I am unable to show icon using XML menu in B1DE.
Please help me.

You can define a Form Function filling the basic information and
HTML call Set as OracleOasis.RunDiscoverer. You can even define Paramters during the form function registration. With this definition you will able to create a link to a Discoverer workbook that will automatically open Discoverer Plus or Viewer to display the workbook using Apps security.

To add icon to send to context menu, please locate following registry key:
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\AllFilesystemObjects\shellex\ContextMenuHandlers\SendTo
1. In the right-pane create a String value (REG_SZ) named Icon
2. Double-click Icon and type the path to an icon (.ico) file, or mention the icon library file name and the icon index.
3. Exit the Registry Editor.

How to add icons in native menu with text

Hello Guys
                 Can Anybody guides me how to add icon in nativemenu system tray.Actually i am making a simple application in adobe air and use minimizing the application into system tray.On Right click on the icon present in system tray it open naitive menu with open and exit option.
i just want to add an icon with each menuItem.Please guide how can i do it.please give me some example for it.i am using this

Add icons to menu bar in Elements 13

Just watched a video by "Ask Bob" and noticed his PSE 13 window had icons along the menu bar, presumably his most-often used. It's a feature that was lacking in PSE 11 (at least I couldn't find it!), and one I had hoped would be made available in PSE 13, as it is in almost every other program I use. I can't see how to do this, and I couldn't find a reference in the user manual. Can someone tell me how to accomplish this customization - add icons to the menu bar (or somewhere) to accomplish often-used tasks without having to open the drop-down menus.

Are these the icons you are talking about?
If so, I think they are MAC icons and not anything related to PSE - like the Windows 8.1 task bar. A MAC user might like to confirm that.

I want to get rid of the Bing screen but there is no "menu at the top of the Firefox window" for me to "select Tools and then select the Add-ons menu item. "

I suddenly have a "Bing" screen when I sign onto Firefox---and I want to get rid of it. The support section of Firefox says
1. "From the menu at the top of the Firefox window, seledt Tools and then select the Add-ons menu item."---but I see no "menu item" nor Tools, much less Add-ons.
2. "In the Add-ons window, click on the Extensions panel."---but how do I find the Add-ons window?
3. Find the Bing Bar and Search Helper Extension in the list and click Disable for each of them."---but what and where exactly is that?
At the top of the screen is only a Yahoo icon on the left and to the right of it a search box, "Web Search,", "My Apps," Yellow Pages," "Weather," "Updates," and "Skype." to the right of those there is a green cross saying "Add more apps. to your toolbar" and to the right of that a sort of gear shift looking icon saying "toobar settings."
So, in short, how do I get rid of the Bing screen and how do I access those Tools?

Click on View tab / Tools and un-check 'Search' (alias for 'Bing')

How to add a menu item to the toolbar?

Hi,
I try to add a menu item to a module toolbar. However, the methods MenuItemAdd and MenuItemInsert did not work for me. There was no icon, no placeholder, not anything. Deleting of DIAdem predefined icons worked well.
I tried this one:
call MenuItemAdd("SCRIPT", "I", "MENUITEM", "TestName", "PicDelete")
I also tried all combinations of Modules, I, I.1, MenuItem, Unknown, Separator, etc. Nothing produced any result.
Does anyone have a hint for me?

with DIAdem 10.0 we provide the following example: "User Defined Menus". Attached you find the relevant script commands.

B1DE Add-on Failure

Hey Gurus,
We have developed an Add-on using the code generator wizard from the B1DE. The Add-on runs fine on machines, where Microsoft Visual Studio .Net 2005 is installed. But it crashes on the PCs, where .Net Framework 2.0 is installed properly and do not have Microsoft Visual Studio .Net installed.
Below are the few information that can help you to track down the issue.
System: SAP Business One 2005 A (6.80.318) SP:01 PL:10
SQL: SQL 2005
.Net Framework: 2.0
Add-on created using: B1DE Add-on Wizard
Error Message:
System.Reflection.ReflectionTypeLoadException
Message: "Unable to load one or more of the requested types. Retrieve the LoaderExceptions property for more information."
Source: "mscorlib"
I did rebuilt the add-on using B1DE, copied my code in the new solution file and the Add-on worked for few days, now it started giving me the problem again
Any help in this regards will be rewarded.. I mean will be highly appreciated..:)

