Batch Job BITRP...for BIA
Hi,
I see some batch jobs running automatically in BI 7.0.
Their name starts from BITRP......
Example - BITRP_43AJDF38O1HJUOTHY1PX8DHXW
I can see that it is related to BIA Index activation. How they are running automatically. Is it schduled automatically somewhere.
Please let me know if anybody has any idea.

can you make out the cube name from the job its running??
In either case(Y/N) goto Transaction RSDDV>select the Infocube>Hit the BIA Index button-->select 'Application Logs' option and try selecting options

Roll up
Check
individually to verify the job running same is either any of this processes described.
Aforementioned would conclude which process for BIA index is running and from the BIA index admin wizard you can either stop or continue with as per your requirement.
I reckon in the earlier post of yours,you did try tweaking(initial filling of indexes) with the BIA that could have triggered the job.

Positive confirmation: Send system notification to the requestor if:
a) An invoice is received and GR is not yet posted in the ECC system.
b) An 'aged' invoice and GR is not yet posted in the ECC system.

Implementation Strategy
1. To send email if the invoice is aged.
Create a program that will run as a job. This job will frequently check for invoices related to SRM Shopping Carts received from E2OPEN. If an invoice is aged and there is no Goods Receipt posted through confirmation from SRM, then an email will go out from ECC system to the requestor. Using the Shopping Cart number on PO, find the requestor information (email ID) from SRM through an RFC call. This job will run once in a day and should have a parameter in the program for the age of the Invoice.
Both the emails should contain a link (To be taken from SRM system, to be supplied) to log into SRM system. The email will also contain the Shopping Cart number and the Description of the item, and a message to Confirm this, including age of the invoice if aged.
Please let me know how to create the batch job.

Normally SAP transactions will have the COMMIT WORK at the end of transaction which is enough for any thing that is added part of the customer exits...

Runn time error "CNTL_ERROR" for batch job created for program RBDAPP01
We have encounter run time error and the batch job for program RBDAPP01 was terminated.
Information on where terminated
Termination occurred in the ABAP program "CL_GUI_CUSTOM_CONTAINER=======CP" -
in "CONSTRUCTOR".
The main program was "RBDAPP01 ".
In the source code you have the termination point in line 62
of the (Include) program "CL_GUI_CUSTOM_CONTAINER=======CM001".
The program "CL_GUI_CUSTOM_CONTAINER=======CP" was started as a background job.
Can any member reachout help in identifying the reason.Hi Amol,

Finding batch job name for sales order change (billing block)
hi,
there is a tab known as billing block in the sales order.
now a batch job ran which removed this billing block and released the sales order for delivery and PGI activities.
we have the information regarding the date and time on which this batch job ran but the job name is unknown.
also we tried in SM37 which gives no details.
we have information regarding the user name of the batch job but name is unknown.
help us in finding the batch job name with the above mentioned available data.
it is a very high priority.

in SM37-->
a)Set the Job start condition ( dates ) --You have information --YOu can keep them blank if you don't have the information. But it will fetch all the batch jobs of the user.
b) user Name -You have information
c_ use '*' in place of Job name
Then this will fetch you the Batch Job name . Then Check step --> you can find the program name.
You can check the Log for job details like when started and when completed.

Execute transaction SM36
Define Job name, Job class, Target server
Click on 'START CONDITION' button
Click on 'Date/Time' button
Enter Scheduled start DATE & TIME. Check mark 'Periodic Job' field. Click on 'Period values' button and select 'Hourly' or 'Dialy' or 'Weekly' or 'Monthly' or Other period and SAVE. Go back to main screen.
Click on 'STEPS' button and enter Program name and Variant under box 'ABAP Program'. Click on 'Print Specification' button and enter Printer name under 'Output device' and SAVE
Click on SAVE button until you get message on bottom of the screen that describes 'Job XYZ saved with status: Scheduled'.
Click on 'Job overview' button or execute SM37 transaction.
Select the appropriate 'Job name', 'User name', 'Job Status' & Schedule date under 'Job start condition' and click on 'Execute' button or press F8.
You will now see all your scheduled JOBS.

