Backup problems after upgrade to ios8

Hello,
I have an iPhone 5s model.
After i've upgraded to ios8 I can not make a backup using itunes or icloud.
Before upgrading I had no problem with backups at all.
I have no problem of space and memory.
I've reinstalling, and restore the device and nothing helped.
I'd be delighted if you could help me.

Everything is slowed down after upgrading to ios8 ?

I have various problems after upgrading to IOS8 with mij Ipad2. Pages has for example become very slow. I can say that it has in fact become unusable: I get typing errors caused by the slowness.
Another complaint is that the keyboard all the time covers the text.
Further I am using Icloud drive for Pages, but I want to change that. When I change this in the system, then I lose all my documents! ( but if I close WIFI then I keep the documents: I donot understand).
I would like to know if Apple reads these posts? And is there a simple possibilty to downgrade ?

Apple provides NO means or provision to downgrade iDevices to a previously installed iOS version.
There are unsupported methods to do so, but these involves doing things to your Apple iDevice that is NOT permitted by Apple and Apple has taken steps to make sure there are consequences, like making your iPad completely inoperable, by using unauthorized, unsupported and unofficial means to circumvent the normal,default operation of their mobile devices.
To use these methods to try and fix your Apple iDevice means, Apple is going to punish you for doing so, by making sure your iDevice no longer functions.

As the title said, it was very very slow to delete an app after upgrade to IOS8.1 for my iPad air.
That not good for Apple style,please fix it asap.

Hi Try a Reboot press & hold power button & menu button hold both down until you see Apple Logo If this doesn't fix your problem Do a Factory Restore this will get rid of some bugs And iPad will be like new Do a backup to iCloud before doing this Make sure you use the same Apple ID I did this last week on iPad Air Running 8.1 It's just like new now very quick Cheers Brian

I am having this same issue. I live in Korea and changing the language to Korean made the messages searchable, but when I changed back to English, the problem returned and I was unable to search all my messages via the search window in the messages app, but then, after about 5 minutes, the messages app crashed, and after that, the problem was resolved. Gotta sat that I'm so far unimpressed with ios 8; seemingly not ready for Primetime.

After Upgrading to iOS8, the iPhoto Events on my Mac wont sync with my iPad2.

I recently updated to iOS8 on my iPad2. During the update I got a message that the update failed and my iPad was stuck in Recovery Mode. After Restoring my iPad2 and loading the most recent backup, I'm having issues with syncing all of my data back on the iPad. I have the option selected to sync "Selected Events and Events from the past 12 months" to my iPad2. After completing a sync, NONE of the events appear on my iPad. The only photos that are available are in the Recent Photos's section. I have tried syncing multiple times with no success.
Any suggestions on how to get these events back on the iPad??

somehow, after delinking my apple(icloud) id with iphone, i erased my iphone to start with new, in hope that it should work now, but nothing seems to be working,

have you deleted the account and re-added it? Have you done a reset or restore as outlined in the iPhone user guide? What troubleshooting have you done?

All data deleted after upgrade to iOS8

I am deeply sad. All data has been deleted after upgrade to iOS8.
What I did:
1. Connect ipad to PC to transfer records from voice recorder.
2. iTunes offered to upgrade system.
3. I confirmed.
4. Some unknown error occured in the end of upgrade process.

Internet speed too slow in hotspot mode on iPad after upgrade to iOS8

Problem:
After upgrade from iOS7 to iOS8 my 3G internet speed shows very poor performance in Hotspot mode.
Before upgrade (on iOS7):
3G
without hotspot -- 4 MB/s
in hotspot mode shared over WiFi -- 4 MB/s
After upgrade (to iOS8):
3G
without hotspot -- 4 MB/s
in hotspot mode shared over WiFi, Bluetooth and USB -- speed drops to stable 20-30 KB/s regardless of attached device or network quality
I contacted my 3G operator, they report to have made no changes, and have no clue and suggest me to contact 'equipment manufacturer'.
I have tried different kind of settings, resetting/experimenting with APN/username/pass. The only thing I haven't done so far is I didn't erase/clean reinstall my iPad. But I will do it soon.
Could you please suggest:
a) has anyone else faced such a problem?
b) has anyone have an idea how to fix it?

A solution was to leave the 'Hotspot APN' blank and fill out the 'login' field instead with <any> symbols.

Ok I fixed the issue, turns out a couple of weeks ago, I downloaded a program that was suppose to help shrink some of your stuff to use less data, it was called Onavo. It was suppose to show you how much data you use to help keep you within your limits. If you have downloaded this, go through your settings and delete it and it will fix the problem. At least it did for me. I can now send photo's to non Iphone users via text no problem.

Go to Settings>General>Keyboards>Predictive Text>ON. If it is on, you can toggle it off and then back on. The other method is to check in the typing area of the Messages app and it could be minimized. You would see a small line in the center just below the typing area. You would just need to put your finger on that small line and swipe upwards. But either should bring it back.

There are two easy fixes to this.
One, you can set up Family Sharing, in which you can have two different iCloud Accounts, yet still share the same apps, music, media etc.
Two, go to Settings and turn-off "Handoff". This can be found under the General page.