Thanks for the reply.
I did use the B1DE Add-on generator for my Add-on code and the wizard generated the correct and the latest dll i.e., B1WizardBase.dll.
My Add-on works if i rebuilt a new solution and move the code from the old solution file to the latest solution.. But the problem persist after some days..
I think I have mistakenly unmarked my post as normal post and no one wants to help for a post which will not give any rewards...???

Firefox crashes when trying to open Add-Ons menu

Firstly the search bar that s part of the Google toolbar would not search what i typed in it, it would simply do nothing. After I discovered this I decided to go look at the add-on or something in the add-on menu under tools. When I clicked "Add-On" firefox froze and has continued to do so everytime I click that option resulting in me having to force the program to close.

I have successfully disabled the addons by going this route;

Add-Ins menu not visible in Crystal report for Sap Business One

Hi,
I have installed the Crystal Report Design for Sap Business One on my customer server.
But when I open the Crystal Report I can't see the Add-Ins menu to put the rpt directly on my Sap Business One.
I have installed it on many customer, but only with this I have this type of problem.
There is some restriction on Sap Version/Patches or Authorization Users or some check that I have to set on Sap or on Crystal Report?

i have the same issue on crystal report add-ins. Have you able to solve this without upgrading our sap business one to the latest version or patch level? Please see details below.
OS: MS Windows 7 SP1
SAP Business One 8.82 pl7
Crystal report 2011
Crystal report integration package installed under B1_SHare/Client
But still the problem persist on the workstation.

hello pradeep,
for adding icons in the tree, u willhave to look closely to the
data format for the tree.in the data format used for populating
the tree we are supplying 5 fields. the state of the tree node
(expanded or collapsed), the depth of the node w.r.t the parent
node, the node value, the node label(what we see on the tree)
and the node icon which we want to use. for the node icon we
have to provide the entire path of the icon file. that's it.

VBA Code for Excel Add-in Menu Items

Howdy.
Every month my team needs to execute the same process on a couple hundred documents. It's time consuming and inefficient to say the least, so I'm looking for a means by which to call a couple of the menu items on the Excel BPC Add-Ins menu via VBA. Specifically, Park'n'Go; Expand All; and Send and Refresh Schedules.
Basically what happens is this:
Open File
Set Park'n'Go to Live
Expand All
Refresh and Send Schedules
Set Park'n'Go to Offline
Save
Exit
Loop
I know how to loop through the files and directories, I just don't know the commands for the functions from the menu via code. The macro recorder can't help me, and I've even tried to mimic a user's actions by using mouse coordinates and clicks, but that doesn't work b/c it doesn't allow for the necessary load time from BPC.
Any help would be extremely appreciated.

How can I add "Tools" menu bar item to firefox orange button

After upgrading to FireFox 4 I decided to hide the menu bar, doing so I am not able to access the addons like "tamper data" which can be accessed only from the tools item of the menubar. Is there a way to customize the orange button of the firefox4 to add tools menu item?

How Do I Customize, Add Icons / Shortcuts etc. To Finder Window?

A friend helped me with a previous computer and he "fixed up" my finder window. There was an icon at the top for "Create New Folder" an icon so I could jump to my desktop, and icon for a specific spreadsheet file so that when I clicked it excel would launch and that file would open. You get he idea. I believe he also made changes to the items listed on the left.
Now I'm paying more attention to my laptop but forget how he made these changes.
I have a funny feeling it will be dead easy.
What do I do?

You guessed it precisely James!
To modify the top Toolbar of Windows, Right click or Control+click on the Toolbar, choose Customize Toolbar.
To add icons/folders to the sidebar, just drag a folder on the right to the Sidebar, to rearrange them drag them up or down, to remove them drag them off to the left.
