Hi mongol09: Click on the Apple in the top left corner, then About this Mac > More Info > Power: From here you will be able to see all sorts of info regarding your battery condition.

E71 - email recipient information does not shown

Hi,
I bought an E71 for a few days ago. I liked all of features (of course excluding email usage).
I'm using BB now and I want to use E71 for my corporate emails (exchange).
Here are some questions
- Is there any simple viewer options like BB? Current viewer is not god for reading. I didn't find how i can change font type, font size, background color, list type (daily grouping). Also, viewer is changing numbers to red or another color also.
- I couldn't find "to" and "cc" section when email is received. Only "from" section is shown. So, i know who is sender but i don't know who are in "cc" and "to" sections. When i reply all to email, "to" and "cc" informations is shown but on the email body the informations is truncated.
- I couldn't find my exchange sub folders.
- There is not email search option.
In this case i won't use my phone
Is there any solution or software update for these?

The company I work for bought 15 employees Nokia E71's at the end of January. So far 12 of the 15 have been having the menu button problem. This is, when using one of the 2 buttons we set to link to the menu button, it does not leave the home screen i.e. you cannot access the menu - which is a really big problem for efficiency for business purposes (which is what the phone is marketed towards). To fix this problem, I approached the retailer who's only solution was to send it off for repairs. So I took it in for repairs myself, to save mailing delays. The service centre confirmed that they have seen it before and it's irreparable as it happens to all E71’s, and it just needs to be turned off weekly otherwise it cannot handle all the applications etc. I was also told that it must be due to my corrupt applications, however, I have not downloaded anything onto the phone! They updated my software twice - which did not solve any problems. They gave me Nokia's care line phone number in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia to see what I can do to fix them problem (ie. a replacement phone). Nokia's only personal contact is in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia, which is not helpful being in Australia! Of course, they're only solution was to re-set my phone to factory settings, which similarly to your fellow comments - does not do anything. Also there was apparently NO other complaints recorded about this menu issue. I was told Nokia have a policy that there are no replacements given even if your phone is under warranty &/or brand new. It was suggested to just take it back to the service centre until my phone is fixed. Unfortunately this is a non rewarding experience and a major time issue for the business users of the E71. So, the conclusion is to switch off and on your E71 daily/weekly to ensure your business phone can be ‘relied’ on.

I understand that your battery power is not showing correctly and does not provide warnings.
Here is a link to Test and Calibrate battery. As you did not provide your Operating System you will need to select the correct one from the list.

First thing to try is to reset your device. Press and hold the Home and Sleep buttons simultaneously until the Apple logo appears. Let go of the buttons and let the device restart. See if that fixes your problem.

How to deactivate the rosetta option if it is not shown in information page

by accident or why ever I clicked the option "start with rosetta" on my eyetv.app. STRANGE now the option is no longer viewable in information field and I can't start the application inside of the application folder because I get then the message "EyeTV can't run under Rosetta-Emulation" please deactivate the Option via Menu Ablage and unmark the option. BUT I can't see this option in information field. AND if i try to start the eyetv.app in an folder outside of applications it works.
Anyone an idea

thank you for the hint with command+i BUT THIS DOES NOT help of course, because I already wrote that I used this.
I solved it now in different way which leads to a general question that somewhere the osx seems to note versions of programs and how to open them.
Description of this issue now in detail:
- I installed EyeTV in Version 3.0 on OSX 10.6 and started it.
- a message appears that this program is not made for this OSX version (it was made for 10.5)
- stupidly Elgato has no direct access to update from 3.0 to 3.1.2 which works with 10.6 WHICH means EyeTV has a buildin update BUT is useless if you can't start this app
- OK this leads me to idea to enable the "Start with Rosetta option"
- Didn't work
- I took then an 3.1.2 Version from my TimeMachine Backup and copied it over the old ones
- tried to start it and the message appear "This cannot run in Rosetta Mode"
- HERE IT COMES the little option field where you can disable or enable Rosetta in the information of the eyetv 3.1.2 is not shown so I was unable to disable it of course
- so i copied the file to a different directory and it works there normally
- ..... AFTER 2 hours i remembered that I had set the "Start with Rosetta" option on version 3.0 and the Snow Leopard seems to have noted this somewhere and i need a trick to see this option and the only way is to use a version 3.0 file maybe the option will appear there again
- ok copied Version 3.0 over the 3.1.2
- AND AH the rosetta option appears and was enabled and I had here the possibility to disable or unmark it
- then copy back the 3.1.2 Eyetv version file and AH it runs
So imagine that someone else uses today an application which really needs rosetta, and a user activates this and after some month a Snow Leopard 64bit version comes and nobody tells the user to deactivate the rosetta version on old package before installing new one.... poor user, I guess the 64bit version will tell the crap "This application can't run under rosetta" and the user will never find the way to disable it.
Hope there is a better way to find out for which application in which version was set the "start with rosetta" option in the system.

First, back up your old iphone manually:
Disable autosync in iTunes, connect your phone to your new computer and right click on it in the device list and choose backup. iTunes will backup your phone without syncing.
Transfer your purchases the same way, choosing "transfer purchases" this time.
When you connect your old phone for the first time, all media content will be erased. But you can restore your settings and app data from your manual backup afterwards.
Don't forget to set up at least one contact and event on your new computer to be able to merge calendars and contacts when you sync the phone for the first time.

Attendee Information not shown

Hello,
I have a developed a report to retrieve Attendees information for 'MEALS' expense type for an IExpense Report. However for few Internet Expense reports, though attendee information is specified, it is not shown on my report.
Attendee information is available in 'OIE_ATTENDEES_ALL' table. I have linked the report line id from this table to invoice distribution id of 'AP_INVOICE_DISTRIBUTIONS_ALL' table.
When Expense Report Import program is run, the expense report will not be visible in Internet Expenses and a new invoice will be created in payables.
Can any one let me know if there is any other way to get attendee information.