I have tried creating a variant .. in vl10batch.. and ive assigned it a scheduled time .. i craeted a open order.. and when the scheduled time has arrived and is over,i went to the order and still i dont see any delivery doc created .. and in sm37 its shows that the job is finished ..i even tried sm36 .. of creating a job for the variant.that ive craeted in vl10batch .and then assigning the job in sm37.. i can see the job that ive created in sm37 it is changing its status from released to finished .. as per the scheduled time but the delivery is not created .. i tried vf06 for a billing variant.. and went to sm36 craeted a job for the variant..using the program name.. and next to sm37 i can see the created job in the spool also..but somehow it is not creating the billing doc also..
can u help me to find where it actually went wrong with me ?

Duplicate deliveries creation for single PO line in Batch Job
Hello Experts,
I have the VL10G batch job running for every 15 mnts for creating deliveries for POs. Recently for some reason, i see duplicate deliveries being created for same PO line for single quantity. Suppose, i have a PO line with 10 quantity, when I checked the PO history, i see two different delivery notes created for the same 10 qty in each. I assume that there could be some buffering delays in Batch job or the PO being edited during batch run. But I can not come a conclusion on this issue. Please share your ideas.

T code to find sales orders/Deliveries for which batch job could not create

Once a PGI has been created for a sales order, the invoice should be created in nightly batch. Once is a while, something is wrong and SAP cannot create the invoice. I know there is a transaction that will list the orders / deliveries where SAP could not create the invoice. Can you tell me what that t-code is? ThanksLakshmipathy
I think you did not get my point corectly , I know , billing docs due list , what I need was after batch job running , for some deliveries , due to some reason , billing docs might not have created .
Business needs to know only thsese delivery docs in a T code or table but not all the due document . I did not find answer for this question in SDN .

Creating a Batch Job for Executing Later
Hi Experts!
I was wondering if there was a way to create a batch job, but to have it executed at a later time, since we do not have an exact date and time we need these jobs executed. My goal is to create 12 batch jobs (1 for each month), but have them excuted, when I need them too, when I choose it. Is this even possible?. I tried looking through SM36/SM37, but could not find anything on it. Please advise and thanks in advance!

The standard job scheduler will not do this (SM36/7). You do not mention what release you are using, but SAP Central Job Scheduling with Redwood does provide the ability to create jobs with boolean conditions like you describe (plus much, much more). Error in CCMS monitoring Batch job SAP_CCMS_MONI_BATCH_DP.

I am using a Sanbox system for CCMS Monitoring activities. I assigned a method CCMS_ONAlert_Email under auto reaction to the MTE class ABAP shortdumps on node System errors. So the requirement is when an alert triggered i have to receive an alert email. We have a batch job scheduled for the program RSNAST00.
When I execute this program there is a check box do I need to give any thing in there.

Note
You can enter sort criteria specific to your organization in INCLUDE RSNASTZZ (using the criteria above as an example). The keys from 50 upwards are available for your own sort criteria.
In Customizing for output types, you can define which values from the application-specific communication structures are to be written into the sort fields. -

We are creating invoices through batch job RV60SBAT. However, we notice that the outputs are created based on the output condition records of the last invoice created by the batch job.
For example, if 2 invoices were to be picked up for creation by the batch job, where the first invoice should create a print output and the second invoice should create an email output, both invoices will be created with email outputs.
It appears that the codition record of the last invoice is copied to all invoices created by a batch job run.
Has anyone experienced the same issue?
Cholenfirst invoice should create a print output and the second invoice should create an email output
In that case, create two variants in program SD70AV3A by differentiating the output type and schedule it in background

Convert PO's into Inbound Deliveries using a batch job?
HI Experst,
Can we create inbound deliveries for PO's through scheduled batch jobs? Or some custom development will be needed?

Wouldn't VL34 require manual entry for the document numbers to process?
I know VL10G variant run via batch job works perfectly for outbound deliveries so I assume VL10G would be the transaction to create variant/batch job even for inbound deliveries. -
Batch job for collecting Blocked Deliveries

Can anyone help me, i need to collect all the orders that have been blocked for delivery and send the results to an email address.
I created a batch job gave the program for SD Documents blocked for deliveries, but it doesnt seem to work, can anyone please give a step by step procedure.

2. Give the appropriate variants and the back ground user id
3. once this is done, go to the Spool receipient and give the email id where you want to send the mail to. Run the job now. You should receive the mail now, provide the connections are maintained.
