B1i Dashboard message

Hi,
I installed the b1 integration server.
If I start now the dashboard I got the message.
Error: The requested dashboard does not exist. Dashboard: /com.sap.b1.dashboards/0010000100.sap_dashboard_001.dab001/default.html
If this dashboard is newly imprted, ensure that the SAP Business One EventSender Server has been started; then wait for several minutes and try again.
The service is running. B1 version is B1 8.81. The message is in the widget window not in a message box.
Regards Chris

Just to pass along some useful information, I opened a case with SAP on this issue and they promptly returned a solution that worked for me:
1. Open B1i Framework UI (Start > Programs > Integration solution for SAP Business One) and log in
2. Press SLD in upper menu. Check that your companies are listed under B1i Server node.
3. Click on company you want to use, press Test connection buttons (there should be no error)
4. Now deactivate cockpit in your company in B1 - Disable My Cockpit and also disable cockpit in General Settings
5. Run EventSender Setup (in first step try to avoid using localhost or IP addresses), in third step press Test Connection, in fourth step make sure that your DB is marked as checked, press also Recei ver button and then Test Connecion. Finish EventSender setup
6. Go back to B1i Framework UI, click Scenarios in upper menu, then select Control in left menu and (re)activate Xcelsius scenario.
7. Restart EventSender service in Servies (Computer Management)
8. Now you can enable cockpit in your company in B1 - enable cockpit in General Settings and then enable My Cockpit
Please also check B1i user licence (it should have B1iINDIRECT_MSS and B1i licences assigned).
If there are more companies on your demo server, please wait little bit longer after steps 6 and 7.

  • B1i / Dashboards und iPhone - Integration (SAP)

    Hallo,

Lange Rede gar kein Sinn ...
    Dies könnte zudem unterschiedliche Verhaltensweisen erklären; diese Einstellungen sind Arbeitsplatzbezogen;

    Daniel

  • Setup a new dashboard

    Dear expert,
I had success setup system build in dashboard for company A , and i want to apply to company b in same sap b1 and same sql server , i already make a copy of company A at SAP intregation frame work and change all the variabel into Company B dan test connection ok. But after i open the dashboard an error SAP B1iP detected error emitted HTTP Code 404 not found .. i check all user b1i password ok and already restarted the services ..
    Any one can help??

    Dear Mr. Gordon,
i see the steps that to be needed :
below is how to install dashboard for multiple companies on the server.
    1) create new SLDs (with new IDs)
    2) export com.sap.b1i.dashboards BizStore
    3) fix Info.xml, Deployments package, copy old dashboards and set them new names with corresponding IDs.
    4) import new package to BizStore
    5) Set Up event sender with new companies
    6) In the Integration Framework -> Scenarios -> Scenario Package Setup:
    6.1) turn sap.Xcelsius scenario off
6.2) push button Sender, activate new companies
    6.3) turn sap.Xcelsius on
    7) disable dashboards and cockpit in target companies
    8) re-start event-sender, Integration Service
    9) enable cockpit and dashboards in target companies.
no 1 i already done and test connection ok, but no 2 - 5 how to do it? which module i use it?
    Thanks

  • Script error when Auto refresh the Dashboard

    Hi,
I am getting error in below mentioned script when i enter in edit dashboard
    message expected :';'
    line 213
    char 31
    code 0
    <script>
    <!--
    var sec="180" // Seconds
    function refpage(){
    if (sec==0)
    HereLink('','RefreshAll');
    else {
    window.status="Refreshing in "sec--" seconds"
    setTimeout("refpage()",1000)
    window.onload=refpage
    //-->
    </script>

There are quite a few things wrong with your script...
For starters do not set the onload event of the window object like that in OBIEE as it is already in use and will clash. You can use onload but must handle the existing functions that are already using it.
var sec="180"This is a string not a number. Besides, at no point do you attempt to decrease the value of 'sec' so the 'if' branch of your if/else condition will never fire.
You can achieve much the same result without javascript by using a meta tag:
    <meta http-equiv="refresh" content="60" />
You won't get the fancy timer in the status bar but the page will reload after 60 seconds.

No scenario subscribes this message.

