You may have pop-ups blocked.
Go to Settings>Safari and turn "Block pop-ups" off. You may needs to restart the ipad after turning off this settings if it doesnt work immediately

When I add a new event in Calendar on my computer (Macbook using Yosemite) and then start to type an address or place in the location field, a pop-up list of locations appears from which I can choose. If I choose one of the listed locations, then a map appears (which I don't want) along with travel times, etc. I want to disable this feature. Seems the only way I can ignore this pop-up list is to hit the tab button as soon as I have finished typing. This doesn't occur on my iphone or iPad (I can just click "done" and ignore the list). You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions. To do this, click here and pick a method; if that page doesn't list one for your country or you're unable to call, fill out and submit this form.
They wouldn't be security questions if they could be bypassed without Apple verifying your identity.

If you know the primary email linked to the account but do not have access to it or the answers to the security questions, then the next best thing to do is call Apple at 800-275-2273 and ask for Account Security. They will ask you for two pieces of information from the account in order to unlock it. The options are usually the security questions (each question counts as one piece), the credit card linked to the account, and either a device serial number or device verification code that they will send you.
After this verification is complete they can send the reset link for your password to any email you choose. Please be aware that if they verify you with something other than two security questions, there is a 24 hour wait before the email arrives.

E.g. how to stop Google's data mining and user profiling mania, based on numerous cookies with name __ut* . The source of these cookies is not Google. Might sound kind of silly, but you could go into Contacts, the person in question, edit, and where it says Add Field, put somthing in like STOP, or DO NOT DO THIS
At least that would get your attention, even if it doesn't block you from emailing.
There just isn't much you can do to block yourself. If you have a couple close friends, do something like an AA support group...call a friend and have them talk you out of emailing.
I'm not trying to be smart alecky about this, actually trying to help, but there isn't much to offer.
