Bank Details link under Personal Information is not appearing

Hi All,
In ESS if I attach a ESS user to any US employee then i am not able to see the link for bank details under Personal Information. I have maintained all the steps like,
1)Services maintained and the link resource is maintained for US .
2) service maintained for country specific
3) service attached to sub area
Could anybody help me in this case.

Are you able to see other services under Personal information Area page.? if yes then..
Can you check if you have defined any coding in Proxy class settings for Bank application.. you can find this in SPRO.
what else..... hmmmm check if you have not hidden BANK_US service in customizing tables in SPRO..
Give it a try and lets see if it helps.

Hi,
have you checked the config settings for the resprective country molga under spro->Employee Self-Service->service specfic settigs->own data->define active subtypes and application case ?
also, once you set the infotype and subtypes please also check in backend pa30, infotype 9, the various subtypes. also, check the user case assigned to them. please read the config node help and check with PA consultant on the time constraints for these subtypes so that the user case can be assigned accordingly

Family Details in ESS personal information

Hi gurus,
how to edit the family details in ESS personal information .
when i click on family details link it is showing me spouse , child details
beside child and spouse details there is a edit button, when i click on edit button it is showing the information in display mode,
i want to change this to edit mode so than employee can change and save his family data.
Note:- i have searched SDN , what i found is ,how to hide that edit button
throw some light on this.

Hi Navin,
Looks like some one has made fields readonly.
1. It can be done via personalization
2. It can be done from NWDS
Do the personalization and make the fields required fields editable.

Hi! I installed Personas 2.0 and finished most of the configuration. The Sliverlight component is working fine but when I switch to html component the personas button not appear.
I did all the settings. User have SAPALL and /PERSOS/ADMIN_ROLE with /PERS/AUTH and /PERS/AOBJ full authorizations. I use sap-ie=edge as part of the URL: http://xxxxxxxxxxxx:8000/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/webgui?sap-ie=edge&sap-client=100&sap-language=EN
Is there any other settings I can do?
I've SAP_BASIS 740 level 05 and Kernel 741 level 11 in Personas 200 SP 02.

System will not display the Purchase order item details in the first screen. First enter the data on the Item overview like Material or short text then only it will display the Item details.
I think you are checking with out entering the data on Item overview .
Check by entering the material/short text.

Dimension Library under 'Navigate Administer ' does not appear

The Dimension Library under 'Navigate > Administer >' does not appear eventhough I have provisioned Dimension Editor role assigned. I actually provisioned all roles to my user. The Dimension Editor role was under Global Roles, but I still don't see the Dimension Library.

All credit cards have a security number, on the back of the card. If you don't have your card, then you will not be able to enter in that credit card. This is a standard security precaution to keep someone who gets hold of your card number but not the card itself from being able to make charges to your account. You will need to contact your bank and get a replacement card.
As to your security questions, go to:

Click "Manage My Account", sign in, and go to the Password and Security section. Answer the security questions and you'll be taken to a screen where you can then change them. If you've forgotten your answers, there should be a link just under the security questions fields where you can have a reset email sent to your Rescue email address. If the link for the email doesn't appear, as can happen if you didn't set a rescue email address or (apparently) have a .Mac email address, see the user tip created by Kappy, another user here, on how to proceed:

Can't see the ESS Additional Personal Data link within Personal Information

Hi All,
For some reasons, I can not see the Additional Personal Data link within the ESS Personal Information iView. I have checked the Homepage framework and the existence of the iView in the PCD and everything appears to be fine.
Do I need to assign any additional infotype to my id or give myself specific authorisations to see this link?
I would really appreciate if you could provide an answer to my query.

Hi,
I think mostly you have maintained the data in PA30 Transaction and had data in Info type 0105.
After this try to check with your EA-HR patch and SAP HR patch in the services. If both are not maintained at the same patch levels such type of problems will occur.

Activities under GP design time not appearing

I installed SP15 sneak peek on ly laptop with CAF 2.0. When I go to the CAF Design time url, I get to see everything except the activities that I can do under "Gallery - You can". Any idea how I can fix this? the installation was error free.
Second, when I try go to http://localhost:50000/caf into the runtime, under the Authorization assignment under administrative tools, when I try to open that - it says Im not permitted to do so. Inspite of the fact that I am logging in as the admin.
Please suggest.

Hi,
I think the problem is a different one. The CAFAdmin and CAFUIAdmin roles are required, so that you can access the CAF Administrative Tools in http://<host>:<port>/caf.
For GP tools, you need to assign other roles to your user: the GP User role for the runtime, the GP Business Expert role for the design time, and the GP Administrator role for the administration workset. The role assignments are maintained using the portal User Management console. For more information about these roles, see <a href="http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw04s/helpdata/en/ff/1b3a4209a6ae04e10000000a1550b0/frameset.htm">Portal Roles</a> in the GP security guide.
