Bad to leave the nano always fully charged?

Is it a bad idea to leave my nano always fully charged? The reason I ask is because I sometimes go many days without using my nano. Should I leave it charged in the dock often?

This ir really a battery question, so what you might want to do is research how to best utilize Lithium ion batteries. Or go to www.iLounge.com and download their free iPod book. Lots of helpful hints including a section on batteries.
This question isn't limited to Li-on batteries either. Concerns with any rechargable will spark a comment or an out-right debate. Ultimately it's your call on the recommendations provided.
