BAPI_ALM_ORDER_MAINTAIN not loading external services in order

Hi, I am implementing the fm BAPI_ALM_ORDER_MAINTAIN and creating service orders massively, in which I call the bapi inside a loop and cleaning the tables that were used, the first order of loop is created correctly with the operations of the road map and external services, the problem is from the second order onwards are created with the operations but no external services.
I think the problem is some internal variable named by the bapi that is not cleaned.
Is there any function to clean the internal variables or could you recommend next steps.

after using BAPI_ALM_ORDER_MAINTAIN for updating object list have u used BAPI_TRANSACTION_COMMIT to get the changes reflected.

Purchase Requisition Field mandatory in External Service processing order

Dear Team,
I am running one scenario, wherein i am creating an Corrective maintenance order and i am using control key for external Service processing and entering the services and its rate and releasing the order. Now While Releasing the order the purchase requisition field entry is mandetory. I want to set this field as optional only. I checked the settings in PM based on order type as well as checked in MM based on purchase requisition creation but i didnt fount this field set as mandetory.
can any body help me out for this

I think while creating Order you have made PR field as Mandatory
Please check in OIAN.
Steps as follows
Follow the path as below in Config
SPRO>Plant Maintenance & Customer Service>Maintenance & Service Orders-->Define Field Selection for Order Header(PM)
Go to Field selection for Order Header Data
(OIAN)
Go to Influencing
Double click on Order type
Now Enter the required Order type and Press Enter
Check for Field for Reservation/Purc.req --CAUFVD-AUDISP
Make it input if it is Required Field.
Give Points if it solves

Can not load external Iphoto library to Iphoto

I was told to update Iphoto this morning I did so, I open Iphoto using the option key to get my external iphoto library but nothing loads, instead I get a screen that looks like I have a new Iphoto with no photos no albums no slideshows etc. I am using yosemite and Iphoto 9.6 I have updated everything. Although I had problems several months ago when I updated to yosemite Iphoto has been working ok until 2 days ago Help. I also tried deleting Iphoto and reloading from purchases with no luck a few minutes ago.

It's not the application that is having problems but the library on the EHD. How is the EHD formatted? It must be OS X Extended (journaled) for iPhoto to work properly.
Assuming the drive is formatted properly do the following:
1 - launch iPhoto with the Command+Option keys held down to open the First Aid window. Be sure to follow the circled recommendation in the screenshot.
2 - run Option #4, Rebuild Database.

Mapping will not load tables in correct order

I am running OWB 10.2.
I have a set of tables with parent/child relationships enforced by FK constraints as follows: A -> B -> C and D
I created a mapping to load tables A, B and C and this works perfectly. I then copied to mapping and modified to load tables A, B and D, keeping basically the same flow particularly at the load end (i.e. just a few different attributes).
My problem is that when I generate the mapping it wants to load the tables in the order B then A then D. The original job generates the order A then B then C as expected.
I have tried setting the Target Load Order property such that A = 1, B = 2 and D = 3 but this makes no difference to the generated PL/SQL.
Has anyone else had a similar problem?

ok, figured it out.
I was putting in the load order in each table operator not the mapping properties.
I think this is a UI issue because:
1. There are 2 places you can modify table load order but one seems to have no effect.
2. I knew table order was listed somewhere but had trouble finding it.
3. You have to click on the mapping somewhere on the canvas to get to the mapping properties. This is however, completely different to the mapping properties you get by clicking on Mapping -> Properties from the menu
4. At no stage had I manually modified the table order before the problem occurred yet it was overriding the order that should have been determined by the FK constraints.

Firefox flash plugin not loading external xml file?

I have a Flash based website that uses an external xml file
to load the interface and navigation. When I view the site in
Firefox it never seems to load the xml file therefore the interface
doesn't load.

Macbook not loading external drives on start up

I have two external hard drives attached to my MacBook Pro (running Lion) using a powered USB hub. What is the best procedure to use when shutting down the computer at the end of the night, and when turning it on the next morning. I didn't turn the computer off much when I used Snow Leopard so I can't really say that it has something to do with Lion, but I'm using Lion now and I am shutting down every night. Every morning when I turn the computer on the external hard drives don't load. I have to disconnect all the wires from the hub then first reconnect the hub to the computer, next the power to the hub, then the hard drives one at a time as they load. I would like to turn the computer on and have the external hard drives load automatically. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks!

I only shut-down completely when I'm transporting my MBP in my backpack. Otherwise, I sleep, or do the occasional restart. I would just let your computer sleep at night and see if that solves the problem.

Flash Player 11.7.700.169 and 11.7.700.178 Not loading External Audio

We have a website that uses Action Script 2 (AS2). We load .mp3 files from our server to our flash program on our website.
Sounds built into the flash library load fine, but .mp3's loaded from our server do not.
The audio loads a few seconds of the first clip and then cuts off, and then after going a few pages into our flash program the audio begins loading audio files more completely allowing some clips to play. Then it sporatically stops working.
Video loads fine. images load fine.
Our company has received about a hundred calls since April 9th when the update occured regarding this issue.
Our current solution is to uninstall 11.7 and install 11.6 -> which works in every browser except for Google Chrome (as they just released a new auto update yesterday that forces the pepper flash plugin to be 11.7)
Please release an update that fixes this issue.
We submitted a bug to the development team on the 10th, but have received no response regarding if/and or when this might be fixed.
Our thoughts are that the new security updates have messed up some backwards compatability.
I'd really prefer to not spend months repogramming our website to use html5 instead of flash... so please address this issue imediatley.
It seems that youtube was having a similar issue as us, so hopefully their cloat encourages a solution.

