B8080 (10 HD+) How I can OFF "microphone noise reduction" at video-recording?

With my Yoga 10 HD+ (model B8080) I have very bad sound than I recording (and play) sport-disco competition (with modern loud music) than I seating at scene (not under big dynamic loudspeaker).
B8080 can't record this music...
I listen only trash (crunch and sound holes).
How can I to OFF "microphone noise reduction"?
to test recording without reduction.

Yes, you are right - you do already have most of the parts to the answer of your question.
For clarity here's the whole procedure:
1. Make sure you have cloned your drive properly, using Carbon Copy Cloner or SuperDuper!*, and had set the clone to be bootable in the relevant utlity's preferences.
2. With the external drive still connected via FireWire, restart the PowerBook.
3. Upon hearing the startup chime, press and hold down the 'option'/alt key until you see the Startup Manager.
4. Select the icon of the drive you want to boot up from.
5. Click the 'right arrow' icon to boot up from the drive you have chosen.
*SD! has an option to automatically reboot from the external drive after the cloning process.

Exactly correct. Why is was made this way, I have no clue.
I think both should be using the top mic rather then the bottom as that is were your hand usually is. I think it should be made an option.

This would be an extremely bad idea, the start up tone is there for a reason. It tells you when your system is attempting to boot, it is also necessary in the even resets like a PRAM reset are done. There is software to mask the sound however as stated it is a very poor idea.
Also, why turn it off. Why not simply put the display to sleep when the machine is not in use. You can easily do that in System Preferences - Energy Saver

You can also try to remove them from the images folder and the My videos folder, because this is where the Gallery will look for pictures and videos, and put them in another folder then reorganize them in sub folders within your new folder

Can Long Exposure Noise Reduction be turned off ICLE5000L

So as above. Can it be truned off.I'm taking my own dark frames and using a PC to subtract them. Having to wait an HOUR for the camera to be able to take another shot after a 30 min exposure is down right irritating! It says on the Tech Spec, it is available. Not mandatory.

This Sony support page says "Long Exposure noise reduction is not performed with the following functions." Continuous Adv.Speed Priority Cont.Bracket: Cont.Intelligent AutoHand-held Night Shot in Scene SelectionAnti Motion BlurSweep Panorama I haven't tried but hoping one of the above will work for you.

Can't find NOISE REDUCTION EFFECT in PPRO CS5

Hey guys!
I am just digging through my CS5 PPRO for last hour or so - an simply can't seem to find any kind of NOISE REDUCTION EFFECT...
NOISE and GRAIN effect folder is made only of NOISE PRODUCING effects...
Is it possible that there isn't one in there??? I tried numerous other effects, thinking maybe there be some de-noiser in them, but nothing (only DE-NOISER effect is AUDIO one)...
I simply shot footage with high ISO and wanna try to remove some noise from it.... Sounds like preaty basic effect, that I remember was present even in programs like VIRTUAL DUB!!!!
Can you give me any hint on this one???

Thnx for updating me with info for 3rd party noise removers....
But I remember that earlier PREMIERES had some noise remover....
But trust me, I've been trying them for last few hours - these NOISE related EFFECTS in PPRO CS5 v.503 - are all just noise adding effects!!! None of them (at least with word NOISE in their name don't reduce it!!!!)

See above - if you have a laptop, then it is almost guaranteed that you cannot upgrade the graphics. It is 100% guaranteed in the case of laptops with Intel integrated graphics, which you have.
I have no idea why a laptop would advertise a PCI-e slot - Perhaps it has a Mini-PCIe slot that a mobile broadband card can be installed into? Or do you mean the ExpressCard expansion slot?
If you don't have a laptop and instead have a desktop, you probably should have posted a new thread rather than to a laptop thread to avoid confusion.

From the applet Identify the Business Component (BC)
From the BC idnetify the table, and the property user key sesuence will give you the proper combination. Column conflic_id is used for handling remote synchronization.
For BC based on S_PARTY, such as COntact, the table mentionned in User PRop will give your the main table used in this case.

If you have an RS-232 interface to the digital video recorder, it may be that you can send a command to the video recorder in order to get the time code sent back to your application - you would then read this as a string and then incorporate this data into your program.
The best source of help will be any documentation you have relating to the serial (RS-232) interface with the digital video recorder. This documentation should have commands that you can send to the recorder and expected response strings that you should get back from the device. This task should be straightforward but can often be frustrating without documentation about the video recorder. This will not be something that you can "guess" - past experience in writing serial communication ap
plications has shown that a good manual is your best friend.
Failing this if you have any source code for example programs that have already been written to communicate with the recorder, you might be able to extract the relevant ASCII strings and use them within your application. This is true whether you are using LabVIEW or a text-based language.

Removing microphone crackle noise from a video

Hi there,
Please could anyone offer some advice on how to remove a "crackly" noise from my video? The "crackle" appears to have come from the microphone that was clipped to a shirt, and as the speaker moved, the microphone picked up and recorded the scraping noise!
I have had a go with the audio effects in Premiere Elements, but haven't had any luck removing the noise, unless the sound gets distorted. I am new to Premiere Elements but have a gut feeling that I will probably need to re-record the speaker again. I thought I would ask the question, just in case there was some method I haven't found / understand yet.

From within PrE, I think that you have gotten good advice. The ability to remove transients from Audio is a bit limited in a video-editor, and can take a lot of experimenting.
There is something a bit better, but requires additional programs to accomplish. Even then, experimenting and critical listening will be needed. The first is an inexpensive, but great audio program, Magix Audio Cleaning Lab. With just the default settings, it does an amazingly good job with such things, though might never be perfect. I then use Adobe Audition, which has a Transient Repair Tool, and must be applied by hand, for each Transient that remains. It is NOT inexpensive, but so very powerful. This ARTICLE will give you a bit more info, plus a link to the Magix program.
Also, I would check out what is inducing the crackle into the audio stream. Usually, this is because of a bad connection in the chain. Fixing things there, is the best course, for the future.
