  • 紧急!如何在SAP系统中追踪免税物资?How to track boned goods in SAP?

    Dear,
           1) For Stock transfer,
You can go for MB5T and check the stock in transit.
           2) For C&F or Plant to Customer,
You can just go on VL06O and go on like that
VL06O ---> List Outbond Delivery -> Status Outbond Deliver-> Go on Billing Status  - Not yet Process and Total gds mvt sta. - completely processed.

  • Implementation of bar code in WM

    Hi,
Pl. let us know how to implement Bar code in WM.   The requirement is:
GR for parent items --> repack into child items according to storage space --> provide Bar code for the child items --> create Transfer order.
    Thanks & Regards,
    N.Karthikeyan

    Hi,Karthikeyan:
I think it is better to implement HU and Storage unit management for your business.
You can pack the child item and parent item in the inbound delivery and save with the HU identification, create the TO and the HU identification will become SU number(the outer HU number ) if you active the SU management. You can scan the SU number with the MDE device if the barcode on the label.

  • Scan products by bar code during packing process

    Hello al SAP experts,
During packing process in my company, for some products of  finish goods we would like to  scan them by bar code one by one ( like a point of sale in a super market) instead of scanning the material number and typing the quantity.
Like in serial mode where you scan one by one we would like to do it also for non serial products- to scan the catalog number
(or the EAN/UPC code) and the system will sum up the quantity according to the number of items scanned.
Are you familiar with such an option?

    Hi
Scanning barcode at packing means, do you mean scanning the HU/carton? can you explain your requirement in little more detail?
We do have the similar requirement & its happening through RF gun. Have barcode for the HU/Carton ready, scan that which creates carton> then pack the product>scan the carton for the SSCC number which gives assurance for the right SKU, qnty & process PGI further.

    Greetings ajh2298,
We strive to make trading in any product a quick, easy, and painless process, so it's disheartening to learn of situations where that expectation may not have been met. I'd be frustrated too if the same thing happened to me, especially if there was any confusion regarding a game's trade-in value.
I realize this may not be the response you were hoping for, but you will need to return to our Pleasant Hills location for assistance in this situation -- we do not have the ability to modify previous trade-in transactions, nor are we able to apply promotions to previous trades. When you return to the store, I would encourage you to bring a copy of your receipt and to ask to speak with a manager on duty. I have confidence they'll be able to help you find a resolution.
Thank you for your understanding, as well as for taking the time to post.

  • Sales order costing - tracking of actual costs at sales order item level

    Hi
We are going with sales order costing for services
Service material is non-valuated hence the scenario is non-valuated sales order stock
    PP module is not implemented.
    I am having following questions
    1. How to track the actual costs at sales order item level? Is Internal order/CO production order is required to be created for the same?
    2. Can I do activity confirmations directly from cost center to sales order item.
    3. Can Raw material is issued directly against sales order item.
    4. Is Sales order is a real or statistical account assignment object?

  • Goods issue and goods receipt with bar code

    hi
i need  to do goods issue and goods receipt using bar code
using se 73 i craeted a bar code
iwill print this bar code on external system
after printing same one will be stikked to  the respective bins
i need to trigger goods issue and goods recipt by reading
    barcode scanner
plz suggest how to achive this
    regards
    sasikanth
    vst

One of the ways of triggering transactions in SAP using external systems is IDOCs
When the barcode scanner scans the barcode of the material, you can trigger the IDOC from that system which will send the material barcode, number of units, goods issue/goods receipt etc to your SAP system. Once that inbound IDOC is received in SAP, SAP will trigger the goods issue or goods receipt based on the kind of transaction.
If you can give the idea of IDOCs to your technical guy, he should be able to enable the solution. You may have to configure an IDOC in your SAP system, using teh standard IDOC type/message types meant for GI/GR
    Hope this helps you

  • How to create Bar code

    Hi,
    How to create Bar code?
        Explain the steps.

