B1 CHECK REPORT

Is there a way for the canned B1 check report to incorporate the check Payee in the report?

Frank,
The forum that you have posted your question in is for questions related to the SAP Business One Integration for SAP NetWeaver.  Your question seems to be application related.  For SAP Business One questions, you should post those in the SAP Business One Discussion Forum at ...
SAP Business One Application
With respect to your question, while I have not tried this, you could look at using the Print Layout Designer (PLD) which is the built in SAP Business One Report Writer to add this to the report.

  • AP Checks Report RTF or PDF??

    Hi all,
    I just started working on the AP Checks report in XML Publisher. I was wondering whether I need to use the RTF type or PDF type template. I was told that the PDF type template is better for check printing, because it allows us print the data out in fixed position. Is that right?
    Any thoughts???
    Thanks!!

    Hi,
    I am struggling to complete the AP Cheque Printing report.
    Could you please let me know the step which you followed and could you please send the rtf that you are using.
    Followings are the steps I did.
    1. Create rdf and register in APPS.
    Executable is defined in Customization AP application
    Concurrent Program is in Payables application.
    2. Create Data Definition and Template in XML Publisher administrator in Payables.
    3. Attached the Concurrent program in AP Format set up.
    4. Make the Payment, The report is calling and showing completed normal but the output is not coming.
    5. Then I run the XML report Publisher and pass the request id then the output is coming as PDF.
    But the requirement is when we make the payment , The output should come and it will go to the printer for printing..
    Thanks in Advance
    Regards

  • Vmware vsphere health check report v5.1.0

    Hi,
    I'm currently using the vmware vsphere health check report v5.1.0 script. I switched from another perl script to this and the report provide much more information. There is one thing that don't seem to work properly though..
    I currently have a failed disk in my server and the report is showing "unknown" status next to 3 disk / disk day. If I run the other script I have used in the past, I have 3 alerts in red clearly showing that something has failed. Would any of you know why it's showing as unknown instead of critical in the report?

    Thank you for the follow up. I do understand that a completly unreadable disk might throw an unknown status but the status is different from one report than the other. On one side, it clearly shows in red that the disk has something and on the side, it just throws a "I don't know what's going on with the disk". I ran both report the same day and i'm expecting some red in the report to warn me if a disk fail.
    Is there a way to change that behavior from the health check script?

  • FDM Check Report?

    When my client loads an unmatched IC transaction via fdm the check report is not successful due to the fact that it is using the BALANCE account which is unbalanced. Is there any way around this besides not using the BALANCE account in the check report?
    Thanks in Advance!!

    Hello,
    This is currently a known issue that is being fixed. There is a patch that is currently being tested for release to address the issue.
    I would suggest creating an SR to see if you truly meet the criteria and can obtain an early release.
    Thank you,

    I have set up a Check report with validation rules and validation entities. When I run the report after an export to HFM, the individual validations are showing an error which is correct. The report though is still showing Pass and I get the fourth fish. I am using FDM version 11.1.1.2.00

  • SCOM health Check report

    please suggest me how to generate SCOM health check report and automation for the same. I am using scom 2007 R2.
    And need all windows servers health check report from scom as well...?

    Hi
    As a good starting point you could use these reports
    http://www.systemcentercentral.com/scc-health-check-reports-management-pack-v2/ and some Details here
    https://blogs.technet.com/b/kevinholman/archive/2010/07/21/system-center-central-some-really-cool-opsmgr-health-reports-available.aspx. Which give you a pretty good picture of your environment.
    For a MG check up on the SQL side see here

  • Check Report Issues

    I am running into an issue and was wondering if anyone has seen this.
    If you load the location right now it is in balance and you should get a valid check report.
    If you change the mapping on an account to purposely get an out of balance you should get a Fail on the check report
    Then if you put the mapping back and load should should get a balanced check report.
    We were not having success with this. FDM would give us the previous loads check report, but if it is ran again a second time it gives the correct check report.

    Do you have multiple HFM App servers? This sounds like a clustered server issue, and you should try enabling "Sticky Servers" which makes FDM stay on the same server once you connect. It's a very easy option and theres some documentation on it in the admin guide.

