BACK Button causing problem with Single Sign on using STS Service

Hi Our application is using federated claim based authentication, and after logging into our default page using STS Authentication, we click a link inside our page, we get the new page, then we click BACK button but the Browser shows a blank page, The link below is shown by the URL and it shows it as a Working page

Problem description:
-During the installation of 9iAS Middle tier problems with Single Sign On occurs.
The reason of this problems seems a communication problem between the Single Sign On login sequence and the IASDB. After a reset of the port changing (back to the standard port 1521) the installation of 9iAS Middle tier works well.
Through this incorrect and problematic behaviour we have some notes and questions:
-Well at first the description of the port changing in Doc. ID: 211 929.1 seems us incomplete. Some configuration still carry on the standard port 1521 and not the knew value of the port 1525.
-So we want to know all configuration files and parts where we have to change the port value manually ?
-What will happened to the Single Sign On function with this manually port changing. Does Single Sign On works later on correct or have we to change much more ?

Currently, changing the listener port is not supported. It must stay on 1521. I believe this is to be fixed in a latter release (perhaps 9.0.4)

We installed successfully 'oracle Infrastructure' 10.1.2. We navigated to infrastructure home, the single sign-on status is'Down' and other components are 'Up'.

OpenDocument Problem with single sign on

We have implemented single sign on for our BO environment.
We have a report saved under Public Folders\test folder and this report is called thru Java application by users. I have written below code using OpenDocument Function.

But when I click on the link, it brings up the Login screen instead of opening the report. Since we implemented Single Sign on, I am guessing it should directly open up report bypassing login screen.
Please let me know if my code is wrong and how I bypass the login screen.

When you click on the open OpenDoc Link from a infoview (webi report) it will give a login page and you need to provide login details and then the webi report is displayed.
To avoid this login credential page you can follow the below steps:-
To by pass the log on , we need to create logon token which can be pass to URL and in turn logs in BO server. This logon token is nothing but an alphanumeric key and is encrypted form. Logon token mainly comprises of,
1)BO server name
2)Username
3)Password
4)Authentication type
I am sending you "opendoc.jsp" code which will give you a fare idea on how to create logon token and pass it to openDocument.jsp. Place this file in same place where your u201CopenDocument jspu201D resides.
Restart Tomcat
Execute this file in browser
http://<Server Name>:<Port Number>/businessobjects/enterprise115/desktoplaunch/opendoc/opendoc.jsp
Please make sure you make necessary changes with regards to "USERNAME","PASSWORD",and "BO SERVER NAME" before you executing this file.

It's working out of the box for me. So I do not think there is much to configure.
We run IM service on the same node as PS and Identityserver and just followed the install docs. Nothing about SSO there... It just worked.

Java 6 you can't as Apple maintains it, and Java 7 you could if you uninstall it and Oracle provides the earlier version which they likely won't his last update fixed 37 remote exploits.
Java broken some software here and there, all you'll have to do is wait for a update from the other parties.

i have configured a connection pool on JBoss as per JCo3 Documentation and is working great.
Now I need help to configure this connection pool with single sign on so that RFc on SAP ECC systems are executed using end users credential rather than using single user name password used to configure JCo connection pool.
On SAP Java stack I am sure its possible within Java WebDynpro and i assume using JCA resource adapter. But what if we don't want to use SAP Java App server.
Any help will be appreciated.

The only way to move files or folders/subfolders without causing problems, that is not creating 'missing files' is to do this from within the Organizer, not the OS (Win/Mac).
You can create folders and move pictures from the Organizer.
Note that if you are moving the files of several subfolders into a single one, you run the risk of wanting to move files with the same filename into the same folder ; your OS won't allow that. So the Organizer will rename pictures if needed.
If you want to do such a big reorganizing task, absolutely do a full backup before. There is no advantage for such a reorganizing from an Organizer point of view, but if you need it for some reason, it has to be done from within the organizer.

Using multiple wireless networks with Single sign on?

The university that I currently work for has switched from one wireless SSID to 2 separate SSIDs that separate the student users from the faculty/staff users. At this time only the Faculty Staff can log into STAFF and students can only log into STUDENT...
I have a few laptop carts that were setup for student use and have single sign on configured for the STUDENT wireless connection. The laptops are on the university's domain so that students have access to the home drives.
We run into problems when Faculty try to use a laptop to teach a class. They are unable to log in because their credentials are not authorized for the STUDENT wireless network.
So...Is it possible to setup 2 wireless profiles (STUDENT and STAFF) with single sign on and give the user an option to choose from?

Upgrading to 10.5 causes problem with Entourage

I have a problem which I believe to be a Mac OS problem even though it affects Entourage v.X. After upgrading the OS from 10.4 Tiger to 10.5.8 on a PowerPC Mac, Entourage crashes when opening mail that contains complex html. This only happens with the main user account and never happened before the upgrade. Email that only contains text and URL links opens OK. Logging out and back in to a new User, I am able to open and view the same emails that caused problems with the main user.

Generally when an application crashes in one account but it does in another account that indicates that something in the account where the application crashes is corrupt.
You have two choices then. You can either find out where the corruption is located and repair it or if that is too bit of job you can switch accounts.

Anyone successfully parsed resumes with Single Sign On enabled. We are unable to parse resume with SSO. If I disable the SSO the parsing is working fine. With the SSO enabled resume parsing giving the following error:

Pl. let me know if you have any suggestions/work around to resolve the issue. Client is going to live in 3 weeks. Any help is appreciated.

you can find this setting in your Internet Explorer. Use Tools -> Internet Options -> Advanced. In the section "Security", check "Enable Integrated Windows Authentication (requires restart)" and restart your browser.

I have two Iphones with different email addresses sharing one Apple ID. Will that cause problems with using messaging and FaceTime?

I have two Iphones 5 with different email addresses sharing one Apple ID account.Both are using IOS 8.
I would like to set up a new Apple Id for one of the phones and remove it from the old account.
If I do that, can I move all of the purchased apps and songs to the new Apple account?
Also, will sharing one Apple ID account with two devices cause problems with using messaging and FaceTime?

Sharing an iCloud account between two devices can be done without causing issues with iMessage and FaceTime, just go into Settings for each of these functions and designate separate points of contact (i.e. phone number only, or phone number and unique email address). While that works, you'll then face the problem where a phone call to one iPhone will ring both if on the same Wi-Fi network -- but again, that can be avoided by changing each phone's settings.
Rather than do all that, don't fight it -- use separate IDs for iCloud. You can still use a common ID for iTunes purchases (the ID for purchases and iCloud do not have to be the same) or you can use Family Sharing to share purchases from a primary Apple account.

If I install the update to Adobe Reader 10, will that cause problems with Acrobat Pro 9?

Firefox (version 15.0.1) is telling me I need to install an update to Adobe Acrobat 9.4 in order to view pdf files in my browser. I use Acrobat Pro 9. The update is actually Adobe Reader 10, and I am wondering if I install this, will it cause problems with my version of Acrobat Pro?
Because I am not sure if this is so, I have temporarily disabled the plug-in and now pdf files download automatically rather than display in my browser. I would prefer they open in my browser but do not want to upgrade to Acrobat X.
My OS is Windows Vista. I did not include the "troubleshooting information" file because I'm not sure what specific info is being requested.
