Hi experts,
Please help.. I need help in deleting the renewal item in a real estate contract. Just need to know what parameters need to be passed and changed to delete the renewal line item in transaction RECN. I have tried bdc but the screens in transaction RECN are diff in background and cannot process renewal item deletion.
A program is required to delete the renewal terms and flag the contracts for deletion. there are about 120000+ to be processed and we need to do it in background.

I went to renew my skype number for 12 months. On the page it gave two options one for 3 and one for 12 months. The total said it would charge my card $60 from my credit, which is backed up by my CC. However when I clicked to pay it, it only set me up with 3 months and an $18 charge. I wanted a year for $60. If it is because I had less than $60 in skype credits that is entirely misleading as i have a CC on file and autorecharge. It should have given me an option or note that my skype credits are not enough. How do i delete phantom emails from inbox?

My inbox details that there are 3 unread or new messages ... but there is not, i've tried to search for unread messages to delete but no luck. I've gone on my laptop to delete the messages and there are 0 unread messages in my inbox....What to do?

I posted this in another thread - a fix for this happening with Gmail:
I tried all the fixes here for an identical issue with my gmail account, but kept being left with 26,000+ allegedly unread emails on the iphone 5 after upgrading....
Now, it seems to be OK after the following routine, done on my PC (NB not sure how applicable this is to other email accounts)
1. (very important) - click on All Mail from the gmail menu on the left hand side of the screen (if you can't see this, it'll be revealed be selecting 'More' from the menu list). (It would appear that the emails that the iphone is referring to are not, in fact, just the ones in the inbox..... )
2. Click the 'down' arrow on the right hand end of the gmail search box (it's just by the blue button with the magnifying glass)
3. In the 'Doesn't Have' field in the Search menu, enter some gobbledygook - like "asgjihg567vfd" - something that you are certain will not be in any email. That means that all of the mail, including long-term deleted mail (not just the stuff that appears to figure in your bin), will get selected
4. In the left hand of the three grey boxes above the emails (the one with the square on it), select 'All'
5. You will see on the bar above the emails that a message comes up saying - "All 20 conversations on this page are selected. Select all conversations that match this search". Click on this to select, literally, all your emails - past, present, binned, spam, etc.
6. From the right hand control box above the emails (the one saying 'More'), select 'Mark as read'. This will take a few moments, but will work through them all.
7. When you go into the gmail account on your phone, you should see the unread email count miraculously disappear when it syncs.
This has worked for me and I hope it stays this way! The trick is that you may have lots of unread emails that you binned ages ago - but these have been resurrected through the miracle that is iOS7.
FWIW, I very much regret upgrading to iOS7 and have written to Tim Cook telling him that it's going to lose him customers - not that I expect that he will see my mail, or answer, or that he cares.......

MobileMe deleted, but wont go away

After our MobileMe family account expired (was not renewed), I deleted the MobileMe email account from the Settings of my iPhone. While it's gone from Settings, the MobileMe is still showing up in the Mail app (both under Accounts and Inboxes).
As a result, I periodically get an error message stating that the password for the MobileMe account is incorrect.
Any ideas on how to delete it?

I have a few questions about this.
Does current price mean the office price now (eg $9.99 p/m) or the price at the time of renewal? (unknown price)
Adobe will automatically renew the contract for another year? Does this lock the customer in for another year without the right to cancel?
Are customers given an option to review a new price before being renewed for another year?

Price at time of renewal - we don't have plans to change the price, but prices may go up or down.
Contract is automatically renewed unless you contact us to cancel
You'll be emailed before the end of the 12 month period with the new price. You have the option to cancel 30 days before or after your annual renewal date.

Deleting Property In Properties Tab

Hello,
In the BP Customer Properties Tab -- if we are not using one of the properties, can we delete it? Thereby, removing this as marker for any account that has this property checked.
If so, how do we do that.

Are you saying that you want to Update the BP Master and uncheck the tick on one particular property because you no longer need it.
Because the term Delete is confusion...DELETING mean removing the Property completely which is not possible.
For un-ticking a property, you could run an Update on the BP Master. You will need to fill 3 columns

Property xx refers to the BP Property number column that you want un ticked

I found an answer.
The message is informational in nature and is not the cause of any problems. the routers run Linux and use the open source codebase....
"When an IPsec SA is about to expire *swan sends a delete SA notification
to the peer. Since the same IPsec SA is also about to expire on the
peer side, often the peer is a little faster and has already deleted
the IPsec SA itself. Thus when the delete SA message arrives, the IPsec SA
doesn't exist anymore and the warning below is issued in the log.
If you want to study the SA renewal and deletion mechanism in detail
you can do this by activating the following debug option

In my case, the ISP is Comcast and they were filtering UDP packets, causing the issue. A call to their business tech support and an explanation of our need to use an IPSEC VPN tunnel which uses UDP resolved the problem.
The Cisco VPN routers (RV325 & RV320) work great and I haven't had any problems since. There is excellent tech support from Cisco, you just have to follow their procedures and register the serial numbers of your devices. They helped me even without a service contract, but I purchased one anyway. It's only $56 for a 3 year support agreement at CDW.

