Backups do not appear in the Time Machine "time travel window

After reinstalling my complete system (10.5.8) from the TM backup everything works fine except, in the time travel window only the backups after the complete reinstall show up. Anything earlier is grayed out. Opening the backup HD shows everything being there.
I did check the TM help to no avail.
Any ideas anybody?

Hi, and welcome to the forums.
TM has apparently started a new "sequence" of backups. See #E1 in the Time Machine - Troubleshooting *User Tip* at the top of this forum.

Dear Atul,
Go to tax on good movement, - basic setting - default excise conditions for you procedure ie taxinn or taxinj - maintain your jexp or jex2. same way check your excise group - series group setting and also your delivery and billing condition types for export in taxon goods movement.

"Budget Exceeded" error not appearing at the time of changing PR but appearing at the time of PO change.

Dear All,
At the time of PR value change after creation of PO budget exceeded error is not appearing even though the PR value exceeds the budget. But at the time of changing the same value in PO, budget exceeded error is appearing.
List of steps:
PR created.
PR released
PO created with reference to PR and released.
PR value changed to a value more than the available budget - No budget exceeded error.
PO value changed in accordance with the PR - System throwing the budget exceeded error.
Now the issue is why the system bypassed the budget exceeded error at the time of PR value change and only giving the error at the time of PO value change. Also, we observed that while changing the quantity in PR which results in exceeding budget, system is giving the error. But while changing the value system is not giving the budget exceeded error.
Your inputs will be highly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

From the above output i think system is not capturing the PR commitment. I'm not sure as i'm basically into MM and dont know much about PS.
Why the system is stopping with budget exceeded error at the time of PR creation and not giving any error while changing the PR value after PO creation. System is giving budget exceeded error if quantity is changed in PR. Please explain the standard system behavior and suggest how to enable control at the time of PR value change.

Progress bar in the portal does not appear all the time when loading

I have a dashboard in EP, when I click on it the majority of the time a progress bar appears when it is loading. Some time it does not, the page just appears to be doing nothing, then the dashboard will appear.

I wish to unistall Firefox so I can make a clean install to get rid of all the Yahoo tabs, but Mozilla Firefox does not appear in the list of programs in Window

I have tried the suggestions posted in mozilla support for removing Yahoo from the new tab and the default search, but I have not been successful. So, I thought I would uninstall Firefox from my computer and make a clean install. However Mozilla Firefox does not appear as one of my Currently installed programs in Control Panel\ Add or Remove Programs, and C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\uninstall\helper.exe does not open or run. I fear I may have been the victim of some ?Yahoo malware. Any suggestions gratefully received.

I saw a couple of other discussions in the Community, but didn't see an answer anywhere? I am putting my logo (jpg, 283kb) with Text in my header and while it appears when designing in FormsCentral, when I save as PDF it doesn't appear when viewing in Adobe Acrobat Pro XI

Mountain lion mac osx 10.8.3 time machine backups are not visible in time travel window. Why?

Time Machine shows that it's backing up every day. It recognizes my selected backup drive. The backups appear in that external drive.
However today I opened the Time Travel Window and it says, No Backups Available.
Whazzup?

My external HD is accepting backups, but when I open it now, I am not getting the "Time Travel" window showing past backups and the option to Restore. It IS backing properly. Any help most appreciated!

As I recall, when I first started TM back in Nov., nothing showed for many hours after the all night initial backup. Later everything worked. How many hourly backups have you had following the initial backup?
Also, how are you starting TM wayback? Are you viewing the desktop and then invoke TM? That should work.

Click the Time Machine icon in the menu bar. The time of the last backup is shown in the drop down.

I would like to use time Machine to back up to a network SMB drive. I can see the drive on my desktop but it will not show in the time machine window to be able to select it

The supported targets for Time Machine backups are local (direct-connected) disks, and network targets include Time Capsule, a disk hanging off the current-generation AirPort (though not earlier AirPort devices), and OS X Server systems.
The Time Machine storage is based on the HFS+ file system, so I would not expect TM to work with SMB file services.
While there are hacks to allow Time Machine to access network drives, I would not consider those to be reliable. Skim the forum and the 'net for related details, and for previous discussions of setting this up and the related issues that can arise.
Remember to test the recovery with whatever you decide to use; whole point of backups is the ability to restore the data, after all.

Time capsule does not appear in the finder.

My time capsule appears in airport utility. It is ready to go. I have it on ethernet because airport isn't a very powerful wireless router. The time capsule does not appear in the finder. It does not appear in the disc utility. It does not appear in time machine. The airport utility will do factory resets, get it ready for internet, whatever. The rest of my net work can not see it.
I have done the finder preferences. I have restarted the computer, jiggered the sharing preferences, done factory resets, tried to find sparce bundles and sparse bundles, reset the finder, force quit finder, tried to find finder plsts, trawled the discussion pages, tried to find server addresses and apple ids. Nothing seems to work.
Time capsule never seems to work as smoothly as it supposed to. I shudder to present my problems to apple support because I know that its a long road and will probably end in tears. But here I am, naked before this disappointing edifice.
Does anyone have any ideas?

What is the make and model number of your modem?
I have a microwave modem on my roof. I don't think that has anything to do with this. I am not using my airport for a wireless router, only as a time capsule connected by ethernet. The Airport Utility calls my airport : Airport Extreme 802.11 ( 1st Generation )
Is the Time Capsule acting as your main router or is another device handling those services?
No, I have a lyncsis router. The wireless router function on airports doesn't seem to work very well. I don't think thats a problem with mine. My brothers have gone with lyncsis as well.
Was the Time Capsule visible in the Finder before, and is now "lost", or has it never appeared in the Finder?
It appeared on my previous laptop. That died. Now I have an imac. The airport has never appeared on the imac.

Hi,
Although your question is not clear, I understood that the formula built on that KF is NODIM. Basically it means, units of measurement is not considered when calculating.
Eg: 5 Minutes + 5 Kilograms = 10
You please try to analyze your KF by the above logic. Then you would be able to figure out why the data is not appearing in the report..

Did the original songs that do not appear on the car player play in the Music app on the iPod? Sometimes glitches happen and they do not.
