Basis consaltent role in BI implementation

Hi
For implementing BI system what is the roles & responsabulties of Basis consaltent?
i.e what are the things i need to ask for the basis consaltent to for BI System?

1)     Run transaction SICK for consistency check
2)     Configure STMS
1)     Create Domain Controller
2)     Create Virtual System say QCB
3)     Create Transport Layer say ZABC
4)     Create Transport Route
Integration system as UTL
Transport Layer as ZABC
Configuration system as QCB
5)     save
6)     Distribute and Activate
Before going for SGEN change the number of Dialog and BGD processes
Shut down the system through management console
Goto Profile directory in /usr/sap/UTL/SYS/Profile
Change the processes number and save
Start the system
Check in SM50
DIA u2013 6
BGD--4
SGEN: Load generator
1) Select the option as Generate all objects of Selected Software components
2) Select all the components and start the job directly.
It will take around 4 hours
Client copy:
1)     Login into 000
2)     Logical system creation using sale
3)     Create client 100
4)     Give the logical system entry
5)     Now save
6)     login into 100 using SAP* and PASS as the password
7)     Goto SCCL
8)     Selected Profile: SAP_ALL
9)     Source client: 000
10)     Start immediately
11)     Can be done in background processing mode or parallel processing mode.
12)     Execute the function "rs_mandt_unique_set"
