the box below):
Be sure it indicates 11.1.3.

Import them to your computer as discussed here: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4083, then either delete them from your phone or exclude the camera roll from your iCloud backup by going to Settings>iCloud>Storage & Backup>Manage Storage, tap the name of your phone under Backups, then turn Camera Roll to Off under Backup Options.
Also check Settings>General>Usage to see how much availble space is on your phone. If you have to delete apps in order to take photos, you may be out of space on your phone. If so, you need to delete something in order to create more space.

When i try to update my iphone with the new software, it will give me a message that says connection time timed out, and then it says some other little things about a network not having a connection. i checked all of that and it is all fine. Thank you! My solution was slightly different, but in the end, seeing what was going on in the Help menu in the browser did the trick. Turned out I had been stuck for who knows how long "downloading" a version 3! Also had a toolbar to disable but not the Ask.

I keep downloading Firefox 4 but the Firefox tab above says I have 3.6 (and I have restarted), so what am I doing wrong?

I click save on the prompt for the download and then run it and see the bar filling up. But nothing, including restarting, makes the Firefox tab on the upper left of my computer say I have 4 rather than 3.6. How can this be remedied?

Did you install it? When you finish downloading it should be a dmg file, if you double-click that it will mount the disk image, and in there you just drag the firefox icon into your Applications folder (it shows you exactly what to do, although you do need to make sure FireFox is not running when you do it)

Are you using a POP3 email account on your computer?
If so the emails will be downloading to your computer and nolonger on the server, which means that when you are on your iPad they are nolonger then to see as your iPad looks at the Mail server your computer is viewing its local email.
If you change your Email to IMAP you will be able to sync your emails which ever machine you are using.

This is probably because some of the effects that you have inserted into the Effects Rack take rather a lot of processing for Audition to do in real time whilst recording into those tracks. if you really need the Effects Rack on whilst recording then you could try Pre-rendering the tracks by clicking on the 'lightning' icon at the top right of the Effects Rack.

When you installed iTunes on your work computer, then connected your iPad to that computer, it wiped what was on the iPad, then put the iTunes library (nothing) from the work computer onto the iPad. You can try copying the iTunes folder from your home computer over to your work computer, but since the apps were bought with a different account, they may not load or update properly.
