I PURCHASED AN APPLICATION FROM APPLE STORE. AN ERROR OCCURRED WHILST DOWNLOADING IT. IT WANTS ME TO REVERT BACK TO PURCHASES IN ITUNES, AS SOON AS I TAP ON "INSTALL" IT SHOWS THE SAME MESSAGE AGAIN. HOW DO I SOLVE IT PLEASE? IT SHOWS ON MY STATEMENT THAT I PURCHASED THE APPLICATION?

Try redownloading the app directly to the iPod by:
]Downloading past purchases from the App Store, iBookstore, and iTunes Store
It may be that iTunes is not signed into the account that purchased the app or that the computer is not authorized for that account.

If you are referring to an iDevice, sign out of your new Apple ID and sign back in with your old one - they should all be there.

Hello, while back I purchased some music videos , I see them on my purchases but I cannot see the full videos why??? only like 30seconds.

You have just experienced what Apple and ITunes is
designed to do. Prevent you from sharing purchased
music from ITunes. That's the way it is suppose to
work. Now, do your purchased songs play using ITunes.
Play them, see if you get any warning. Next reload
the songs again on your IPOD. Before disconnecting,
locate the songs on your IPOD using ITunes and
attempt to play them. Do they play. If they do you
    can properly disconnect your IPOD.
Yes, they do play in iTunes. (And just in case you don't know, I am on my home computer where I originally set up my iPod.) When I hook up my iPod to my computer the songs are there on my ipod, while veiwing it on iTunes, and they play, they just won't play on my iPod. And no, I don;t get an authorization window that pops up when I play the song/video, they play automatically

  • WS14000133 not supporting the Back&forth processing , back to purchaser but

    Dear Geeks,
    we have SRM 5.5
i am using the sap standard template WS14000133 for the n-step approval and implemented the Badi BBP_WFL_APPROV_BADI. Everything is working fine . the issue is when the requistioner is logged in to the SAP SRM portal all the features are available except the "Back to Purchaser" and "Back to manager" pushbutton are not visible on the screen.
I suppose which indicates that the Workflow or the SRM portal is not supporting the Back & Forth processing where the requistioner has the facility to send the Workitem back to the approver who has made changes the shopping cart.
Can anyone please help me  in finding a way to enable the above pushbuttons to be visible in the SRM portal screen.
    Regards,
    Altaf

    Hi,
The issue is not with the Approve,Reject, submit or resubmit icons or buttons.
for the workflows which support back and forth processing there will be two extra buttons visible on portal screen.
    1. Back to purchaser  visible to the Approver
    2. Back to Manager visible  to the Requisitioner/creator of the shopping cart.
so this two buttons/ icons are not visible in SRM portal screen.
And this is the basic standard functionality provided by the SAP . here is the part of the documentation which supports the above statements.
    "Back & Forth Processing
This property enables the creator and the current approver to change the document during approval.
Using the pushbutton Back to Purchaser, the approver can send the document back to the creator so that changes can be made. The purchaser/creator makes the changes and uses the pushbutton Back to Manager to send the changed document back to the last approver who then continues the approval process. (Depending on the type of authorization, the approver can also make changes, for example, and then notify the creator of the change using the back & forth procedure.)"

  • Backing up purchased music ... on HD ?

    Hi
Is it possible to back-up purchased music with ITunes ... not on the cd/DVD as proposed ... but on a external HD ?
Furthermore ... if I make a copy of the Itunes folder on the external HD, will this enable me to restore my ITines if I ever had a problem ?
    Many Thxs.

Is it possible to back-up purchased music with ITunes ... not on the cd/DVD as proposed ... but on a external HD ?
    Sure it is.
Assuming you aren't using back-up software and are doing it manually, you just make a copy of the files on your external drive.
If you want to back up your entire library - puchased songs and those you've imported yourself as well as playlist and related information (Ratings, Play Counts, Dates Last Played, Equalizer settings, etc.) - and have kept iTunes default settings, everything you need to copy - the iTunes Music and Album Artwork folders and the iTunes library files - is in the iTunes folder - default location C:\Documents and Settings\ user name \My Documents\My Music\iTunes .
This will also let you recreate your iTunes Library if necessary.
If you want to get a bit of a "bigger picture" on back-ups, you might want to make yourself a cup of tea and have a look at this article on the PC World web site and this Microsoft support page .

  • I can't remember the security questions and recovery email has been shutdown. How can I get back to purchasing songs, apps, etc.?