Once import program is run, the data in AP_EXPENSE_REPORT_HEADERS_ALL and AP_EXPENSE_REPORT_LINES_ALL is purged. However the data exists in AP_EXP_REPORT_DISTS_ALL and OIE_ATTENDEES_ALL tables. However I am not sure how I can link the data in these tables (AP_EXP_REPORT_DISTS_ALL and OIE_ATTENDEES_ALL) with AP related tables.
Please let me know your thoughts.

Try doing a SMC RESET and see if that sorts it out for you - had to do that to my Macbook once and it worked for me.

Battery information not very accurate

I just bought a new 2013 MacBook Air and the "Time Remaining" battery info has not been very accurate. The "Time Remaining" will continually jump around a few hours. It will read something like 13 hours remaining then I'll look again and it will 17 hours. The battery is on its third cycle.
Is this normal?

It adjusts its estimate of remaining run time based on the load on the machine. As the load fluctuates, the estimate will fluctuate. It is also normal for a new battery to take a few (partial) cycles for the meter to settle down a bit and give more reliable estimates of capacity and run time.

MBP 2010 6,2 battery is dying not holding charge so it seems

My MBP is < 1 yr old. The battery "normally" is ok BUT usually I have it plugged in the charger when ever I use it. I just left and shutdown (I never put to sleep) and was gone for about 1.25 hours. When I came back I just turned it on and the battery was in red saying 0:33 min remaining.
Now this time I did NOT have it plugged in (like I always do) and so I shutdown and then plugged into the wall (just normal thing usually) and started it up and now it says (1:27) and is charging.
Why would the battery be "near death"? It is "new".......do alot of people have problems with the battery?
SOMETIMES it does this but most of the time it does not.
So does anyone think the battery is FUBAR or what?
Any suggestions before I take it to the Apple store? I got 3 years of Applecare so not worried about things as this SHOULD be covered under Applecare.

It is very hard to determine what is causing the reboots. What I would suggest though is to perform a clean application load without any 3rd party applications. I would keep it in this state for 1 week to determine if any random reboots happen.

IPhone 6 Battery Usage setting not working.

When I go to my setting and check my Battery Usage setting it states: "Battery information will be available after using iPhone for a few minutes". I've been using it for hours and I get the same response when I go to the setting. I've turned off my phone multiple times to see if that would resolve it, but it hasn't. Is anyone else experiencing this behavior?

IPhone 6 Battery Usage function not working

Battery Usage feature continues to read; "Battery information will be available after using iPhone for a few minutes" even though I have now had the phone and used it for one week. Using iPhone 6, 64G, IOS 8.0.0.(no iOS updates have yet been applied)
A few days ago I attempted some suggestions posted by others. One of those was to let the battery drain to zero then fully charge. This had no affect on the Battery Usage feature. Another suggestion that i tried was to close all open apps on phone, then shut down phone and then turn back on. This did not resolve the Battery Usage issue either.
Is apple aware of this issue? Any help would be appreciated.

Xperia ZL - when I turn the screen image is not shown

I speak Spanish but try to leave the message in English too. SPANISH: Mi celular ZL presenta un problema, cuando enciendo la pantalla esta no muestra imagen. En otras palabras, la pantalla se ve negra. Esto sucede de forma aleatoria. Si tengo el celular en reposo (pero encendido) (por ejemplo en mi bolsillo o sobre mi escritorio) y quiero utilizarlo, presiono el botón de encendido, pero la pantalla no muestra imagen, el brillo de la pantalla enciende, el tactil funciona pero la imagen no se muestra. Cuando esto sucede, si presiono el botón de encendido 2 veces vuelve a presentar la imagen (la primera vez es como bloquear-apagar la pantalla, la segunda es como volverla a encender). Esto sucede de forma aleatoria entre días. También sucede al querer finalizar una llamada telefónica y separarlo de mi rostro la pantalla no muestra ninguna imagen lo que no me permite finalizar la llamada. También sucede de forma aleatoria cada tanto tiempo. Aunque suceda de forma aleatoria, es molesto y deseo encontrar solución al problema. He restablecido a datos de fabrica muchas veces y no se ha solucionado el problema. Soy de Colombia(país de latinoamerica) y la versión del sistema que tengo es Android 4.2.2 compilación 10.3.A.0.423. Via OTA y por PC Companion no aparece alguna nueva actualización. When I open TB, under "Accounts", it only shows the option "Create a new account". Option: "View settings for this account" is NOT shown.

When I open TB, I no longer see any information about the TB account I've used for years. Instead, the main menu shows only "Accounts" -- "Create a new account - Email, Chat, Newsgroups, Feeds". Option: "View settings for this account" is NOT shown.
Also the main menu does NOT show "Email - Read messages, Write a New Message" or "Advanced features", etc..
The actual emails pertaining to the TB account I've used for years are still present under the "Users --> xxxxyyyy --> AppData --> Roaming --> Thunderbird' folder.

When doing a disposal of assets via transaction ABAVN, the extra-ordinary depreciation is not shown on the asset history sheet in the "Deprec for the year" column.
How can I show it on the asset history sheet?

of course it can. The Asset History sheet output can be defined absolute flexible. Good source of information of how to define asset history sheet versions can be found in the SDN Wiki articles [Asset History Sheet (Detail) |https://wiki.sdn.sap.com/wiki/display/ERPFI/AssetHistorySheet%28Detail%29] and [Asset History Sheet |https://wiki.sdn.sap.com/wiki/display/ERPFI/AssetHistory+Sheet].
Feel free to create your own history sheet versions according to your needs. But you should avoid to change standard delivered history sheet versions.