Business process - Mater Data
    Sender System(s)

  • B1i SN: B1 to http outbound  -- php script

    Hello experts,
i am trying to implement the above sceanrio. But no matter what i try theres nothing in the post array if i do a var_dump in the php script.
In the message log in B1i the messages says "success".
Anybody an idea what do or what to check!?
    Thanks.
    Regards
    Sebastian

Couple of things jump out at me here:
    1) I would switch to GET requests. POST requests tend to be... peculiar... sometimes. So in your PHP, change it to $_GET and in your MXML, just remove the method="POST" from the HTTPService.
    2) Using proxies versus allowing access. This is a little trickier. I am not sure of your skill level, so I'll just give you my impressions of working with PHP. In general, I use proxies instead of using crossdomain.xml files to allow access. Remember that your development environment's sandbox will allow you to hit any PHP page anywhere to get data. Once deployed, though, you're either going to need a proxy page if you're ihitting a third-party domain or you're going to need a crossdomain.xml file on the target domain that allows access from your SWF.
    3) Make sure you are deploying the SWF file, the wrapper, and the PHP file all on the same server that is running PHP, and that you are using a network request (ie, "http://...") to access the application.
    4) If you're just running the SWF file as compiled from Flex Builder and requesting it as a file resource, then your relative request to the PHP file might not be pointed at the right location. I would adjust this to use a full URL so you are sure you are pointing to the right place.

    2. SAP Business One mobile app for iOS - Compatibility Concept
SAP regularly ships minor releases or patches for the app containing new functions as well as improvements and bug fixes. To benefit from this, the latest version of the app and the backend software must be run.
As updates on mobile devices are not typically managed by a central IT department, it is the responsibility of end users to update the app to the latest version.
Because the mobile app is both backward and forward compatible, it is always safe to upgrade the app on the mobile device; the backend server can remain on the current release of SAP Business One.
However, if the backend is installed on an older version of SAP Business One that does not support the latest functions of the most recent mobile app, some new functions will not work. When the user accesses such a function a pop-up window appears, informing the user that the backend must be upgraded to enable the selected function. All mobile app functions that were supported by the older version of SAP Business One still work. In the reverse case, if the backend is installed on a later version of SAP Business One than the mobile app, the functionality of the mobile app is fully maintained and works as designed.

    4. Error: “Permission Denied”
This error type shows that the server is accessed properly and returns an answer to the mobile. The error message on mobile contains relevant information which helps troubleshooting, such as: company DB, user ID, phone number, and Device ID. The most common root causes are:
Root Cause 1: SAP Business One user settings(Administration->Setup->User) is incorrect
    Solution 1:
The user is not configured as a mobile user. Make sure the mobile check box is selected.
The phone number entered in the mobile device settings (Settings->Business One) does not match the definition in SAP Business One. In case of iPad use a dummy number like 1234 for validation.
Make sure the license server works properly. Ensure the correct license is assigned to the user. B1i technical user shall have B1i license and all the mobile users shall also have B1i license together with one of the following licenses: Professional, Limited Financial, Limited Logistics, Limited CRM, Starter Package, CRM Sales User (legacy) and CRM Service user (legacy).
o The device identifier / Mobile Device ID is incorrect:
For app versions 1.10.0 and higher: See 7. Device ID in version 1.10.0 and higher
For lower than iOS 7 and app versions 1.6.0 to 1.9.x:
SAP Business One mobile app for iOS uses the MAC Address of the respective mobile device for the Mobile Device ID field in SAP Business One user settings (see section ‘Activating Mobile App Users’ in the Full Guide / Documentation). Ensure that the MAC address of device (find MAC address in Settings->General->About->Wi-Fi Address) is correctly entered in user master data.
For iOS 7 and higher and app versions 1.6.0 to 1.9.x:
In iOS 7, the MAC Address is not available anymore as in lower iOS versions. The system always returns the value 02:00:00:00:00:00 for the MAC address of a device.
If using SAP Business One mobile app for iOS up to version 1.9.x, and upgrade to iOS 7, the mobile user fails to logon. The “Permission Denied” error on the screen shows value 02:00:00:00:00:00.
To make SAP Business One mobile app for iOS up to version 1.9.x work on iOS 7 devices, you need to set the Mobile Device ID field in SAP Business One user settings to value 02:00:00:00:00:00; this is specifically for all users accessing using iOS 7 devices.
Root Cause 2: The company is not listed in the SLD (Integration Explorer -> SLD) or there are old or inconsistent entries in SBO-COMMON->SLSP or SLSPP tables
Solution 2: The steps to recreate the entries.
Make sure all SAP Business One clients are closed.
Log in Integration Explorer -> Scenarios -> Setup -> Select B1system and make it active.
Stop B1i services (DI Proxy, EventSender and Integration)
Use below query to delete all entries of SLSP and SLSPP tables in SBO-COMMON database.
    delete from SLSP
    delete from SLSPP
Restart B1i services (DI Proxy, EventSender and Integration)
Now open SAP Business One client, click choose company, then click Refresh button.
If it doesn't resolve the issue, follow the solution provided in note 2032666.
Root Cause 3: [hostname] is used in some configuration settings, and [ip-address] is used in others.
Solution 3: Ensure you use exclusively either the [hostname] or the [ip-address] in all the following configuration settings:
    Integration Framework > SLD > B1i Server > [company database] > B1DI > b1Server
    Integration Framework > SLD > B1i Server > [company database] > JDBC > url
    Integration Framework > SLD > B1i Server > WSforMobile > WSAR > associatedSrvIP
EventSender Setup > Step 1 > DB Server Name
License Manager > Configure Security > DB Server
Root Cause 4: The mobile device is on iOS 7.0.1 or higher and the mobile app version lower than 1.9.5. In the login window, the field 'Password' and the option 'Choose Company' are missing.
Solution 4: Update to SAP Business One mobile app 1.9.5. for iOS.
Root Cause 5: DI proxy service is not started with administrator user
Solution 5: Open Services panel → right click [SAP Business One DI Proxy Service] → Properties → Log On tab → choose "This account" → type windows logon administrator user → click [OK] → Restart the service.
If none of the listed root causes can be identified, go to Integration Framework -> Monitoring -> Process Control ->Framework Processes-> B1AuthCheck ->IPO log, and check its relevant IPO logs and ExecDetails. For example, whether the correct DB is called, or reasons for failed authentication check.