  • SAP Early WatchHealth Check Report

    Hi Folks,
    I am trying to generated SAP Early Watch Health Check Report  from my dual stack system but the JAva data are not populated. On the other hand, the JAva data are populated in EWA report.
    Does SAP Health Check Report not  support Java data?
    Thank you so much,
    Mari

    Hello,
    I haave a dual stack Solution Manager system. The EA reports fine on both ABAP and Java, so I have Java data in my EWA reports.
    When I create an Earlywatch HEalth Check Service session, I see the section "Definition of System SLM in SMSY" and I see teh Application Server ABAP Stach and Application Server Java Stack, both checked as relevent. Under the section "Servers in current Landscape" I see both ABAP and JAva checked. So this system is clarly identified in the EWHC as a dual stack system.
    What I do not see in the service session are any Java checks that I would see in the EWA report. I mean I am not seeing it in the structure of the service session. This would indicate to me the the checks are not done, as opposed to data missing. If the data was missing the place to contain the data would be there, and its not in the structure.
    I performed the same on a Solution Manager 7.1 system, and have the same results, no Java
    Again, beause I do not see the tree structure in the service session having any nodes for Java data that are just empty, this does not look like missing data, but looks like it is not reported intentionally.
    Perhaps someone who deliivers this service on a regular basis can add their input, or a developer, but based on my testing, on a dulal stack system, where the EWA reports Java data, I cannot see that the Java data is even being considered, or it would have a place int eh session tree of the Earlywatch Health Check, and would have entries int eh tree that would be grey if it was just missing. Additionally it is reporting a Java and ABAP stack, so it does know there is a Java stack. Based on this, it would seem the EWHC does not report on Java.
    Unfortunately I do not have a java only stack system in my landscape, as it would be interesting to see what this service would report on a Java only system. Should the report generate no data and the Session not initilaize of just have no nodes, then  you could say for certain. Unfortunately I do not know this for certain and can only draw conclusions based on the test I performed on my two test Solution Manager systems . One being 7.0 EHP1 SP 27 and the other 7.1 SP03.
    Regards,
    Paul

  • Check report not displaying all digits

    Hello all. Essbase/Planning guy just beginning to explore this space. We are loading to Essbase via FDM and our check reports aren't returning full fields. They are truncating the left most digits on any numbers greater than 11 places. The loaded data shows properly in the table, but when it is moved to the check table it looses the digits. Is there a system setting to control this?
    Thanks in advance.

    Manohar,
        try this code and let me know... directly insert  this code in HTML or In the properties of the Drop Down Web Item you could see "Maximum Number of the Displayed Values" assign this 0 in the Properties.
    or insert the cod ein HTML block:
    <object>
         <param name="OWNER" value="SAP_BW"/>
         <param name="CMD" value="GET_ITEM"/>
         <param name="NAME" value="DROPDOWNBOX_1"/>
         <param name="ITEM_CLASS" value="CL_RSR_WWW_ITEM_FILTER_DDOWN"/>
         <param name="DATA_PROVIDER" value="DATAPROVIDER_2"/>
         <b><param name="MAXVALUES" value="0"/></b>
    ITEM:            DROPDOWNBOX_1
    </object>
    all the best.
    try this code and let me know.

    Hi All,
    We got a requirement in our project to generate the check report based on custom dimension. As far as i know the check reports that got generated in FDM are based on Entity Dimension.
    So, will you please let me know whether it is possible to generate report based on any one of the custom dimension.
    Thanks.

    I guess I am not understanding the question here?
    The check report is based on the location/entity that you are running the report for.  You can pull values for a specific intersection in the target application with the check report, so you could specify the custom dim in the intersection.

  • Check report guidelines

    Hello All,
    We are working on BI Publisher version of the check report. Payment process program is kicking Format Ever Green program. After registering the data definition, template, I still see the output as XML. So I have modified the after report trigger to call 'xml report publisher' program.
    Am I following the correct process or can we directly generate the PDF output, with out calling 'xml report publisher' program? Please confirm.
    I know it is a some basic question, but struggling for the correct approach,

    Hello All,
    I just searched and found that we need to apply "4303528 11.5.10.2: XML Payment format does not use default template" patch.
    But the same program 'format evergreen' is used by UK, US, CA countries. And UK paper size is different from US one. So we need to create different template for the three countries. How can we dynamically select the templates( and generates the PDF output in one step) or do we need to handle this in After report trigger only? Please advice...

  • 404 - File Or Directory Not Found Upon Intersection Check Report Display

    In FDM 11.1.2.1, when there are intersection check errors, instead of the intersection check report automatically opening in a new tab, I get a "File Download" message box with Open and Save buttons. If I choose Open, I get the "404 - File or directory not found" error. If I choose Save and save the file to a local path, I never get the option to open the file and the "Processing. Please wait..." message runs forever.
    FDM is running on virtual Windows Server 2008 R2 64-bit, IIS 7, Excel 2007, with SQL Server 2008 R2 64-bit and IE 7 web client.

    Tony, thanks, I'd like to give your work around a shot. We've tried all of Oracle's recommendations with no luck. I have temporarily unhidden my e-mail address in my user profile. Please let me know if you need anything else.