    Hi,
A barcode solution consists of the following:
    - a barcode printer
    - a barcode reader
    - a mobile data collection application/program
A barcode label is a special symbology to represent human readable information such as a material number or batch number
    in machine readable format.
There are different symbologies for different applications and different industries. Luckily, you need not worry to much about that as the logistics supply chain has mostly standardized on 3 of 9 and 128 barcode symbologies - which all barcode readers support and which SAP support natively in it's printing protocols.
You can print barcodes from SAP by modifying an existing output form.
Behind every output form is a print program that collects all the data and then pass it to the form. The form contains the layout as well as the font, line and paragraph formats. These forms are designed using SAPScript (a very easy but frustratingly simplistic form format language) or SmartForms that is more of a graphical form design tool.
Barcodes are nothing more than a font definition and is part of the style sheet associated with a particular SAPScript form. The most important aspect is to place a parameter in the line of the form that points to the data element that you want to represent as barcode on the form, i.e. material number. Next you need to set the font for that parameter value to one of the supported barcode symbologies.
The next part of the equation can be a bit tricky as you will need to get a printer to print that barcode font. Regular laser printers does not normally print barcode fonts, only specialized industrial printers that is specifically designed to support that protocol and that uses specialized label media and heat transfer (resin) ribbon to create the sharp image required for barcodes.
Not to fear though, there are two ways to get around this:
    - You can have your IT department do some research -
most laser printers can accept a font cartridge/dimm chip (similar to computer memory), called a BarDIMM that will allow a laser printer to support the printing of barcodes.
    - Secondly, you can buy software that you can upload in your SAP print Server that will convert the barcode symbology as an image that will print on a regular laser printer. I found that this option results in less sharper barcodes. This option is really if you need to convert a large quantity of printers (>10) to support barcodes.
    - Thirdly, you can buy a third party software like Barcode.dll and install on your frontend PC connected to the laser printer.
Now you have a barcode printed - what next?
Well there are two options, depending on your business requirements:
    - You can use an existing SAP transaction on a regular workstation and get a barcode wedge reader to hook up between the keyboard and the PC. These wedge readers comes in a wand or scanner format. There are even wireless wedge scanners available that allows you to roam a few yards from the workstation to scan a label. This approach is mostly used where you want to prevent human errors in typing in long material, batch or serial numbers in receiving or issuing of material. The problem is that it's just replacing the keyboard input and you are basically locked down in one location and have to bring all the material to that location to process.
    - Another solution is to use SAPConsole transactions
or write your own ABAP Dialog programs that will fit onto a barcode enabled wireless handheld terminal and that will follow the business logic as executed on the shop floor.
These programs are highly complex exercises in industrial engineering and ergonomics because of the limited screen sizes and limited ability to accept keyboard input. The user is instructed step-by-step and only scan and push F-keys to interact with the SAP system. Scan, scan, beep, beep, enter - highly automated.
    <b>To Create a Bar code Prefix</b>
    1) Go to T-code - SPAD -> Full Administration -> Click on Device Type -> Double click the device for which you wish to create the print control -> Click on Print Control tab ->Click on change mode -> Click the plus sign to add a row or prefix say SBP99 (Prefix must start with SBP) -> save you changes , it will ask for request -> create request and save
    2) Now when you go to SE73 if you enter SBP00 for you device it will add the newly created Prefix

  • Check if a generated document can have a unique bar code for tracking.

Is it possible to check if a generated document can have a unique bar code for tracking?......We r using the Adobe Central Output Server 5.5 version on windows xp........

I know of nothing built into the software that is specifically for the purpose of generating a unique value.
External of the server there are a couple things that might work.
    1) The source of the data file could create a field in the file that contains a unique value that would be the value for the bar code field. For example, the source program could access a database (Access, SQL, whatever) and grab a numeric field for the value while incrementing the field for the next time. If it isn't practical for the source program to do this, then a "custom agent" could be written that would run prior to printing the form that would do this database access and add the field to the data file before passing it on to the print agent.
    2) You could reference the built-in date & time variables (see the Print Agent manual for $date & $time) to use as the value for the variable to be the value for the bar code field. Depending on how long your print job takes to process you could use the time variable that includes the hundredths of a second or not. For example, having the following in the data file:
    b ^field UniqueBarcode
    b @$date1.@$time3.
would result in a value of
    b 05021506511429
for the year (05), month (02), day (15), hour (06), minute (51), second (14), and hundredths (29) of the date & time I typed this in. If you wanted the millenium & century you could just hard-code it by placing "20" in front of the @$date1. reference. Of course, depending on the particular bar code you use, a 14 or 16 digit bar code could be too long for what you want.
One caution with this method, though. If your Central server is set up for processing multiple instances of Central, it would be possible to get duplicates since two (or more) jobs, running in different instances, could start at the same time.

  • How to display or generate PDF417 barcode dynamically in PDF form? I am using Acrobat XI Professional and there is a Bar Code Field in the same through which I generated the same. But I want to generate the same dynamically.

