Backup 3.0- how to backup microsoft entourage mail with backup 3.0
trying to find and backup my microsoft entourage mail and addressbook, but can't seem to locate them in order to drag them into a new Backup Plan. Anyone know how to accomplish this task?

Microsoft Entourage stores addressbook, mail, and calendar all in one Database file. It is in your Users -> yourname -> Documents -> Microsoft User Data folder. Modify the contents of Entourage to find out which Database file it is.
Just a FYI, if the database gets overfull, that file can easily get corrupted. I personally don't like to use Entourage because of the "all your eggs in one basket" design of this. I ended up migrating everything to Mail, Addressbook, and iCal. While I've forgone the ability to easily categorize mail as Entourage allows me to, it allows me to keep a larger combination of documents together without having to worry about corruption. Feel free to choose whichever method works best for you.

simple search online, including the OS X version and any email client software
your computer may have installed. Some browser software includes email client.
Also there are several ways to go in this matter. I don't see questions, only answers.
To learn how the Mail application works, if you want to import everyone's mail, then
figure how to set up user accounts in the OS X. Or use web-mail & login by browser.
Hopefully you can find the best solution for the unasked question.

Calling was a good suggestion. Apple Care had the wrong email address and changing

Backup file corrupted- How do I recover or locate older backup files?
I synced my original iPhone (with 2.0 software) a few times last night to make sure everything I had on the iPhone was synced to my computer before I restored it, and sold it on ebay. It backed up the iPhone a few times and always wanted to restore it everytime. Well the last time I attempted to sync the iPhone I interrupted the backup process by 'x-ing' out of it during the sync. Now I am trying to get my 3G iPhone synced with the backup of my original iPhone and it is saying that the file is corrupt. Obviously this is because I interrupted the backup process.
So my question is: Is there a way for me to locate an older backup file that may only be an hour older than the corrupt file?
In the preference settings in iTunes I can see the backup files for my phone, but it only lists one, which is the corrupt one. And I searched the finder for recent files, hoping I could find the corrupt file, locate the folder its in and there find older non-corrupt files. Alas, no luck.
I've already restored the original iPhone so the info is gone from that phone. Is there any hope of finding a non-corrupt backup file? Please help.You can find your backup file here:

It seems that iTunes lists all of the ones that are in that folder.
I just lost my backup, too. More than a year's worth of settings. I can't find any way of "fixing" the corrupt backup. It seems that photos are gone forever, if they weren't imported into iPhoto, but I did find this software to recover notes, sms, and call logs:

FahadI have been with 2 clients that have used Exchange Server 2003 for processing Workflow Notifications for multiple 11.5.10.2 with ATG.H RUP 4 instances. I have found that Exchange will frequently take 4 hours to send notifications and 2-4 hours to process notifications that are replied back to it. Outbound messages generally fail with 451 Timeout waiting for client input errors, but finally send after about 4 hours.