    5. Error: "Connection Failed - The request timed out. (-1001)", or “Processing Failed - Internal server error; contact your system administrator”
    For troubleshooting, please first:
Verify the connection between the mobile device and the B1i server, see SAP Note 1776825 for instructions.
Check if these test connections can be executed successfully:
    Integration Framework > SLD > B1i Server > [company database] > B1DI
    Integration Framework > SLD > B1i Server > [company database] > JDBC
In case of errors, please refer to SAP Note 2029714.
Check if B1i tasks/messages are blocked in the queue via Monitoring -> Queue Monitor. If so, check whether any IPO steps are deactivated. (Control Center -> Monitoring -> IPO-Step Status -> Select “Deactivated Steps only “ -> Press submit -> If there are any IPO steps listed. Press (Re)activate button to  process the queue.
    Other common root causes are:
Root Cause 1: Inconsistent SSL configuration.
Solution 1:B1i uses port 8443 as the default for SSL connections of the mobile solution. The ‘Web Service’ in the mobile app setting needs to be <server_ip_address>:8443 and have SSL ‘ON’, as the default.
Root Cause 2: Some or all mobile scenarios are not activated correctly.
Solution 2:Open Integration Framework -> Scenarios -> Setup -> Scenario steps -> Check all steps are enabled (Eg:It should be “94 of 94”, which means there are totally 94 steps and all of them are activated. If it looks like something like “76 of 94”, it means there are inactive steps.)
Choose the “Deactivate” button to deactivate the mobile package. After this, the button changes to “Activate”.
Choose the “Steps” button, a web page would pop up.
Choose the “all Activate” and then click the save button. After that, close this popup.
After a few seconds, all scenario Steps should become something like “94 of 94”.
Choose the “Activate” button to activate the mobile package. It should pop up a confirmation dialog box, choose the "OK" button.
Root Cause 4: The password has unsupported characters such as “&”, “<” and “>”
Solution 4: Avoid using such characters for mobile users.
Root Cause 5: The default port 1433 is not used by the selected database instance.
Solution 5: The TCP IP port of the SQL database instance should be changed to 1433
Root Cause 6: sap.B1Mobile package is not correctly deployed
Solution 6: Ensure sap.B1Mobile package activation status is all green (Integration Framework > Scenarios > Control > Click [Status] button for sap.B1Mobile record)
Make sure the SLD entry '001sap0003' is not selected in the senderlist of any package except Mobile package (Integration Framework > Scenarios > Setup > Click [Sender] > Choose [Sender List])
    Reactivate sap.B1Mobile package
      Top
    6. Runtime issues
Cannot view the BP or Item Master Data list in the Mobile app.
Root Cause 1: The SQL language setting for the sa user was set to another language than English.
Solution 1: Set the SQL user (normally the sa user) language to English.
Root cause 2: The DateFormat parameter in the SQL Server is set to another value than ymd.
Solution 2: Run the query 'Set DateFormat ymd'
"Not Data" is displayed when trying to view Dashboards on the mobile device.
Root Cause 1: The PackagType column in table OWPK has an incorrect value for mobile dashboards.
Solution 1: Run the following query in company database to update the values:
UPDATE OWPK SET PackagType='M' WHERE PackagCode LIKE 'SAP_MOBILE_DASHBOARD_00%'

    7. Device ID in version 1.10.0 and higher (error: “Permission Denied”)
Since SAP Business One mobile app 1.10.0 for iOS a new device identifier has been introduced. When using the app for the first time, a system message appears:
Apple MAC address is no longer supported for device ID authorization checking since iOS 7. To enable access, update the device ID with <your device ID>
From within this message, mobile users have the option to email the device ID in the email body to their IT partners or administrators in order to change that data in the user master data. For more information see Retrieving the Mobile Device ID in the Full Guide / Documentation: SAP Business One for iOS.
If the device ID of the mobile user is not correct, the error: “Permission Denied” is being displayed and logon to the mobile app is not possible.

