Backups in iTunes- how to tell which one
I don't plug my iphone in too often to the comp but when I do I assume I am backing it up as it shows across my progress bar. However I had some trouble before so I will always manually backup by right clicking on the phone icon on the sidebar and clicking backup.
But when you look at the backups they dont have dates on them nor do I know how I saved a second one. I see two backups and they both say "Michael's iPhone" (the name I gave it) but they do not have a date next to them.
Just wondering because I had some important pictures I took on the phone and want them saved just incase my phone starts acting up again.
When I go to iTunes preferences under the Devices tab, there is a date and time for my iPhone's backup - next to the name for my iPhone.

Photos captured by your iPhone should be imported by your computer as with any other digital camera. Have you ever used a digital camera before? If so, did you leave all photos captured by your digital camera on the digital camera - you never imported the photos from the camera by your computer so the photos were stored and available on your computer for viewing or for sending via email or whatever? If you did, why would photos captured by your iPhone be treated any differently?
You should always import these photos by your computer - as with any other digital camera. It isn't a good idea to depend on your iPhone's backup alone for these photos.

If you turn on the Kind column your purchases will read Purchased AAC audio file or Protected AAC audio file.

(#1) USB 2.0 x 4
Typically, USB 3.0 port are blue and have a stylized "SS" symbol near by. There does appear to be a USB 3.0 header on the motherboard, which could be used for front or rear ports.

When a contact has multiple numbers, how can I tell which one called me?
For example, if a single contact entry has a "home" number and a "mobile" number, there seems to be no intuitive way to tell which one called me from the iOS 7 phone app--only the contact name is listed on the Recents screen, and the info button for the call shows all the numbers for that contact.
I've done extensive searching, and though I found some people asking the same question, I couldn't find any answers! I could wait and examine my phone bill statement, but I don't think it shows the incoming number... I figure there must be a way, because clearly my phone knows the specific number!When I look at calls in my Recents list, there are two lines. The top line is the contact name, the second line is the listing from my contacts that indicates the label for the number the call came from. If that is not enough, then you can tap on the at the end of the listing which brings you to the individual contact. The number you received the call from will be in a different color than the other numbers. In mine it is in blue. This is just like the information provided in the earlier part of this thread.

I'm new to WDF, so the questions below might be trial. However, I cannot find the answers in MSDN or text book(e.g. Developing Drivers with the Microsoft Windows Driver Foundation)
The questions below only apply to KMDF on Windows Phone.
1. Can I say that one *.sys file is one driver?
2. How to tell whether one driver(say driver A) is in the same driver stack with another driver(say driver B)?
3. If several *.sys files are included in one *.inf file, can I say that those drivers are in the same driver stack?Drivers are not in a stack, the devices created from the driver are. Consider having two identical pieces of hardware in a single computer, each will have a device object which will come from the same driver, but each device object will be in
its own stack. Things can get even more complex since a filter driver can create more than one device object in a single stack.
Just as a single driver can create devices that are in different stacks, your question on multiple drivers in an INF has the same answer, there is nothing that says they will be in the same stack.

If this is an iCloud account the Outbox only appears when sending an email, so if it is still trying I suppose it should be showing now (not sure though, hard to replicate this)

How to tell which version of camera raw I have? The only Google search I found answering this question refers to is 2 years old and seems to no longer apply. There is no File, Edit etc. menu on the new version of Camera Raw with (Photoshop/Bridge CS6). I do use Adobe Application Manager to do my updates telling me if a new version exists or not, nevertheless I would like to know.
The F key works as described for me in CS6-ACR7.4 with ACR as the window with focus. The same function is available using the double-arrow-window icon at the right of the Preview checkbox near the top right of the preview area.
When in full-screen mode there is no title bar, but when I press the F key or click the double-arrow, again, ACR becomes smaller and I can see the title bar that includes the ACR version and camera model. This is on Windows7-64-bit on a 1600x1050 monitor. Perhaps you’re ACR’s title bar is off the top of the screen so you can’t see it, or maybe ACR optimizes some things if you have a smallish display—do you?
A plug-in is a program that interfaces with another program but is not independently runnable application, itself, bit is independently updatable, so in this instance, Photoshop doesn’t need to be downloaded and installed every time Adobe adds support for a few more cameras. -

Does anyone know how to tell which photos in iPhoto are HDR images. When I click on the Info button for the image it doesn't indicate if it was an HDR.

Hagrid...You can do a filter on your library with "File Status" is "Missing". The "File Status" query is not available by default, but you can add it by clicking the upper-right button in the filter window.

Is there a way to see the size of my ICloud backup files, so I can determine which one I want to use?
Go to Settings>iCloud>Storage & Backup>Manage Storage. Your backups are listed at the top, along with their sizes. Note: this will only list your most current backup. You may have your previous two backups available too but you cannot access any size information about them.

I am trying to identify exactly which model MacBook my friend has. I emailed a copy of her System Profile to my laptop, figuring that's all I needed. Her machine is no longer available to me to look at.
Well, she has a white MacBook that fits two closely related models and I can't tell which one hers is just using the Profile. It is either the Apple MacBook "Core 2 Duo" 2.0 13" (White/06) Specs (MA700LL/A) or the Apple MacBook "Core 2 Duo" 2.0 13" (White/07) Specs (MB061LL/A). I can't find a part number in the Profile. The main difference seems to be that the standard optical drive for the 06 was a 6x Superdrive and for the 07 was an 8x Combo drive. The Disc Burning subsection of the Profile is:

inst_id is the instance number a session is running on.
select from the v$instance view to know to instance number you are actually connect to
SQL> select instance_number from v$instance ;
INSTANCE_NUMBER

note the the "g" before the view "v$session", that's for GLOBAL (all instances of the cluster) : check the views gv$parameter, etc...