For those regarding iSpring user, we spent a lot of time in debugging that too.
here are the pieces we got and hope it helps.
The audio would got cut off once you tried to unload as2 swf. According to the SwfLoader doc, it would try to cut off all resources if possible (including audio object...). And it seems that their new flash player 11.7 would try to forcefully clear out stuffs that it shouldn't
Our hackaround is to call the netstream.seek() to trigger the sound again. Playing sound object doesn't work
Please adobe!! help us to keep our job here. It would be poor for us by just releasing a player without knowing which part of the backward compatibilities that it is about to break but just post a note on the page to say it may break something old.

Generate External Service PR from Process order

Hi,
i want to generate a PR for external service on an operation fro the process order and then make a service entry sheet against it, is this possible in SAP? I set the control key accordingly, a PR is generated but it is not for external service, it is working well for subcontracting. It is possible to generate PR for external service manually but i want to automate the process.

In PP cycle we do not use the concept of taking external services. External services is hiring a vendor to come to your plant and do the servicing for your equipment. This is followed in plant maintenance module.
In PP cycle, we only send the material outside to vendor for doing a certain operation using PR - PO (subcontracting scenario).

External Service Order PO in Product Costing

We have Sales Order Costing process which is done on Sales Order level. During Sales order creation and save, costing is calculated automatically. Based on Sales Order MRP Run is generated and Production Order is made on the basis of Sales Order. We have requirement of External Service Purchase Order need to be flow in product costing. Already we have done external service order purchase order through production cost center and it has done GRN and vendor invoice. GRN value has flown to production cost center. next step I have doubt. In Costing variant under valuation variant - External Processing strategy sequence is done as "Net Purchase Order Price". What are the other settings are required ?
So I would request you, please guide me how external service order purchase Order can be shown to product costing ? If I want to show this external po value to costing sheet during sales order costing how it can be introduced ?

Limit PO Err Combination of GR/IR control not allowed for external services

Hi,
I am having a problem while replicating free text Limit PO's to R/3 in SRM 4.0 SP 13. The issue is while creating Free Text Limit SC with the "Confirmation and Invoice" option checked in, the PO's get created in SRM but fails while replicating to R/3 and in RZ20 errors as "Combination of GR/IR control not allowed for external services" although in vendor master i don't have check for the field "GR-Based Invoice Verification".
On the contrary while creating SC with the "Invoice Only" the PO is successfully replicated to R/3 with item category as B for limit orders.
Now i have noticed if i make changes in the vendor master data i.e. check the flag "GR-Based Invoice Verification" then the PO in my first scenario gets replicated successfully and also with respect to the second scenario but it gets replicated in both the scenarios as item category "D".
As far as SRM standard it should have ideally behave like the below:
Limit SC with GR AND Invoice -> item category D
Limit SC with invoice only -> item category B.
Now my question is why do my PO's fail in R/3 in the first scenario and also if i check the flag in vendor master for GR-Based Invoice verification then in the second scenario the item category is "D" instead of "B".

Limit PO :Combination of GR/IR is not allowed for external services

Hi,
we are working in SRM40 sp09 & back end ECC.50
In the Limit PO:
we are able to create Limit PO from a shopping cart.The follow on documents in ECC, it is creating a PO with Item category "B" and the "invoices" are only possible.
The Issue:
The Client wants the Confirmation/GR functionality to be enabled and the Invoices.
but for Limit PO, with follow on documents--"Confirmation" is checked, we have a error messagecombination of GR/IR is not allowed for external services".
Is there any addition configuration or steps involved.

We have a service PO, for which an error Combination of GR/IR Control not allowed for External Services is being displayed.
The PO is in error in process at this moment. And is not in R/3
On SRM PO we have Confirm Performance of Service/Goods Receipt checked and Invoice Expected checked.
Confirmation-Related Invoice Verification is not checked. Any thoughts on this!!

How download data of me2s 'po order for external services: in cxcel'

THIS IS sandipan. I am very new in this field . My requirement is when i am going to me2s t.code. then i am giving purchasing group , plant , Service Number as input. then it showing purchase doc . , item , porg , matl... , plant , crcy . It's ok. but after that when i am clicking purchase order it displays Purchase order for external services : overview screen in a hiarirchical view and no download option is available here. I need to export the data of that screen to a excel sheet . how Is it possible ? please help me ...

T165A is used for 'Services Pricing'.
Please note that for Services PO, you will have two pricing schema.
1) At PO-Item Level : RM0000 (or whatever you define in schema determination in Purchasing ->Conditions IMG and assign in your vendor master)
2) At service line level : Based on settings in T165A.
If you check in Services level conditions screen and click on Analysis, you will find that ZS0001 is triggered.

Initial Load of Service Order by loading histor. prices (w/o Pricing P.)

Hi Experts,
in our actual proyect we need to load historical service orders into the system via report. No our problem is if we shut of the pricing procedure the prices are set in the report are not taking into account. The result is that the products in the tickets are with 0,00 Euros. If we do not shut of the pricing procedure the prices are loaded which are assigned to the products.
But we need to load the tickets with the prices that are included in the report. How can we do that? Someone has an ABAP Example.
