Back flushing not happening

I have activated backflush in routing but when i am confirming the order goods movement screen is blank so i went to co02 and saw the BOM here backflush is not activted so i checked the backflush box and saved the order and again when i went to confirmation goods movement screen is availble with 261 movement.
here why the back flush is not happening even when i marked the backflush indicator in routing. it has happened for almost 20 production orders and it got stopped suddenly. But still the back flush is in active mode in routing.
so every time i am going to co02 and ticking the backflush in component overview.
I am using alternative BOM 2 is it effecting anywhere.

Hi,
Backflush is used for material which are a must and having fixed relationship.
This can be configured in
MRP2 Screen,
Work center,
Routing and
production order.
If you configure this in routing or production order you have no need to activate this in MRP2 or Work center screen.
MRP2 Screen defines whether material components are always backflushed or work center to decide whether to backflush or mot.
If you want to always backflush your material then in MRP2 view choose 1 so that each time while confirmation it will backflush the material.
Yes, alternate 2 BOM is affecting.

When we doing the Component backflush (MFBF) or MF70 .We are getting error"Control key 0001 is not provided (Please check entry)"
Thise error occurs after our period end closing(after 28th July 2014)
Note:We are not using the control key in our system.(Control key doesn;t exist)
We checked the following
1.No master data chages
2.Product cost collector and version have same routing
3.In routing No operation
4.As per the order type used in Productuion cost collector,different control key is mainatained.
5.No costing errors.
6.Backflush happened priviously without operation in routing
Please provide solution.

when i checked with FICO ,cost run for the finsihed product is not possible.Becasue costing runs once in ayaer.
We checked in Debuging mode,control key 0001 is picking(looking) from table T430(configuration).
As i said there is no operation in the routing,it should pick the default operation,as per our configuration it should pick PP03.But it is looking for control key"0001"
In quality system it is picking control key PP03 correctly.
I think if we re run KKF6N,it may fix the issue.SInce 2010 there were no issue,so we want to know the roort cause.

If you never saved, auto save does not kick in.

I have iPhone 5 IOS 8.1.2; for past 13 weeks I get message that my phone has not backed up on the cloud. Every night however the wifi is on, phone is connected to power, and screen is locked. Any idea why back-up is not happening ?

Try deleting an other icloud backup and see if it will automatically backup.

The Mac has never needed "Full Screen". It has done multiple screen Extended Desktop since 1987.
Full screen is an iPhone feature, carried into this verion with the mult-touch gestures and other so-called "unifying" features.

Try a reset:
Hold the Sleep and Home button down until you see the Apple logo.

We are fellow users here on these user-to-user forums, you're not talking to iTunes Support nor Apple.
What have you tried to fix it ? Have you tried closing the Videos app via the iPad's multitasking bar and seeing if it plays properly when you re-open then app ? Have you tried a soft-reset of your iPad ? If neither of those fix it then are you in a country where films can be redownloaded (assuming that it's not a rental) ? If you are then delete it from the Videos app and redownload it via the Purchased tab in the iTunes store app.

Locked, refers to the device being plugged in with "slide to unlock" being displayed on the screen. To recap - your device will automatically back up to icloud when it is connected to power, the screen is locked, and it is connected to a wifi network.
-Wifi is required to limit impact on your data plan.
-Power is to ensure the device has sufficient power to perform the backup.
-Screen lock - to make sure the device is not in use - which could slow or stop the backup.
The initial backup may take some time. Plug it in to the wall before bed, and make sure it is connected to your wifi network. The backup SHOULD be completed when you wake up in the morning.

Did you already try to reset the iPad by holding the sleep and home button for about 10sec, until the Apple logo comes back again?
You will not lose data doing a reset, but it can clear some glitches.

The iphone is designed to be synced to your computer or cloud service regularly. If she failed to do this, then they are likely gone.

Perform a "hard reset" on the device by pressing down and holding the home button and the sleep/wake button for up to 30secs. until you see a black screen with the Apple logo, then release.
Then test to see if it solved the problem.
