Backup size wrong vs Icloud backup size

My backup size has an extra 3gb!
Even after disabling everything from backing up, it shows the next backup size 3.6gb?

Likely corrupted files.
Connect the iPod to your computer and look at the storage used by the various categories as shown in the colored bargarph in iTunes.
Come back with the results.

We are users, not Apple. We cannot trace your phone, and neither can Apple.
Please change every password you have. Posting your email addresses and Apple IDs on a public forum is insane. Hopefully a Mod will edit them out for you.

There is an earlier thread that was answered by an Apple employee that states they are seeing the iMessage and Facetime servers are down. It is unknown when they will return, however it generally is not an extended period of time.

What is wrong with icloud mail and how do I fix it?
I put the icloud mail login address in the browser, it brings up the login screen.
I put the login details in correctly, it says icloud has stopped responding, I always send to Apple.
It restarts and I get the right screen, below, but all of the icons are blurred out. If you hover over them they sometimes indicate what they are but won’t let me launch them.
I am using an Advent Laptop with a Celeron processor with Windows 7 and the browser is Internet Explorer 11 for Windows 7. (I know I am expecting a lot of it). All of my software is up to date.
Any ideas? I a not very techy but I'm not afraid to have a go...it communit question. Thanks fr your help.

Just saying it "doesn't work" is useless if trying to troubleshoot your problem.
What EXACTLY doesn't work?
sending or receiving, or both?
sending or receiving from an iOS device?
sending or receiving from the icloud.com website?
sending or receiving from a desktop email client?
logging on at icloud.com?
if using a desktop email client, which one, on which platform?
do you get any error messages?
if so, what do the error messages say?
if you're using icloud.com, what version of what browser are you using?
what have you done so far to troubleshoot the issue (apart from saying "doesn't work)?

When I try to turn on or backup it says There was a problem enabling icloud backup. Also it wont let you see your total space available and manage storage. Then when i try to turn icloud on from itunes it backsup on the computer and i dont want that. So whats Wrong

I have had an Apple since 1979 and even owned a computer school using all Apples for 20 years. Apple was always there for us. Never had a problem with Apple products. I'd blame the hackers and competetion and the sick people who are out to destroy instead of building things.

I'm unable to get my emails, what is wrong with iCloud? Is Down?

For the last 2 days I'm trying to download my emails and I'm unable to even see them in Icloud, what is wrong??
Please advice.

Delete the entire Backup folder if there is anything at all in it.

My email address is wrong for icloud

I cant verify my ilcoud account because I spelled my email address wrong. Because of this, I can't get into it. How can I fix this? I have backed up to icloud but I cannot get to it.

Are you saying you don't know how you spelled it wrong?
You could create another Apple ID and icloud account, then back up the device to that account. Unless there's a problem with the device and you need to restore from the old backup. In which case, I'm sorry to say, you have a problem.
Do you have an itunes backup?

My apple ID is entered wrong on my iphone in icloud settings it won't backup and i tried to delete account and reset up asks for password that of course won't work.

What do you mean it was entered wrong. If it didn't match a registered Apple ID it wouldn't have accepted it.

HT201317 I added photos to my streaming folder on my PC and they will not upload to my iPad 2, I check all the setting and everything is set up correctly on my end, is there something wrong with iCloud?

That's right. If you delete from My Photo Stream or the Shared Streams, the photos will be deleted from iCloud.
Download the photos from the Photo Stream to your PC, if you did not already import them when you imported the Camera Roll photos.
Deleting photos from the Camera Roll is tedious. If you have iPhoto on your iPhone, you can select a range of photos from the camera roll and delete multiple photos at once.
The easiest way to delete all photos in the Camera Roll at once would be to connect the iPhone to a USB port and to download all photos. You should be prompted to delete all imported photos from the device.

I am not used to being on the wrong side of 1.1%... What is wrong with iCloud? 2nd day of outage, no response except postponed system maintenance times!

Do I keep checking back to see if it works? I am a rabid mac fan, but this is unacceptable! Not even a message on their site to identify the problem... it must be dug for! Do I start pointing my important contacts to my other Gmail, as that service hasn't been off line for more than a Day... Ever!

OK, so system status said that the next update was to be at 12 today... It is now 12:10, and I still cannot access my mail through the cloud on any of my 3 devices! I spent over 2 hours trying to troubleshoot the connection yesterday, assuming that it had to be my fault!
I will check back in a couple hours... (after my blood pressure goes down).

I took picture using my iPad mini. It should automatically upload it to iCloud, then down to my My Photo Stream folder to my PC. According to FAQ's here it should do it automatically. It is not appearing. It doesn't store in my Photo Stream folder in my iPad mini also. Even in my PC, I put files into My Photo Stream folder. It's not showing in my iPad mini. My internet connection is working perfectly FYI. How long does it take for iCloud to recognize I have files there. I try to go to iCloud.com, I can't view my pictures.

Welcome to the Apple Community.
    1.    Photostream only syncs photos over Wi-Fi, make sure you are connected to Wi-Fi to begin with.
    2.    Photostream only syncs when the camera app is closed, ensure it is closed.
    3.    Photostream only syncs when the battery is above 20%, try recharging the device
Try disabling photo stream on your device (settings > iCloud), restarting your device and then re-enabling photo stream.
If this doesn't help you may need to reset photo stream. You can do this at icloud.com by clicking on your name in the top right corner and then the advanced settings in the pop-up dialogue box that appears.
Note: disabling photostream and re-enabling it will result in any photos that are currently in the photostream album on your device, that are older than 30 days old, not being added back.

Safari iCloud tabs do not seem to be working on my devices, my iPhone 5S (iOS 7.1.1), my iPad mini with retina display (iOS 7.1.1), and MacBook Pro (OS X Mavericks). It should show all tabs for both devices at the same time right? Which device(s) have a problem and how do I fix it?

What is WRONG with iCLOUD?!

For the last week I've been having trouble logging in to iCloud to receive and send mail. I know my username and password and when I enter them, they're accepted but then I get an error message saying that my account information cannot be loaded at this time. I have the same trouble whether I'm using my iMac or my iPhone. Anyone else experiencing trouble? As a photographer who initially signed up, in large part, because of the online photo gallery... This frustration has me thinking about getting rid of my MobileMe account altogether. MobileMe, iCloud...whatever it's called! I'm frustrated!

Mine cut out on my iphone 4 first on Sept 10. email just stopped connecting and I got the connection to server failed error.
At first, thought it was only my iphone, kept trying to reset, delete account, all that kind of stuff.
Nada.
Then I get on my macbook pro and see that email isn't working here either. I have no idea why or what to do.
Help?
