BAPI for Creating Activity Journal
Dear Experts,
i am able to create the Activity through standard function module BAPI_ACTIVITYCRM_CREATEMULTI, now i want to create the Activity Journal, how can i create Activity Journal, BAPI_ACTIVITYCRM_CREATEMULTI is the right bapi for that or is there any other bapi to create Journal. Actually i have seen in the Create bapi, but i dont know how to create the journal, plz help me how to create the journal for an Activity, what r the necessary fields for creating the journal.

BAPI_ACTIVITYTYPEGRP_CREATE
for create activity group
but i do not find the bapi for create the activiy type
which bapi is for create activiy type
if the sap does not supply this bapi

I suppose that BAPI_PARTNEREMPLOYEE_CREATE is for external customer users... not the bapi that we are looking for...

The FM calls the transaction PA30/PA20 based on your activity whether to create/display.
If you do not have the FM HR_MAINTAIN_MASTERDATA
You can use even BDC to create the employee data.
Fill all the required data for an employee and call the transaction PA30 for each infotype.
Also HR_INFOTYPE_OPERATION implicitely calls the HR_MAINTAIN_MASTERDATA .
search for the same ..and also look for the include LHRMMU03.
Check for Function group HRMM which has these FM's -

BAPI for Creating a PM order(iw34) with reference to a Notification
Hi All,
Could anyone help to find the BAPI for creating a PM order with reference to a notification Number.
I will explain my requirement :
I want to create a notification from an external Application where i got the BAPI BAPI_ALM_NOTIF_CREATE and keeping this created notification number as Referece or for this notification number i need a create a PM order.Usually this process in done transaction IW34 in R/3.
But with the BAPI BAPI_ALM_ORDER_MAINTAIN i can create a PM order but this BAPI doesn't have a input parameter "Notification number ".So i can't use this BAPI.
Could any suggest for a BAPI where i can create a PM order with reference to a Notification Number.

I have tried with the FM CO_IH_ORDER_GENER_2 but when i executes it gives a error message
"<i>Service/maintenance order type PM02 not completely maintained in plant
Message no. IW216
Diagnosis
For the selected order type and plant, no check control is maintained in Plant Maintenance/Service in 'Availability Check for Materials, PRTs and Capacities'.
Procedure
A check control must be maintained for this combination of order type and plant</i>"".
And even have a doubt what to enter in this input parameter "GEWRK_OBJTYP" .
Kindly help me to solve this issue.

Do you know how to solve it? I got the problem similar as you.
When I debug via BAPI_PO_CREATE1 function, I found the KNT has the G/L Account inside, But when I call BAPI_PO_CREATE1 by Zxxx program and debuging it. It doesn't has the G/L Account inside KNT table.
Could you please help to advise me how to do ?
