That just means that the BoA website doesn't recognize the identifier Safari sends to it when it makes a webpage request. Are you still on Mac OS 10.4.8 as indicated by your profile, or are you using a newer version of OS X? Has this site ever worked with Safari to your knowledge?
Either way, I would forward the error to BoAs website feedback address and use an alternative browser in the meantime, such as:
Camino
Firefox
Opera

IPhoto lost after leopard installation- new Mac user needs your help!!
First, let me state: BRAND NEW MAC USER- BEWARE!
Just got a new mac for Christmas (refurbished). It came with iPhoto. My first call was to technical support about issues installing Leopard. After we resolved those problems, iPhoto was gone (as well as several other less essential things like checkers, etc). Since I installed Leopard, do I now need to repurchase iLife or iPhoto? iPhoto was the real reason we bought the system- I'm dying to use it but it has vanished. I know so many people have posted questions about similar issues but they all seemed to have existing libraries that aren't working correctly. So forgive me if this is a repeat questions but I'd really appreciate the help. Take pity on a very new and very lost user... Thank you!You need to re-install iPhoto from the system restore disks that came with your Mac. Choose to install the bundled applications only.

10.4.11 Security update and bank of America
I installed the update last night. I attempted to access my Bank of America credit card account today. When I try sign in at the "enter online ID" step, I get a page the says: "Bad request, your browser sent a query that this server could not understand".
I have tried sign-on with Omniweb, Firefox, Safari and Opera. Cleared cache, cookies and history.I repaired permissions (after the update only), and used Macjanitor as well. Bank of America says that I must have installed a new firewall. By the way, I tried a sign-on with my kids Windows computer and that works fine.
Any suggestions?I think I found the problem. BOA uses Macromedia Flash ( I think) on it's site. I went to my system library and deleted all preferences for Macromedia Flash and viola: I can sign on again. Perhaps this will help someone else.

Bank of America Past Due Question
Hello Everyone! So not to long ago I product changed my Cash Rewards to a Travel Rewards card and had automatic payments set up on my Cash Rewards but did not realize that the automatic payments did not transfer over to my new card. Now it makes sense as it's a new card #. I was lucky enough to catch it before the next statement and just set up a payment and auto pay. My question is would this count as a derogatory mark on my credit report? Will it also effect my history with BOA? I've never missed a payment so not sure how this works. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated
Something similar happened to me with Amazon store card. I had entered the bank account number incorrectly so my paid in full did nothing. Called immediately and explained what had happened and corrected my account number. No negatives appeared anywhere. That was Synchrony. I suggest calling Bank of America asap and explain and cite your payment record. Good luck! Can't Play Video "need to upgrade your Adobe Flash Player"
Ever since upgrading to FF 26 I can't play video on YouTube or many other sites.
It says "You need to upgrade your Adobe Flash Player to watch this video.
Download it from Adobe."
So I click on the link which takes me to http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/, do the install which goes without trouble.
But afterwards I get the same message when I try to play videos.
Running Windows 7 on a Desktop PC. Having NO problems playing videos in IE or Chrome. FF used to be great but it's becoming more trouble than it's worth.

You can try uninstalling it completely via the control panel and then installing it back on to the computer. You can also do a plugin check if you'd like.

I have Firefox, Google Chrome and Safari on my iMac. I keep them as up-to-date as I can, as follows:
If you're using Firefox, click on "Firefox > click on "Preferences" > click on "Advanced" > click on "Update" > You'll see a choice of update options. I use the automatic install with warning about disabling add-on's option. You can check on whether or not you have the latest Firefox version: click on "Firefox" > click on "About Firefox". You'll either see a message that you're up to date or that there is an update to be installed.
If you're using Chrome, click on "Chrome" > click on "About Google Chrome". That will tell you if there is an update waiting for you to install.
I have no idea as to how to tell if you have the latest Safari version up. I rarely use Safari. -

I just don't understand whats happening. I have been told that I should upgrade to forefox 4.0, and when I do it won't let me install it as it says my Mac is incompatible. But yet alerts keep coming that strongly recommend updating. I really don't understand what I have to do?

I started a section with my Apple ID (the account that I have I use to iTunes) but when I try to update it says that there are upgrades available for other accounts and that I have to upgrade using the account that I used to buy iPhoto. I just got an iPhone 4 as an upgrade from the original iPhone 3. I came home and tried to sync it with my iTunes and it says I need to upgrade my iTunes to work with the 4. The current version of iTunes isn't compatible with my G5 mac????? Help

I have a mac, In"Design CS 5.5, a design gave me a file said it was CS 6, does not open in CS 5.5..Message says "Please upgrade your plug-ins to their latest versions, or upgrade to the latest version of Adobe InDesign." I think I need to buy upgrade from 5.5 to 6. I found one on NextTechDirect for $150 to download. they are not a scam according to "scamadvisor.com."
When I drag the InDesign file that that was supplied by another designer who said it was CS 6 onto my desktop it says CS 5.5. Is that because I only have CS 5.5?
