Battery drained...wont power up.

I used my ipad last this morning and it was popping up the below 20% message. It may have been left on and now I can't get it to power up. I have had it charging for an hour or so and sign of life.
any thoughts?

How are you charging it? By the included wall charger or the computer? If by the wall charger it should have been charged enough in one hour to show life. I would let it charge longer and then try to turn it on. I would also try resetting the iPad:
Press and hold both the Sleep/Wake button and the
Home button for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
If that does not work I would, after charging. connect it to yur computer and see it iTunes recognizes it. You may have to restore it.

ThinkPad E455 Excessive Battery Drains When Power Off

I bought a new ThinkPad E455 two months ago with AMD processor and I use Windows 7 (64-bit) as my operating system. The problem is, since a week ago, when I turn off my laptop (completely shut-down, not hibernating nor sleeping), the battery looses 14% in less than 24 hours. This problem has never happened before. My question is, what causes the power drain? I mean, the laptop just worked fine for a period of time (in my case it is two months), if it was trigerred by something, what is it? I looked for the technical updating BIOS solution in http://support.lenovo.com/us/en/documents/ht077068, but unfortunately the series E455 is not in the list. Of course, updating the BIOS using incompatible version is not recommended by the technical support. Please help me.

Nx6325 charging led solid amber with no battery and wont power.which motherbrd component is faulty?

I have 2 nx6325s.one has developed a fault where with the charger plugged in the charging led flashs once green then goes solid amber with or without the battery connected.The laptop wont power on.The charger and battery are both good as tested on the other laptop.I suspect a component in the charging circuit has gone faulty.Would any one know which component I should look at and what to measure.

Indeed, it sounds like something wrong on the motherboard it could be related to power supply electronic which is placed on the board power problems can be related to faulty RAM modules too so maybe you should check the RAM firstly remove one single module and try to power up the unit using one module in different slots
Otherwise you would need help from a notebook technician... ;(

Battery drains when power connected

Early 2011 MBP 17inch battery drains when the power is connected. It seems to be that when the system is having some load battery is discharging even when the power is connected. Is this normal?

Yes it is normal, For Mac's that is. Apple doesn't supply a large enough AC power supply to both charge the battery, or stop it from being used, when the system is under heavy load. Once you start to run the system hard it will draw power from both the AC and the battery.

Identical problem. Tried to plug it into a USB 2.0 port and wouldn't charge. Used the wall charger we got with our other Ipod (20Gb) and left it there for a week. Nothing. Ended up sending it to Apple and low and behold, nothing is wrong. Looks like I've got a paper weight (should've got the bigger one to hold more paper). By the way, tried a Belkin Auto charger/FM modulator and it still wouldn't charge it. I use the same chargers for the 20Gb Ipod and it works great, never a problem. It's just the mini that has the problem.

This is a major problem with Lollipop, but yo said it started 2 months ago. Several people have fixed problem by removing FaceBook And Face book messenger and then re loading the apps again. You might want to clear your cache before reloading. Not sure this is your problem, but worth a try. Good Luck

If you have records that show that you've taken your MacBook Pro in for a year to fix the machine, I would escalate the problem to Apple Customer Relations - unfortunately I don't have a number for Spain.
It would only seem logical to me that if you've been trying to have the machine repaired during the time that the 'recall' was in effect that you should be eligible for a new logic board. But only customer relations will be able to make that call.
Good luck - take the issue as high up the food chain as you can and see what happens.

At Apple Store, if you have AppleCare +, replacement iPhone 4S costs $50, if no +, then it will cost $199. Either your battery is faulty, the power management is faulty, or the charging port is faulty, or all three. Start with battery replacement. If still problem, then try charging port with flex cable replacement. If still problem, then it is very complex fix or no fix at all possible.

Restore is about the only option left, short reinstalling the whole thing as new.
Before you restore, go to I tunes and turn off automatic sync. Then plug the machine in. Upload any photos that you have taken with the pad into I photos, or where ever you keep your pictures. Then, in I tunes, transfer any purchases.
If any apps or purchased music get lost in the process, you can download them again for free.
You do not want to make a backup of what you have on the pad now. If you do, when you restore, you will simply recreate the same problem.
What you want to do is restore from a prior backup. Do that.
Then run the system status app and see what the CPU numbers look like. If they are ok, then you can start to re add apps until the problem shows up.
If this does not do it, then the last step is to set the pad up as new. Check the numbers, then add the apps and settings back one by one. While it is likely to be an app, it may be a setting somewhere.

Iphone5 battery drained and wont open

I just bought the iphone 5 last year and it was so good everything runs so fine. Until i upgraded the software to IOS 7 , i started having problems on charging , battery drained too fast and it wont open anymore. The most irritating was when the battery left uncharge or drained, it wont open nor charge anymore. I've tried using different original cable charger but it wont work. I'm so ****** with this phone.

Try removing the battery to try and reboot the device. It's possible that something else went wrong with the device. If that doesn't work I would contact your wireless service provider.

HELP! Battery drained and now, even with a power plug, computer won't start

My battery drained completely...and I went to charge it. When I plug the power cord in, it shows "green" not "red." When I remove the battery and just plug in the power cord, the computer won't start either.
Anyone encounter this before after a full battery drain? It's very odd.

I had the same green light non-charging problem. Turns out, I had to replace my wall adaptor. A dealer will have a good power supply you can try.

My iphone 5 is losing power fast - battery is draining. Haven't experienced this before. I've followed some basic steps to try and conserve powers within the settings features, but still drains fast. Concerned the battery may need to be replaced. Anyone else have this option - have any recommendations or trouble-shooting?

I had a serious battery drain problem on THREE devices using different iOS .... it was a simple fix and had certain characteristics that you may be able to relate to ......
Devices;     16GB iPhone 4 with IOS6
                  16GB iPhone 4S with iOS7.06
                  32G iPad2 with iOS7.04
On or about Feb. 28th all three devices started to drain the battery like crazy losing about 20%/hour on the iPhones and 10%/hour on the iPad2 .... After messing around with settings, browsing forums and looking at what was common between the three devices I concluded the problem was with a single Microsoft Outlook/Live/Hotmail email account in the iOS native mail app .... I deleted the email account on all three devices (along with other unrelated Microsoft accounts on each device) and did a hard reboot (hold HOME and top LOCK button simultaniously for about 10 seconds until the apple logo appeared).
I then re-created the common Microsoft Outlook/Live/Hotmail account on all three devices in the iOS native mail app ...... SUCCESS! Now all three devices are behaving normaly with respect to battery drain ......
Hopefully this will be useful to others in this thread ..........

Welcome to the Apple community.
Did you follow the following instructions exactly:
Remove ALL cables from Apple TV. (if you don't you will not see Apple TV in the iTunes Source list)
Connect the micro USB cable to the Apple TV and to your computer.
Reconnect the power cable (only for Apple TV 3)
Open iTunes.
Select your Apple TV in the Source list, and then click Restore.

Battery drained...wont power up.
