Batch determination process in SD- Delivery: any Function module?

Hi All,
I want to use the logic used in SD-Delivery for batch determination in Batch Search Strategy report.
Is there any function module avaialable for batch determination process done in SD so that I can make use of it?

My requirement is to select that batches that were picked up by the delivery (i.e. those that passed the search strategy) using the Material and Plant combination, Customer as an optional parameter.
Could you please provide the function modules that are required to make use of the function module "VB_BATCH_DETERMINATION"? Also, could you please let me know if we need to take into consideration any other factors when using the function module VB_BATCH_DETERMINATION

You can use VBFA table, right? in the FM also, you can find the same logic, like pulling from VBFA table.

Processing Idoc type DELVRY05 whith function module IDOC_OUTPUT_DESADV01

Hi experts,
I want to send automatically an IDOC type DELVRY05 while saving the outbound delivery. i set the output message for shippement and the Outbound EDI parameters for the ship to party.
When I'm processing the output message in VL02N, i'm having the following message:
<<IDoc type DELVRY05 cannot be processed by IDOC_OUTPUT_DESADV01
Message no. E0029
Diagnosis
IDoc processing has been started for IDoc type DELVRY05. The selected process is of type and called IDOC_OUTPUT_DESADV01.
The selected process does not support processing of IDoc type DELVRY05.

Is there any function module to assign Object to Transport request (Task)?

Hi There,
My requirement is to assign an object to desired task of the transport request. I found one FM called TR_EXT_INSERT_IN_REQUEST. But it has some limitations.
Limitations of FM : TR_EXT_INSERT_IN_REQUEST
1. It will assign the given object to given Transport request. But not to the task of a transport request. This FM will not allow assigning objects to the task. It will allow only to request.
2. Object entry present in transport request table e071. But, I can't find any version in version management. Moreover, the object is not locked under that particular request.
Can any one let me know, is there any function module to fullfill the requirement without above mentioned limitations?
Requirement :
1. Given object should be assigned to given task of TR.
2. Need FM to activate the Object and object texts.
3. After assigning to the request, It should show the vesion in version management and object should be locked under particular Task/ Request.

I want that to be done automatically. I wont prefer writing BDC for this.

How to create Inbound Idocs in a ABAP program? Any function Module?

Hello Experts,
My requirement is : I have sales order data which I extracted from third party system in my internal tables. In the same box I need to create inbound Idocs and then consequently create sales orders.
I have used the function module IDOC_INBOUND_WRITE_TO_DB to create inbound Idocs from Sales Orders data in internal tables. I have populated all the data records with correct PSGNUM and HLEVEL values. My plan is to create inbound idocs with this function module and send those to IDOC_INPUT_ORDERS function module which creates Sales Orders.
If a sales order in the internal table in ABAP program contains only one item, then I am getting correct idocs. But if more than one item exists for a sales order then the line item segments which got repeated in Idoc are having PSGNUM and HLEVEL values as zero when I checked in WE02. As a result the hierarchy from the second item segment is getting disturbed and getting the status 60.
I populated T_EDIDD with data records from IDOC_INBOUND_WRITE_TO_DB.
To the function module IDOC_INPUT_ORDERS, T_EDIDC and T_EDIDD are the input. I observed that in T_EDIDD also the PSGNUM and HLEVEL values are blank.
I am getting Status 60 with message 'EDI: Syntax error in IDoc (segment cannot be identified)' for idocs which have more than one item.
I need to extract sales data from third party and create inbound idocs and create sales orders in one ABAP program only. I need to display corresponding Idoc numbers for the corresponding third party sales order number in a listoutput.
Can anybody please provide inputs?

I have passed the PSGNUM and HLEVEL values while populating the data records. Then I sent the data records and control record information to the function module IDOC_INBOUND_WRITE_TO_DB. Inside this function module there is code to clear the PSGNUM values and HLEVEL values.
