Battery charging time of N72

My cell( Nseries) is almost a month old and i still need to charge it for 3 hours duration for full battery ( from an empty one) i am using genuine nokia charger. ( which has input of 230V around.
why is it taking so long?
How much time your nokia( specify model no.) takes to get fully charged??

You can buy it off ebay for £5.
It's basically a torch with a built in mobile phone charger in it. Here's apicture of it Korn.
http://www.naturalcollection.com/images/newproducts/14529-10.jpg
That picture is what it exactly what it looks like and mine looks like that.
Basically if you wind it slowly for 1 minute it gives 40 minutes of bright ( and i mean bright) light.
1 minute of slow winding also gives 15 minutes of phone standby but more depending on if using 3G or 2G bluetooth etc.
If you want to buy one go on ebay, Put in 'wind up torch'.

  • Lenovo Vibe Z2 Pro (K920) battery charging time

    Hello everyone,
I wonder, if anyone could help me, please.
I'm experiencing an interesting issue related to battery charging procedure of brand-new Lenovo Vibe Z2 Pro (K920).
The thing is, the first two battery charging procedures took about let say 2 hours 40 minutes both.
But the third battery charging procedure took about 3 hours and 10 minutes exactly!, which I consider to be rather strange, mostly because of web reviews of this smartphone, where 2 hours and 30 minutes typical charging time is described.
I understand the fact that brand-new battery has to be initially "formatted" and it's capacity is therefore gradually increasing after few battery charging attempts.
Needles to say, after that third battery charging procedure, the battery life has been also significantly improved. I use genuine Lenovo charger which comes with the phone in the box. The only thing, which I changed since first two battery charging procedures, was turning ON "Core efficiency" in the Lenovo Battery Manager.
Could it be the reason of such extended battery charging time or is it perfectly normal bacause of gradually improving capacity for brand-new battery? Could it be defective battery? Has anyone of the owners the same experience or what is yours typical battery charging time using in-box charger?
Thanks in advance for any advice, suggestion, explanation.
    Martin

  • Battery Charging time for a 6280

I have just bought a 6280 mobile phone but i cannot find any info on chsrging times...... can you help?

Typically from flat it may take up to 2.5 hrs to report "fully charged", however to ensure full charging the phone must be on charge for at least 16 hrs. The last 5% is only done a trickle! A new battery must be "cycled" 3 times to achieve full capacity.

  • About perfect battery charging time

what is the best perfect time to start charging  of my iphone battery, when it reaches 20% or when it fully discharged (0% or near) ??

You can and should charge as often and as long as possible... deep discharges are hard on lithium batteries.  Normal mobile use will result in the one charge cycle/month that Apple recommends.  Also, you cannot overcharge the device, thus you can leave it plugged in as long as you like.

I purchased C5-00 monbile last week. When I am charging to day , charging took almost 4 hrs and 30 minutes. Is it normal?. When I am connecting the charger only 3 bars left in battery symbol.

charging a new phone will take a few cycles to complete it will take maybe an hour or two turned off.

  • Battery charging time

I got a new ipod, but i feel the battery isnt lasting as long as it should, and it charged completely in 3 hours
    should i be worried?

the battery life claimed by the manufacturer should not be trusted. this is why real-life situations vary the battery life of products like these.
check this link out to understand how to maximize the battery life of your iPod: http://docs.info.apple.com/article.html?artnum=61434
and if you really can't make it last, a proper solution for this is to buy an A/C adapter or Car Charger. it's a mobile device, it has to run out of juice sometime.

  • About the battery charging time.

    Hello everyone,
I'm buying a Macbook pro 13 the next week and I have just one question about it.
I've seen a lot of video reviews and unboxing videos in which the owners of the computers turn them on, with out charging the laptop. In addition, when they push the battery indicator button on the left side, the battery seems to be fully charged. So my question is: Do I have to have my macbook all the day long charging itself to get the maximum battery life?
I hope you can understand my question and answer it, sorry for my English.

As long as the AC adaptor is connected the battery will charge if needed. Maximum battery life, however, is dependent upon having the battery fully charged before use. For more info see:

  • Sloooww Battery Charging

    Hi,
I've tried just about everything I can think of with my MacBook Pro 15" (late 2008 - replaceable battery).
It starts off charging fairly quickly - saying it would take 2hrs to charge the battery fully (from nearly empty). Sounds great - Amperage is 2100mA into battery.
But, it does - it keeps slowing down and taking longer and longer to charge. Eventually to 2hrs just to charge the last 10-15% at 300mA. It means I spend 6hrs or longer fully charging my battery.
Is this for real? Is this expected?
I've reset the SMC, I've tried going back to 10.5 and a clean install from the MBP discs.
    Any other suggestions?
    thanks,
    j.

Before you noticed the slow battery charge time, how long did it take to charge the battery?

  • First time battery charge

    Hello,
I just got myself a new 13-inch Macbook Pro retina display. I've been reading about the first battery charge and how to use it later on, but I have another question on the first charge:
For the first charge, do I need to turn the Macbook off or can I use it while it charges for the first time, full charge.
    Thank you!

    Hi j,
You can use it, just make sure you charge it all the way up before disconnecting the power adapter. Enjoy!

  • Is it okay if i leave the battery charges all the time or should i charge in a special way??

  • My ipad will not power on after update. I have tried connecting to computer which doesn't recognize it. I have pushed top and circle buttons at same time. It had a battery charge before it died.  I tried to stop the upload and am afraid it 'crashed'

My first genteration ipad will not power on after update. I have tried connecting to the authorized computer which won't recognize it - does not acknowledge a device is plugged in. I have pushed top and circle buttons at same time. It had a battery charge before it died.  I tried to stop the upload midway and am afraid it 'crashed'

Try putting it into recovery mode.
Connect iPad to your computer via USB while it's turned on.
    Open iTunes
Hold the iPad's Sleep/Wake switch (power button on the top of the iPad) down until the "power off" slider appears.
Power off the iPad completely (wait for the progress spinner to disappear).
Hold the Sleep/Wake switch AND the Home button down for a full 10 seconds.
After 10 seconds (the second time you'll see the Apple logo on the screen) release the Sleep/Wake switch while still holding the Home button.
Continue to hold the Home button for another 10 seconds until the USB connection image appears on the iPad's screen, then release the Home button.
A pop-up message will appear on iTunes saying it has detected an iPad in recovery mode, you must restore...
Click on the "Restore" button and the process will begin.
