B1 Error with Item Batches and Delivery notes generation

Hi Experts
I am getting the following error
SAPB1 error: (-10) [DLN1.WhsCode][line: 0] , 'The selected quantity of batch/serial numbers is greater than the open quantity.'
When I try to generate a Delivery note based on information provided in a EDI file
The EDI file contains item code, quantity, batches, batch quantities. I am able to generate the delivery however in certain instances I get the above error message.
I am using IBOLT software to import the sales information into a delivery note in SAP.
I am using SAP B1 2007

Obviously there is an error related to the warehouse on the first line of the document. Considering the error message I reckon that the information imported refer to a warehouse were there is not enough qty in stock and with batches.
I would recommend to test the issue without using the add on and see if you can add the missing batches through the application (inventory - item management - batches - complete mode).
If you can it means that the issue relates to the add on and therefore something must be changed in its code.
If you have an issue in the application, please run the select query related to batches that you can find in note n. 1250867 and if that query retrieves results, please log a message.

The optical drive has probably failed. It's a fairly common thing with these slim SuperDrives. Does it read any discs you put into it? You can try resetting the SMC and pram but I'll be surprised if it helps.
To reset the SMC
Shut down the computer.
Unplug the computer's power cord.
Wait fifteen seconds.
Attach the computer's power cord.
Wait five seconds, then press the power button to turn on
Resetting PRAM and NVRAM
Shut down the computer.
Locate the following keys on the keyboard: Command, Option, P, and R. You will need to hold these keys down simultaneously in step 4.
Turn on the computer.
Press and hold the Command-Option-P-R keys. You must press this key combination before the gray screen appears.
Hold the keys down until the computer restarts and you hear the startup sound for the second time.
Release the keys.

As a Test:

Printing Qty of Batches on Delivery Notes

Description of Requirements : Printing Qty of Batches on Delivery Notes
Valid as of : No legal requirements to date
Business needs : When a delivery of an item is filled by multiple batches, it will print the qty of each batch in Stock Units only. We need to be able to print this qty based on the Sales Unit of Measure. We therefore divided the stock qty by the number of unit per sales unit of measure. This works fine if there is only one batch involved, but returns a (0) zero if multiple batches are involved.
Examples: We need to be able to print the batch qty based on the Sales Unit of Measure.
Current Workaround : Either remove the qty altogether or just leave the qty reported stock units.(this is rather confusing for the recipient of the Delivery Note)
Proposed solution : Further enhancements to the Print Layout facility for printing Batches on documents to allow simple calculations of this nature to occur.

MIRO based on purchase order and delivery note

Hi
It seems I can do a supplier invoice based on PO or some POs.
I can also do a supplier invoice based on delivery note or some delivery notes.
But I can not do MIRO based on delivery note AND purchase order.
Business scenario: I need this when I have supplier invoice with a lot of lines based on a lot of different PO and different PO lines. The delivery note consolidate together all this different lines. Together with these lines I want to add another item of non good receipt item, so there is no delivery note.
I want to add this item with a reference to the PO line in addition to the lines that were created with a reference to a delivery note.

The problem is I cant use delivery note for the other PO cause there is no MIGO there.

Stock on posting date with storagelocation,batch and stock types informatio

Hi,
I'm needing a report (similar funtion of MB5B) which must reveal the stock postion (closing balance) of the materials on a particular date alongwith storage loactions, batches and stocktypes (Unres/Q/Blkd).As such MB5B either gives the output either by storage location or by batch, not the combination of both.
Else provide any possibilty means( Database tables) from where i could arrive these mention outputs.
I could be able to get the information by collecting the values from MKPF & MSEG tables. But this information only suffice the material movements carried on that particular date.. And i will be not having the closing balance as a whole.
I even wonder to get any such a kind of information in which i could able to get the stock with stock types(Unres/Q/Blkd).
Any light on this matter is highly appreciable.

I executed the suggested program but i found the same kind of information aslike in MB5B..
The information all i'm looking is to get the closing balance of the given material with storagelocations, batches and stock types on a given posting date.
For eg.
On 15 / 03 / 2011
Material A
Batch       Slocation       Stock type               Closing balance Qty.
A1              S001               Unres.                             50
A1              S002               Unres                            120
B1              S001               Quality                             15
C1              S003               Blocked                            30
In MB5B i could able to get the values of closing balance either Storage location level or by batch level but is it possible to get the combination of both along with stock types?

You can use the table VBFA and create a small query using SQVI to generate the information needed...This table holds the information of preceeding and succeeding documents, like Delivery and Invoice.

Workflow with item type and item key is in progress. Abort existing workfl

I'm using the below code from the submit button event to launch the workflow. The workflow works fine when I submit for the first time, when i try to submit for the second time from the same session it throws me the error as Workflow with item type and item key is in progress. Abort existing workflow.
Where I am struck,Kindly send me any solution.

Item type and item key forms unique record for the workflow session, you cannot have 2 instances of the workflow running for the same header id, in your case. Check if the process exists for the header id. If so, display a warning message without launching another workflow session, else start the workflow process.

What did the error message say?
Try:
- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode
How to put iPod touch / iPhone into DFU mode « Karthik's scribblings
- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- Try on another computer
- If still not successful that usually indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.

SOs,AR Invoices,and Delivery Notes have empty "Logistics" Tab

Hi,
As the title says Sales Orders,AR Invoices,and Delivery Notes have empty "Logistics" tab "Ship To" and "Bill To" windows - the Ship to and Bill To addresses are filled in the BP Master Data but they do not populate the logistics tabs Ship To and Bill To windows in these documents?
Just to let you know that this is for only for new Business Partners as the old BPs seem to populate the logistics window automatically.
Any ideas ?

Hi Matthew,
The ST/BT address fields retain the information at the time the document was added. If there is no address then at the time the document was added, the address was set up.
You can update the fields after the document is added for some of them (the address field will be white; grey means you can't update the field) - click in the ST/BT drop-down. If there is no option available, check the BP's address(es) to make sure there is an address set up. If you do add an address, close the document and re-open; the address should be available.
If there is no address in the drop-down and there is an address on the BP record, check other transactions to see if it's BP-specific or all documents are not picking up the BP address info.

Can anyone help me in this issue, we need to map "delivery not before date" and "delivery not after date" from an EDI 850 into a sales order.
Are there any fields to which we can map the data? if not would anyone suggest how to go about it?

We have a similar requirement, albeit we call it a Delivery Window. We have implemented this by mapping two E1EDK03 qualifiers (we use 033 & 034) to two Z fields extended to VBAK, which we then include in our Sales Order Delivery Date logic.
Not very elegant, but then my understanding is that SAP has no concept of the Delivery Window.

The phone is in restore mode and the picture is telling you what to do. Connect the phone, by cable, to iTunes in the computer you normally use for syncing, and retore the phone.
