Did you check in iTunes/Edit/Preferences/Devices, if there is more than one backup listed? If you can find your latest backup and the older one, see if you can choose the new backup to restore from, after you set it up again as new device: How to back up your data and set up as a new device

Correct. When you update via iTunes all synced media that is not in your iTunes library will be lost.

On the itunes store it says error 5002

I had an issue where I had to wipe my mac as well. What you have to do to format the hard drive and reinstall is this:
Restart the computer while holding down the option key. Choose the recovery disc. Find the main hard disc and hit format. Then you can reinstall Lion via the internet, it takes a while though, my computer took 5 hours or so.
For your first question, if you got the family version of office, I believe you have 3 computers you can authorize it on. If you are not sure, look it up in the apple store.
For the second: Time machine would probably be your best option, but I would reccomend restoring from a backup before you were having problems, and restore that one (put new files you need on another external or a digital-online storeage site such as dropbox.) To restore a backup, restart your computer and hold command+R and select "Restore from Time Machine Backup" (for more information go here: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1427 )
I don't believe tere is anything else you need to do, but I am new to macs, so I may not be the best source, but this is what I have found/have had to do.

I cannot address the sync services error right now, but the error that you receive when you change from sync to manually manage music is what happens when you change. Once you change to manually manage music, it erases all of the music and will only put the music that you want on the phone, content that you manually drag over to it. When you say the iPhone was blocked, do you actually mean it is locked to a carrier, or do you really mean the iPhone is blocked from use?
Thie is the second post from someone buying an iPhone in Dubai and then having problems with it and with support.
If you cannot get the seller to respond, try contacting Apple support at the appropriate number from http://support.apple.com/kb/HE57 and see if they have any help to offer.
Warranties on iPhones are only valid in the country of sale so any support will really require returning to Dubai, or sending the iPhone to someone in Dubai to handle it for you...Apple will not accept shipments from another country.

Quit iTunes, restart your computer, restart your iPad and try again. If it doesn't work with a restart of the iPad, try a reset of the iPad.
Reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider if it appears on the screen - let go of the buttons. Let the iPad start up.

If you bought this music from iTunes you can download it again from within your Purchases in the iTunes App.
Otherwise, razmee is right. you can only sync to one itunes library. If you sync to another one whatever does not exist on the new library will get removed from the phone.
That's is by design to avoid Piracy. As otherwise you could simply transfer purchases to other users.

Hiding the Bookmarks menu item is not a default feature in Firefox.
Do you have a Delicious extension installed? <br />