I try to maintain BOM data by CSAP_MAT_BOM_MAINTAIN bapi. Everthing works ok when I use example code of this function module. But when it comes to terms deleting an item from BOM, I always get error :

But it also deletes the item. Do you have any idea?

probably you call a user-exit that is used to maintain fields of this customer include and it does try to find the structure of it (which does not exist)

Songs wont edit to ringtones

OK so the ringtone logo popped up today and i have tried and tried to get some. I have been asked to renew terms of service and logged in now about 100 times. I click the song in my purchases and then go Store> Create Ringtone. The edit screen pops up just long enough to make it to its peak then drops back down. I am never given the chance to even edit. on other songs it will tell me this can no longer be made into a ringtone. but for a vast majority of them it will access music store and a split second later nothing happens. Somewhat frustrating as I want my ringtones. I have reinstalled itunes as well and same problem. any thoughts?

I noticed that any song I purchased in or after Oct 2005 works. Any song purchased before Oct 2005 doesn't. Don't know if that's a coincidence, but that's how it plays out with my system and purchases. The old purchases (even though they're in the Purchased category) don't seem to work, even though they have a Bell icon next to them.

An 'open letter' suggestion to Adobe

Hi, All.
I have been using Photoshop since version 5 (late '90's).
I currently use the CS6 Web Premium. I primarily use Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Illustrator and Lightroom. I am a professional photographer.
I won't get in to rehashing the many dissatisfied comments that have appeared here, and elsewhere, all over the web. It's been said clearly and loudly.
But simply put, I too am very unhappy with Adobe's decision to move to the subscription-only service model. And to be clear, I am a user who actually upgrades near the beginning of each new release cycle. So it's not the "skip a version" reasoning for me. It's simply the 'you stop paying, you stop using our product' mentality of this new business model that I refuse to participate in. I have dealt with this model in using our main photo-business management software for a number of years now, and finally, at last, I have discontinued my association with this company, and moved to a new alternative. I had been looking for an alternative for the last 3 years. And that's the point, there are always new alternatives looking for a chance to happen. And in the business management software category, one finally came along that did everything I needed, and I moved on immediately.
Adobe, may I suggest that if you feel this model is crucial to your survival as a company, that your at least look at the current model used on the 'ProSelect' software by 'TimeExposure'. They too, have chosen a subscription-based mentality, and at least for now, I'm still on board with them. But they do work off of a 6-month or yearly renewal option. As in, I pay for a year subscription, and within that time, I receive all upgrades, updates and support to their product. If at the end of a cycle, I choose to not continue, the software still works.

Ending their subscription renewal term, simply ends the support and the updates and continued upgrades. So at that point, the customer has chosen to not receive any more updates, etc.. But, also at that point, their software still works on their machine. And this is the bottom line that's been mentioned by so many Adobe users.
May a further suggest that you take it a step to the better, and continue to support the products with basic operational updates as you've stated you will do with CS6. As in, so it still works on a new, latest version of OSX or Windows. But just not offer the 'features' upgrades without the subscription. That's at least fair.
Anyways, hope this offers a little insight form a long-time user. One who hopes to remain such.

Log version status does not change

For a synchronous scenario, I'm getting the status as 'Log Version' in sxmb_moni and the status doesnot change at all. Can you please let me know the reason for this and how the message status can be changed to successful.

How do you stop automatic withdrawals

I downloaded a program called NFL '12. In this prgram you can order an "audio pass". It was a weekly pass and I thought a one time charge. My acc't has been charged over the last 4 weeks. I have written them to find out how to stop the automatic charge, but have gotten no response. How can I stop these automamic debits, I'm no longer using the audio pass? I tried deleting the program, but it still charged me.

Encore CS3 install failure

Adobe Premiere Pro CS3 full version
Because of several problems and conflicts in trying to "export to encore" from Premiere Pro CS3 (mainly, Encore was asking me to put a blank disk in the wrong disk drive [my cd-rw drive instead of my dvd drive]once the encoding was done and burning was about to begin, I decided to uninstall both Premiere Pro CS3 and Encore CS3 from "Add/Remove Programs" from "Control Panel" in preparation for reinstalling both. However, when I clicked on "unistall" for any CS3 application, nothing at all would happen. In frustration I simply started deleting all the program files I could find relating to CS3. I was finally successful in uninstalling both after inserting the respective disks, but a program called "encore stock photos cs3" still wouldn't uninstall so I followed some online advice and started deleting all Adobe cs3 related "uninstall" keys from my registry.
I was able to successfully, re-install premiere pro cs3, but components of the encore cs3 reinstall failed with the following messages:

You did not use the CS3 clean scripts. That would have been all that is required. Unfortunately now you will have to run the install again after you've wiped everything "the correct way". In clearer terms: deleting does not remove installer and other registry info or the cached installer packages, hence it causes problems. Only the script will allow you to correctly remove CS3 applications at the cost of wiping them all, of course.
