i need the steps for this impelemtation necessary code will be hlpful.
help me regarding this.
BADI REQURIEMENT : Change Purchase Order Language .
TYPE OF DEVLOPEMNT : USER-EXIT - BADI
1     Management Summary (FO)
When creating a purchase order, the system use the language maintained in the vendor master.  This standard SAP functionality caused several issues with the markets as the current logic will oblige all markets to deal with their global vendor in English even if the vendor and STANLEY affiliate are in the same country.
In order to resolve this, a custom table and a user exit will be created to enhance the functionality. This user exit checks the customer specific data before saving. Based on the entries in the customer table, the language of the purchase order will be modified.

2.1.1     Overview of development (FO)
For changing the correspondence language of the Purchase Order, we have to implement an user exit and create a new transparent table.
STANLEY will not support all the languages. For this reason we will create a new transparent table. The allowed correspondence languages are stored in this table. The standard language for STANLEY will be marked as default (Default Language Checkbox = 'X').
Table name: /GLB/RGTTDLANG --> Maintain via its own transaction, defined as configuration
For this change of standard SAP the following BADI is recommended:
BADI Definition: ME_PROCESS_PO_CUST
BADI Implementation: /GLB/CL_IM_RGTPP_PO
The BADI should follow the logic described below for the determination of the language:
If the country from vendor and company code are the same
or the language from vendor and company code are the same, and the company code language is defined in table /GLB/RGTTDLANG then take the company code language.
In all other cases take the default language from table /GLB/RGTTDLANG.

i post here allot request for help about this
badi , i don’t think that allot of people implement
This one (ME_PROCESS_PO_CUST) .
most of the organizations still use the traditional
user exit (MM06E005) .
see if it easyer for you  .
