Battery Life ... Shuts off about 80% Life Left

When the computer shuts down ad you restart it on the power adaptor, has the percent charge dropped from 80 to zero?
The low health indicates the battery is pretty much shot. An Apple tech told me that a battery that consistently shuts down at the same percentage charge every time has a bad cell. He said that rarely you can "wake up" a non-responsive cell by this process:
1) Let the compter shut down from lack of battery power.
2) Attach the charger and carefully monitor the charge progress,
3) When the charge level reaches a point safely below the level where the computer shut down (in your case, I'd go to about 60 percent) unplug the adaptor and see if the computer will run. If so, repeat the process several times.
I should point out that the tech said this is a looooong shot.
Your cycle count is a bit low for a two year-old battery. You should run the battery a short time every day so you put at least 1-2 cycles a week (or 50-100/year) on the battery. More batteries die from lack of use than overuse.
