Hi Experts......
i got a following requirement in portal can any of u guys provide ur inputs for the following queries......
1) Should allow annuitants (retirees who get annuity payment) to access their payslips / monthly statement online
2) Should also allow them to update their bank and address information
3) Should provide a feature for them to download the annuity control declaration form

Hi Pooja,
In Single fields for Bank account number check the Identifier for /559-bank transfer
Goto PE51 -> form name, double click on single field for bank transfer, here make follwing entries Table = XBT, Table field = BANKN, Identifier = /559
save and check now.

Automate the creation of Active Directory users with organization/address information

On one of our Domain Controllers we regularly have to create new users with fully populated organisation/address information, as they use a server-side application which appends email signatures at the end of all of their emails created from this information.
At the moment we have to fill this information out manually and it can sometimes cause inconsistencies if the information is not uniform or is typed incorrectly.
Is there any way to automate this/do it in bulk?

Note that you have two ways to do that:
Create a new User account Provisioning script and include the Street update as part of it
Have a daily scheduled script that will run against your users OUs and update the Street address for user accounts having it wrong or missing
From my point of view, option 2 would be the best as it will make a Bulk update and Bulk correction if required.

Apple ID updated to email address, cannot update apps!

I had to updated my apple ID to an email address ( as required) when I updated my OS on my Mac. All my apps were purchased with the previous ID so now I cannot seem to updated them as my previous ID does not exist. What do I do?

Great question. When you update your Apple ID to a new primary email address, you'll want to update the login information across all of your devices. You simply want to sign out of Settings > iTunes & App Store, and back in with the new email address:

(do the same for all services, including iMessage, FaceTime, iCloud, etc across all devices)
After doing so, you'll be able to update applications with your new email address. If you are prompted for the old Apple ID, simple enter your current password.
Please note that this only works for accounts where the email address was updated, not for entirely new accounts.

House Bank Address Not In Transport

Hi SAP Gurus,
We added a new house bank in FBZP and entered all the necessary info, cocode, house bank, bank country, bank key, swift code, address, etc. However, when we moved the config to QA, the bank address is missing in the config that made it to QA. All the following tables are in our transport: T012, T012D, T012K and T012T.
We went back to our DEV box, entered the address again and manually triggered a transport. Still the complete bank address is missing in QA. Although we can manually insert the bank address in production. My question is, is there any reason why our transport is not allowing the bank address to be included or should the address be updated using Fi02? And shouldnu2019t FI12 directly update table BNKA? We are on ECC6 platform.

Hi keen,
Address data in a Bank Key can be transported but there is a special way of transporting the request to make sure that Address data is transferred to the QE0/PE0 clients.
Follow the steps below:-
1. Double click on the created transport request in SE10.
2. Go to the Objects tab, and enter R3TR, TABU and BNKA in the 2nd 3rd and the 4th coulumn.. Pro_, Obj_, Object Name.
3. Now double click on BNKA Object name and enter * for table contents under table keys.
This way the address related data can be very well transported to other clients.

I think you are referring to the changes switching from regular FTP to SSH connection which is now required.

Did you create a NEW Apple ID or did you change the email address for your OLD Apple ID? This will affect how you update apps in the future.
Anyway, go to Settings/iTunes&App Stores, log out, then log in with the new ID.

Yes. Delete the Apps that were not Purchased using Your Apple ID.
But a Restore as New is the way to go.

Here is a procedure that should help.
1. Go to "Settings"
2. Go to "Mail, Contacts, Calendars"
3. Click the account you don't want anymore
4. Go to the bottom and click "Delete Account"
5. Confirm the deletion
6. Go back to "Mail, Contacts, Calendars" (if you're not there already)
7. Add your new account

POI Information Updates when Costing Changes are not Saved

Hi All,
When you go to the costing screen of a party in Oracle HRMS, make changes to the costing string (Cost Allocation Flexfield) and not save them. Then, exit from the costing form and go to the Purchase Order Information (POI) screen and press Ctrl+F11, the POI information updates to the new changes. It was my understanding that in order for the purchase order info to be updated you need to make changes or "touch" the costing screen and save. I have noticed that the purchase order changes after being in the costing screen even without saving anything. Was this intend?

The Changes on the Assignment reflect because of the changes on the Costing Screen. This is due to the custom.pll implementation. Is there an event name that I can use for the Assignment form such that the changes on the Assignment screen show up only after the changes are SAVED on the Costing Screen. Here's the code that we are using in the Procedure: Event of the custom.pll

Its the custom package that actually populates the changes in Costing Screen onto the Assignment Screen, but I want to activate this only when I save the changes on the Costing Screen. Right now the changes are seen on Assignment Screen when I hit CTRL=F11 even when I don's save the Costing Screen changes.
