Background on phone device

Hi!
I'm adapting my website to a phone device and I have one problem. I don't know what can I do to live the background fixed while text and images scroll down. I know how to do it on the computer version but it doesn't work on the phone version.

I've got no dialtone. Yesterday I had extreme static with a dialtone under, but the service worked. I've checked all extension in house and with neighbors with Frontier service and their service is fine. Any ideas? Also, have already tried two chat extensions, one referred to another that is not in service. I can go to a phone and call, but wanted to check on user messages for suggestions before I did so. Any number of things could have caused the phone to do this. If after the reset you are experiencing additional problems, the next step in the troubleshooting process is a restore from a backup. Make sure you have one before you start the restore process. If that does not improve things, then you may have to restore as a new device. Remember, restoring as a new device will delete all data off the phone. Make sure all of your pictures are imported to the computer and all other data is synced to supported applications on the computer before restoring as new. Problem with Log-in on second phone device

I have a Premium account, but when I try to log in to my account on a second android phone device I am told that an account already exists with this log-in detail. HT4859 I was in a car collision and need proof of my location when I called 911. How can I get this info. from my i phone device?

I was in a car collision and need proof of my location when I called 911. The Police Dept., refused to respond, since there were no injuries.
Now, I have a dispute with the other driver who is falsely stating accident happened at another intersection. In addition of calling 911 twice, I also took pictures of damages. Unfortunately, I did not take pictures of the intersection signs.
My AT&T carrier states that this info. can only be disclosed by a subpoena. My insurance carrier states that they will not subpoena this info., since it is a civil case only.
The Police Department does not keep records of calls they do not attend to.
How can I get this location info. from my i phone device if at all possible?

Good work to the experts in the house. I have an ipad that I have been using for a while now and someone recently picked it and toyed with it. The person activated Find My Phone device on my ipad and the pad locked to his account. I have tried to reach everyone I know to remove this account but I couldn't get anyone to give a right code. The e-mail address of the person didn't show properly for me to contact who the person is, I have done recovery to the pad but still asking for the person's code. I couldn't use my ipad since this happened to me. I need somebody's help to use my pad again. Thanks.

I have problem when I updated iOS7 yesterday. At first, there was a message popped out in my Iphone 4 said "iOS7 available for u to update, then i clicked "update", then it said "wait while it verifying", after that my phone tuned blank and what i saw was only the "logo of apple". Until now i see only that Apple logo, i can't either switch my phone on or off.
My iTunes in Mac is just updated to version 11.1

You need to restart the phone in DFU mode and update the software.
To restart the phone in DFU mode press the power and home button simultaneously for like 10 seconds once the phone is switched off release the power button keep holding the home button while you connect to the computer which has Itunes running and then you can restore or update the software, you can download the update and connect after the software has been downloaded if your phone disconnects, And enjoy you new IOS7.

Changes to phone devices in CUCM admin console not being configured on phone

I can log in to the CUCM admin page and make changes to phone devices. The changes made are reflected in both the PUB and both SUBs. Devices do not take changes however. Reset and restart commands from admin page on devices do not actually reset or restart devices. Physically resetting device by unplugging switch port on phone does not help reflect configuration changes. Verified TFTP settings are correct and reset the TFTP service on servers. Troubleshooted on Cisco phone 7945 and 8945. Any help on how to resolve this?

Hi,
This points to some database issue, the database replication may be broken. Please check through RTMT and see if the database replication state is 2 for all the servers. You can try a 'utils dbreplication stop' on all servers followed by a 'utils dbreplication reset all' on the Publisher. Another quick fix would be a restart of the ccm service.

With the new OVI suite recognize phone device as "...

The problem started when I updated the OVI suite a couple of days before. With the new OVI suite my phone device (Nokia C5) is recognized as "s60 Handset" and I don't have access to my internal phone memory, but the SD card contents only!
I tried to reinstall the old version of OVI suite (2.2.1.23) that worked quite nice. I even deleted the Nokia directories and registry values on my computer when I uninstalled the new version and didn't make a difference.
Just don't tell me that the recognition of the phone device as "s60 Handset" with no internal phone memory access is a normal thing. If that's so I must remark that OVI suite made a major backward step.
When I experienced the Nokia OVI suite (2.2.1.23) for the first time I thought that Nokia finally made a difference in software programming.
Now I see that the bad practice of Nokia PC suite is still going on.

The new version of PC suite will work with Windows 7 . As for its compatibility with Nokia 7610, it should work..However trying it is the best way to confirm..because there will not be any harm to the PC or the phone if it doesn't ..
You may also try the Nokia Suite from here ..

Hi, Kilted, I shall put it as below:
Cancelled a contract on my Iphone and started another contract with Samsung Note 2 on O2. Managed to transfer almost all my data bar the content of my notes through drag and drop from itune to sKies prior to contract cancellation.
When I later connected the iphone to the laptop to carry out an advise of going into itune to drag and drop the note content into dropbox from where I could pull into the samsung device, I was denied access into itune with my id , the same which has facilitated my access to this chat community.
Question then: Am I not able to use itune again because of the contract cancellation?

As mama23dogs said check data usage, if you see any spikes you can drag the vertical lines in to that range and it will update the apps for that time frame.

- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode

- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
