  • Custom segment does not exist for message type Debmas_cfs

    Hi,
I have created a custom segment YEXTRA for basic type DEBMAS06.
I have done the configuration in We82 and We20.
I have implemented the segment in User Exit "EXIT_SAPLVV01_001". Now when I am executing the TCODE BD12  then it is creating the Idoc with custom segment. But when I apply the filter on sales org in BD64 then it starts giving me error that " Segment Y**** does not exist for message type DEBMAS_CFS.
Kindly suggest if I need to do some other configuration also.
    Thanks.
    Regards,

    Hi Gearge,
To add custom segments, you should create an extension.
    the TCODE is we30.

  • Batch does not exists for the material

    Dear Gurus
In the inspection set up in qm view of material master  I have assigned early lot creation in control inspection lot field.I have created MICS and inspection plan also. After release of process order for that material the inspection lot for that order is created. When I am saving the inspection lot after entering in qa32 the system  is throwing a dialogue box ,"batch doesnot exist should a batch be created" with 3 buttons yes, no, cancel.Although the batch number is already present for the lot that I sawwhen I entered in,( batch number is coming through internal number range). Now after pressing yes in the dialogue box when I am going to msc2n to view the batch, the error message is coming the batch does not exist.
What are the settings that I need to do so that this discrepency does not arise.
    Regards
    Sandip Sarkar

    sandip:
    1) DO you assign a batch number to the product during order creation ??
    2) Why do you have to enter with QA32 to save the inspection lot? This is saved once you release the order.

Was the batch number enterred in the process order?  If you have an inspection lot with early lot creation, you should have the batch number assigned in the order.  I suspect the system is having problems because of some conflict between the inspection lot, the process order and whatever internal batch number assignment process you might have.

  • Actual activity price does not exist for cost center / activity type

    Hi,
We are trying to upload the time sheet related data(number of hours an employee workred on a project) ect from Non SAP to SAP.
We have used a customized program and have loaded the data from se38.
All this HR data will be saved in CAT2
Later we transfer the time related data into SAP FI/CO using CAT7.
+When  tested  with a couple of employees time sheets, they got uploaded in SE38 proerly and when transfered it through CAT7 it was properly taking the hour*rate is cost and was reflecting in the respective cost element.
For a few time sheets in SE38 we were getting an error saying that the cost center(100501)/ activity type(EAT001) does not exist for 2010.
Hence we have taken, FY 2010, the cost centes and activity types in KP26 and have given the planned Activity as 1. No planned cost in KP06.
We have run the price calculation forr the FY 2010.
Then we were able to uplaod the time sheets, but when we tried to transfer the data through CAT7, it throws an error saying no activity price exist for cost center 100501/ activity type EAT001. If I ignore the warning an proceed, no amount is being calculated.
When uploaded employee time sheets before, all the cost were getting claculated and were entering into  the respective cost elements, but now no amounts are being calculated and it is taking Zero.
When checked the previous years data i.e, 2009 all amounts are fine, in KSII I can see the activity quantity filled with some numbers in 2009, where from are they comming? I have checked KBk6 nothing was mentioned.
    PLease assit
    Regards,
    shilpa

    Hi
I never used CAT* though, but the error means that you need to maintain a activity price in KBK6 (Actual price)

when I tried to create a leave request. I think the HR Ess configuration is complete.
Kindly, give your valuable inputs, hence I can try & resolve this issue, as I am stuck with this for quite sometime.
Your inputs will be really valuable.
    Thanks

After suffering this same problem and not finding any help or information ANYWHERE, I debugged the process and found that the error is caused by a missing entry in view V_BLPTYPECOUNTRY.
I created a new entry in the view with a blank molga and the error goes away.
    The entry I added was:
    Category = IT
    Data Typ = 2001
    Ctry Grouping = (blank)
    Class = CL_PT_BLP_IT2001
I hope that this can help anyone having the same problem in the future.

  • VL01N - Message VL200 -The batch does not exist in plant

    Hi all,
I try to create a delivery for a sales order via VA03 by displaying the order, select Sales document and then Delivery from the menu bar. On the Dilvery overview screen, when I enter an invalid Batch number for the item, I receive a warming messge VL 200 (The batch does not exist in plant &) and I can save the delivery. My problem is I want to put a hard stop instead of a warning message so the delivery cannot be saved. Is there any solution for this or it is impossible to put a hard stop. I was thinking of config ... but I am not familiar with this. Please help!
Thank you very much in advance,
    Chuong

    Dear All,
I am also facing same problem, while doing PGI (Post Goods Issue)
Can any one help in this please.
    And the error message was
Characteristic value  SEL F1P ADD 82947 does not exist for characteristic PAPH4 (ProdHier01-4)
    Message no. KE0C133
    Diagnosis
The characteristic "PAPH4" ("ProdHier01-4") should be posted to Profitability Analysis (CO-PA). When the system checked the entries, it was established that the transferred characteristic value (" SEL F1P ADD 82947") is not valid in CO-PA.
    System Response
The data is not consistent and therefore cannot be transferred to CO-PA.
    Procedure
With the function Maintain Characteristic Values, you can add characteristic values to those that are valid.
    1. When, I check contents of table MARA-PRDHA, it contains 17 character Alphanumeric input "SEL F1P ADD 82947"
    2. When, I check character PAPH4 in KEA5-->Data type was CHAR and length was 17.
    3. Characterstick PAPH4 cannot be maintained using KES1.
    Thanks & Regards

  • Document Sequence Information Does not Exist for Bank Account

    Hello,
    Oracle E-Bus Suite: 11.5.10.2
    OS: Windows 2003
We are facing the problem while executing the ARPLABIM - Bank Statement Import program, 'Document Sequence Information Does not Exist for Bank Account'.
We have already reviewed Oracle Metalink Document: Document Sequence Information Does not Exist for Bank Account: Doc ID: Note:147773.1.
    https://metalink.oracle.com/metalink/plsql/f?p=130:14:3345134018905587318::::p14_database_id,p14_docid,p14_show_header,p14_show_help,p14_black_frame,p14_font:NOT,147773.1,1,1,1,helvetica
But the profile option Sequential Numbering cannot be set to Not Used due to certain funcational limitations. Please advise any other workaround.
    Thank you

    Adith,
    There are only two options:
    1. Setup document Sequence. OR
    2. Change the profile either the user level who runs this program (assuming a batch user name) or at the resp or application level. Not necessarily at the site level.
    Thanks

    Hi gurus
while trying to print the output of a Purchase order thru ME22N, after selecting Print output, Output type as Purchase Order (NEU), and a partner, the system isues a arning message "Patner xxxx does not exist for partner function LF".
Can someone pls explain what does this imply?
    Regards

    Hi
xxxx is just a string to show you the Warning Message that appeared. Actually it was a Partner that was missing for the Patner Function LF.

  • Tax code EA does not exist for jurisdiction code QC000000

    Hi All,
We are getting this error "Tax code EA does not exist for jurisdiction code QC000000".
Can anyone suggest on this ?

    Hi All,
I am still working on this issue and want to add some information based on my analysis and if at all some could suggest something on that it would be very helpful.
I tried to debug the IDOC which was giving this error and also simultaneously debugged the other IDOC which was successful.
I found that the failed IDOC is giving this error as when SD_COND_ACCESS Fm is called in the satndard code , the failed IDOC scenario doesn't return any values in condition records table for one of the condition types ZIR1.
Where as the successful IDOC returns values for condition records table when FM  SD_COND_ACCESS is called for condition type ZIR1.
    Any suggestion ??
    Thanks !
