Battery finished while getting a call and there is no log

hello,
This morning I got a call (not from someone on my contact list) and as soon as I checked the phone, the battery died.
I plugged the iPhone and turned it on, and can't see that log.
Not in missed call/or other logs.
Is this a bug? Is there a way to see that number?
iPhone 4S running iOS 8.0.2

The short solution is to go to Settings > FaceTime > iPhone Cellular Calls OFF.
However, as Csound points out, you should not really be sharing an Apple ID with anyone. See: How to Stop Sharing an Apple ID.

I have the 5S and there is a check mark next to no sound when phone is in lock mode that prevents me from getting my calls and messages. How can I turn that off? Clicking it does nothing. Please help! Thanks!

Thanks for taking the time to try to help me. . I checked and the Do not disturb is off. The check is still there stopping calls from coming in when phone is locked. Any other ideas? Thanks again!

Trying to make or receive a phone call and there is constant background buzzing noise?

Trying to make or receive a call and there is constant buzzing sound in background.
I reset the phone.
I updated network setting on Verizon.
I can play music with no trouble.
Speaker mode works on phone.

Did you use the latest backup after setting it up "as new device"? If yes, try again, this time without using the backup, maybe it contains damaged data causing your problem.
If this does not bring any change, you should get it serviced.

How will i get next call if there is no scheduling period

How will i get next call if there is no scheduling period? My requirement is to get next call generated whether there is no scheduling period.
Also is it possible to get next call once the previous one is technically closed even though there is NO scheduling period and completion requirement checkbox unchecked ?

1. No Scheduling period
2, No Completion Requirement
After initial scheduling (IP10), depending on the cycle period (1 Mon, 1Yr etc).,
Whenever you run IP30, one call will be generated, if the plan date falls in the past. If the Plan date falls in the future a Scheduled hold line item will be seen in IP30, further no impact of IP30 will be seen, until this Hold item is called.

HT204053 After i upgraded to the latest IOS 8.3, now my wife gets my calls and I get hers.

I just upgraded my i phone 5S to the latest 8.3 and now my wifes phone gets my calls and mine gets her calls. Not sure where this happened or how to stop it.

This is a feature, part of the Continuity features of iOS 8. If you don't want it go to Settings/Facetime on each phone and turn off iPhone Cellular Calls. It is NOT sufficient to turn off FaceTime; in fact, if it IS off you will have to turn it on to gain access to this setting. You can turn it off after turning off the setting if you don't plan to use it.

I don't know what happen on my 1 months old iPhone 3GS. Its hang and Screen became white (nothing can see just white color), while some times in Incoming Call as well as SMS, at the time I can't pick up phone call and can't see sms, because of screen is WHITE.

I feels as strange, sometime happen and sometime may not happy,
in that situation, I need to press top (lock-unlock) button and after 20 seconds, it would be ok, SMS is ok for that situation, but I've missed some incoming call.

I phone 4 works part time. In order to get it to work I have to re-boot. My sleep button is broke so I have to plug it in to start it. I can get several calls and than no connection. All settings been checked. All my research leads to a software problem.

While on a call and another comes it isn't showing on the screen or allowing me to switch over or even answer the other call. What do I do?

Thank you so very much! My husband is in Afghanistan and calls at different times. If I am on a call and can't answer him it could be days before I hear from him again. I never thought to just restart my phone! Duh...this is my first smartphone so I am learning. All day people were calling while I was on the phone but I couldn't answer. Connect the device to the computer with which you normally sync and open iTunes.
Note: If iTunes asks you to enter the passcode, try another computer that you have synced with. Otherwise, go to "If you have never synced your device with iTunes, or you do not have access to a computer" section below.
If the device is still disabled, or if iTunes does not automatically sync your device, sync the device with iTunes.
When the backup and sync is complete, restore your device.
When iOS Setup Assistant asks to set up your device, choose "Restore from iTunes backup".
Select your device in iTunes and choose the most recent backup of your device.