I don't remember the security questions and my recovery email has been shut down after years of no activity. What can I do to get back to purchasing music, apps, etc.?

The Three Best Alternatives for Security Questions and Rescue Mail
        1. Use Apple's Express Lane.
Go to https://expresslane.apple.com ; click 'See all products and services' at the
bottom of the page. In the next page click 'More Products and Services, then
'Apple ID'. In the next page select 'Other Apple ID Topics' then 'Forgotten Apple
ID security questions' and click 'Continue'. Please be patient waiting for the return
phone call. It will come in time depending on how heavily the servers are being hit.
         2.  Call Apple Support in your country: Customer Service: Contact Apple support.
         3.  Rescue email address and how to reset Apple ID security questions.
A substitute for using the security questions is to use 2-step verification:

  • Document Sent Back to Purchaser by

    Hi all,
when we have a PO in approval status, if one of the approvers choose the option "Document Sent Back to Purchaser by", there is no "alarm" on the purchaser, he does not receive any information, does any one know how to send him a menssage or something that should make him look at that PO?
Thanks in advance for your help,
    Best REgards,
    HT

    Hi HT,
please try the option in SPRO in the workflow section,
    => DEFINE RECEPIENT OF NOTIFICATIONS
SELECT APPROVE PURCHASE ORDER IN THE SCENARIO AND IN THE USER ROLE SELECT THE PURCHASER
IN THE CHECK BOX SELECT THE OPTION REJECTION OF APPLICATION OBJECT,
hope this will help, Pls award the points,

  • HT201272 how to find back my purchase ringtone?

how to find back my purchase ringtone?

At the present time, redownloading purchased ringtones is not supported if that's what you're trying to do.  You can check your purchase history as outlined here: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2727, but you can't redownload a purchased ringtone.

  • Backing up purchased media

I previously posted a question when version 7.2 of iTunes was released about a problem I was having. This problem continues still with version 7.6.2.9.
    The problem:
When backing up purchased media, I would like to be able to use DVD+/-RW discs. This works so long as the disc has NEVER been used. Once the disc is used, iTunes will no longer recognize the disc as being blank, and thereby, usable.
I have tried various things to work around this and none have worked. Here is a link to the previois thread, which is now archived: http://discussions.apple.com/thread.jspa?threadID=1015461&tstart=0
Has anyone found a workaround for this?

Has this even been brought up to the development staff for iTunes?
We're just your fellow users here and so have no idea whether nor not this issue has been escalated to the engineering staff. If you haven't posted feedback on the subject in the past, be sure to do so through the iTunes feedback page. That's the best way, short of signing up as a (free level) Apple developer and using their bug report system.
I presume that all your disk drivers and the drive firmware are up to date? And have you tried different types of media: -RW if you've been using +RW and vice-versa, and different brands? If I missed you covering those possibilities in the old thread, I apologize.

  • Back up purchases, file too large

Hi. I have itunes 10 and have been running into a problem backing up purchases. I have a CD writer/dvd reader on my laptop. When I go to back up my purchases, it tells me that I have a file that is too large for a cd and I need to insert a dvd. I am given no other options. The only thing I can do at this point is cancel the back up. I don't have a dvd writer so I just haven't been able to back up my purchases and I'm getting nervous because they are just piling up.

It was my understanding that rather than being just a copying mechanism, it held licenses and permissions for my purchased music
    No.
    The computer holds the authorization
that might not be present just by burning my purchased music to cd since the cd's won't actually "play"
The backup CDs will not "play" because they are not audio CDs. They are data CDs. An audio CD will only hold ~15-20 songs. A data CD will hold ~120 songs.
I assumed it was more than just music files
It is also the library files whcih hold additional data (ratings and such) that are not actually part of the music files.
Would you recommend just making a compressed copy of my itunes folder in an alternate location?
You would not get much compression since the files are already compressed but yes, making a backup in an alternate location (on a completely different drive) is what you should do. You can use SyncToy as recommended by turingtest2.

  • My computer somehow restarted then deleted all my progress from Word documents. Is there any way to get these documents back without purchase of a data recovery software?

Recently when I open my Mac the screen stays black until I press the start button a few times. Usually at this point it's in sleep mode. This time, however, the computer restarted completely, losing any word documents that I had left open prior. Is there any way I can recover these files without a purchase of a data recovery software? I've tried looking in the 'recent' tab, but it didn't save anything I have done in the last week, and finals are this coming week. Please help!

If the system just Restarted on it's own, Shut down while you were working on something then started back up all those changes, edits, you had done in that app, document, are gone.
