Backing up WHOLE workspace and all ape apps
HI all
I want to backup all my workspace (different) with all the apps (20 in each ).
Is there a way to do it , without doing it one by one.
I found this proc on grassroot-oracle.com

if this is the only way then
#1 where should this proc be executed ?
#2 i am, using linux ,something to watch out for ?
I also want to know how i can use this functionality on different instances of apex on same server
ex 10.8.22.30:8888/apex is 4.1.1
and 10.8.22.30:8000/pls/apex is 3.2

Hi,
You have to run this procedure as owner / parsing schema of the applications in your workspace.
You can also use the Apex java export utility.

(I think the daughter got he better end of the deal!) I believe if you change the password and user id one of the devices it will stop that from occurring. But I'm not the one to tell you how to do it; someone like "Illaass" (Illaass seems to know how to correct / fix almost anything!) will know how if you don't. Just look for the "cat" icon.

What is restoring and why do i 'have' to restore to connect to iTunes and can I really get all my stuff back because I have a homework essay saved on my notepad and all my apps and music. Help I don't know what to do!

You will have to restore and thus erase the iPod. If you stuff is in a backup y can restore from backup. Otherwise it is lost. -

Try enabling the Hebrew keyboard from Settings > General > Keyboard > International Keyboards.

I had to refresh my laptop and all my apps were removed how do i get them back?
I have a Pavilion dv6-7010us Entertainment PC -- operating system Windows 7 -- upgrading to windows 8 when the laptop would not update -- kept stalling at 12% -- said the D:windows\system32\log files\srt\srt trail.txt was missing -- refreshed the computer to look for file and all my apps were removed. Now my computer does not do all the special things it did when I first brought it.
Have you tried performing a system recovery to a date before this issue happened?

What has happened and how do I get my music back? Obviously I have some of it on iTunes but others I don't have anymore... I can't understand how my music would suddenly disappear when my iPod has been working fine. My iTunes was set to manually manage music (and even if it hadn't been, then my iPod would have been synced to it anyway, so that can't explain why it's gone) and all my apps are there as usual. It's the version of the iPod touch before the camera was introduced. Please help!

That makes it difficult to provide any assistance. I hate to say this but you chose to manage the music yourself and there's no way that i/we can figure out what you did that caused the problem. -
I just downloaded the new operating syaytem and all my apps are STUCK in the app store . I can open them in the app store but can NOT creat icons with them only open them
If they are in your iTunes library, sync them back to your phone. If not, restore your iCloud backup. If you don't have one, you'll have to redownload them as explained here: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2519 (however this will not restore your app data).

I just updated to the newest software and all my apps were deleted. I have tried syncing on itunes but it doesn't work. Help!
Try ReSynching to iTunes. If you set up sync to the cloud, turn that off, resync to your PC. That should bring them back. You can then turn on sync to cloud again.
You may, however, want to re-think that. There is a lot of chatter about the cloud being the source of some if not many of the battery issues. Personally, I decided to rurn the cloud off until the Battery-gate issue is resolved.

Apologies. The second link I gave you shows an ipad so I thought it would be more helpful. If you scroll part way down, you'll see an ipad. I know that most say it's mainly an IE issue, but there is mention of turning off javascript.
In the link below Apple claims that it blocks third party tracking if you turn on 'private browsing.' But is the site you're dealing with actually third party browsing? And if it's already embedded on your ipad, will clearing history, cookies and data take out your google issue? I know that when I do this, within minutes a long list of sites never visited are back on in 'website data'. Also, consider turning off java script. On 'accept cookies' click on never.
To see all this on your ipad, go to settings, then click on Safari. On the right, try turning off 'accept cookies.' Turn on private browsing'. Keep 'block pop-ups' on. Personally, I would try one thing at a time. For example, first turn on private browsing and see what happens when you open the scrabble app.
Then go to 'advanced' and look at website data. You possibly never visited many of those sites.
Apple's take on it is that they're protecting Safari users, whether it's a mac or an ipad.

Apple tv3 runs slowly on all apps in the box,after the last update.Picture sometimes run's slowly on netflix ,and all the apps in the apple tv3 box.But the sound is ok.Anyone else have this problem?I have a 20Mbit wireless line,but i had put a cable from my router to my apple box,but it did not help.
Are you using a home network?
Try the following :
- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost
Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Power off and then back on the router
- Reset network settings: Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Settings -
I am using Apple ipod 2nd gen with IOS 4.2.1 . No i recently updated my IOS and all my apps were deleted. Now when i download IBOOKS it needs IOS 5. How do i get the apps which are copatible with IOS 4.2.1 or IPOS 2nd GEN??
You should always have your apps on your computer. If you have failed to keep a copy of the old app versions, then you cannot get them back at all.

Nothing is stored on the sim card on an iPhone. If you backed up to your computer the backup will contain your calendar events. Otherwise, if your phone isn't functioning there is no way to back up or extract your calendar at this point.

My Ipad 'Systems' shows my WiFi connection is working and all my Apps connect and interact ok but Safari says 'No Response from the Server' the same on my Mail. The WiFi works perfectly on everything else in the house. Any ideas ?
it was not just email it was all internet via safari but all apps including the bank account app. the laptop and pc access the same email servers which work perfectly so it is difficult to blame the servers.
by the way it has now started to work properly at lasst after a whole day of trying to resolve this year. -