  • R3PROD2B1ITEM problem

    Hi all,
i have a problem with transmission of MATMAS from ECC 6.0 to B1 8.8.
In B1i i've configured everything (landscapes with connection test OK, process activated) using the BIU R3PROD2B1ITEM.
In ECC I've configured all the elements of the communication chain: RFC port, Logical System, Distribution Model, Partner Profiles and so on.
When i create a new PROD with transaction MM01, IDOC is succesfully created and sent to Logical System defined for B1i (system of type T, TCP/IP), and the IDOC status is 03.
In B1i the message received is in the FAILURE status with the error: Sender SysId, Sender ObjectType or Sender payload is missing
The message received in B1i is the following:

Seems that the message sent from ECC to B1i is not MATMAS but a call to IDOC_DATE_TIME_GET...
Do you have some idea for this issue?
P.S. The transmission from B1i to ECC (B1PO2R3SO) work fine and the order is correctly posted in ECC.

    Hi Marco,
last friday I had the same issue at another customer system.
After searching quite some time and checking the correctness of all settings, we found it:
In transaction SM59, the RFC TCP/IP connection representing B1iSN was defined as "NON-UNICODE" system.
In fact ECC was a UNICODE system, so we changed following:
    1. In transaction SM59, please change "Communication Type with Target System" setting towards Unicode.
    2. In B1iSN SLD change the RFC passive (RFCP) connection towards unicode = true.
After these changes, B1iSN receives the IDocs as expected.
    Best regards
    Bastian

  • PL 05 Bizflow blocked in processing status

    Hello,
I just install the PL05 of B1i, with JDBC driver for SQL server 2005.
I tried to resubmit MATMAS03 object via B1i: extras/Error Inbox/<My subsidiary>/Retry, the object is removed from the error list but is not processed (no line is logged in B1i: Extras/Message log),
I also tried to resend MATMAS03 object from R3, and i can see the objects in "Processing" status but they are blocked in this step, and never change status.
Somebody has information on this PL05 issue ?
    Thanks,
    Fabrice.
PS: i also tried with a DEBMAS05 object and the same behaviour occurs.

Re-installing solved the problem (...hopefully !!!)

  • Setup new cockpit for different company

    Dear Forum,
To make new cockpit for differebt company, i see the steps that to be needed :
below is how to install dashboard for multiple companies on the server.
    1) create new SLDs (with new IDs)
    2) export com.sap.b1i.dashboards BizStore
    3) fix Info.xml, Deployments package, copy old dashboards and set them new names with corresponding IDs.
    4) import new package to BizStore
    5) Set Up event sender with new companies
    6) In the Integration Framework -> Scenarios -> Scenario Package Setup:
    6.1) turn sap.Xcelsius scenario off
6.2) push button Sender, activate new companies
    6.3) turn sap.Xcelsius on
    7) disable dashboards and cockpit in target companies
    8) re-start event-sender, Integration Service
    9) enable cockpit and dashboards in target companies.
no 1 i already done and test connection ok, but no 2 - 5 how to do it? which module i use it?

    Dylan,
For step #2, you need to open the B1if Tools and there you will have an option on the to export different aspects of the BizStore.  There is a drop-down for what you want to export.
Once exported, you then need to use an xml editor to make the changes and then once done re-import the changed files.  You setup the new company information in the SLD option in B1if.
    Hope that helps,
    Eddy

  • Any application using webkit won't start (urgent help needed)

    Hi,
Any application that needs webkit won't start anymore. The problem is (appears to be) in one specific folder: /System/Library/Frameworks/WebKit.framework
All reports point to that folder, i restored it from a time machine backup but the apps still wont start. Is there a way to reinstall webkit?
    Applications include:
    - Safari, Mail, App Store, Adium, Dashboard, Messages, Notes, Reminders, Spotlight in the menubar, iTunes....... pretty much every application i need to make my Mac usable.
    All error logs show this:
    pplication Specific Information:

Any suggestions on how to fix the webkit problem?
    Thanks,
    Jay

First, I'd check in Safe Mode and see if the problem still occurs. If it does it could be a startup item or plug-in that's interfering. If not, try re-installing Safari.
Not sure it will touch WebKit though, you you may need to boot to your Recovery Volume and re-install the OS. Not too bad because it's an install in place and shouldn't touch any data, files or settings.