How to display or generate PDF417 barcode dynamically in PDF form? I am using Acrobat XI Professional and there is a Bar Code Field in the same through which I generated the same. But I want to generate the same dynamically.

What do you mean by dynamically? When yo set up a 2D bar code field you specify which field name/value pairs you want to include, along with other parameters. But be aware that they won't work with Reader unless you Reader-enable the document with LiveCycle Reader Extensions and include the bar code usage right. It will work with Acrobat Standard/Pro.

  • How to add bar code in report(se38 develop)

    hi all,
as a existing abap report which print out the report with a lot of special logic, so i want  Use abap report program to print bar code instead of smartforms . how to process?
    thanks.
    james

    Hi Kumar,
You cannot write custom code (0% coding) in an Report Writer/Painter report. The code is generated by SAP while generating the Report group. The only place in a report writer report where you can write very minimal code is at varables level or formulas inside reports.
At the report group header level, there is provision to provide authorization group. Try that.

  • How to print bar codes in sap script and smartform

bar code sheet to print for particular customer when the
    transfer order is created.

    Hi,
You create a bar code or change a bar code in the font maintenance transaction (transaction SE73). To do this, proceed as follows:
&#9675; Start transaction SE73, and choose System Bar Codes ® Change.
&#9675; If you create a bar code, the system asks whether you want to use the new bar code technology or traditional system bar codes. Choose New.
You can enter a name and a description for the bar code. Note that the name must begin with a Zto avoid conflict between your bar codes and the standard bar codes.
    2. If you have created a new bar code, you must now add this to a Smart Style as a character format. For information about this, see the section Maintenance of Styles with the Style Builder and its subsections in the Smart Forms documentation.
If you have only changed the bar code, continue with the next step.
    3. You can now select text in Smart Forms and choose the corresponding style with the bar code as the character format for this text.
    4. You can then print the bar code.

  • How to print BAR CODE in SAP SMART FORMS

    Hi,
I want to print inspection lot's BAR CODE in the smart form, but i dont know the way how to print this into the smartform.
if anyone have any idea, please suggest me how to print this as it is urgent for me to complete the object.
    Thanks in advance.
    Best Regards,
    Abnish Jain

    Hello Abnish,
    Welcome to SDN.
We are able to print barcodes from smartforms. Doing this way, we print barcodes on laser printers.
We are also printing from sap to zebra printers using two ways:
    1. Download the data to an excel sheet, then creating a macro that opens the printer port and sending the commands to the printer through this "file". All this is done via vb script provided with excel)..
    2. The second way is creating a vbscript (an ascii file from sap) with the printer commands and then runing it using ws_execute.
You need a barcode reader to read the barcodes, and this scanner acts like a keyboard, it sends the data scanned to the active field on screen. (which might be a notepad, word, excel or an input field or ... ).
From 4.6c on, you can use smartforms to print barcodes without buying any barcode.dll software nor hardware extention like Bardimm on any laser/inkjet printer (Please Note that I haven't mentioned Zebra printers here!). To do this, you have to create a smartstyle -> character format with the desired barcode font (defined within sap). Then in the smartform, create a window, put the field and associate it the character format. That's all (I mean, that's all we do at least :-). I think, you have to consider the barcode specifications before sending the barcode value to the smartform (Just an example, if you're using 3 of 9, the code should start and end with an asterisk - '*' -) We're printing an interleaved 2 out of 5 barcode in our invoices due to a legal requirement, and we did it this way.
    3. If you have a barcode scanner, then you should not need reading the barcode into an ascii file to get the data read in an standard or custom screen field. You can read it directly to the field you want. (unless... you have complex data coded in the barcode - for example if you're using an ean-ucc 128 compliant code and you're sending several fields in a single code ... In this case, an interface is almost mandatory because you must interpret the data fields according to the ucc standard, split the code into several fields .... and .... pure programming logic ).
To put it clear: if you have to read, for example, a barcode that holds the legal number of an invoice using a barcode scanner and this number should be sent to migo-> bktxt then you don't need an interface. The scanner itself acts like a fast operator entering the characters using a keyboard and filling in the field.
We're reading barcodes in several places (when we finish each pallet, when we receive an invoice, and so on. Each case is a different screen. We arent using an ascii file to read these barcodes. Furthermore, we read the invoice legal number into migo bktxt field (Head Text).
