Have contacts with email address uploaded from older model. Receive emails ok...have also set up two addresses for myself, however when trying to either manually place the email address or select one from my contacts, I get the response
"Unable to look up the user info in database" when trying to send email
I have created a CSV file for my contacts to transfer to the Curve however I don't know where to go from there.

I'm led to believe this is a bug in UR5 and I think it was a bug in VMM 2012 SP1 RTM.
Our TAM says this will be fixed in UR6. We had to turn off Dynamic optimizer or we could have rolled back to UR4 but there were other bugs in UR4 which hurt us more.

Can not log into server computer with any accounts - "You are unable to login to the user account "abcdefg" at this time. Logging in to the account failed because an error occurred."

I have a Mac mini running the latest version of OS X and Server. Been running fine and flawlessly. However, I had a strange problem with the iCloud preferences panel crashing when I tried to access it, so I rebooted. Now I can not log into the system with any accounts. My master admin account (along with all the others) gives me the error:
You are unable to login to the user account "abcdefg" at this time. Logging in to the account failed because an error occurred."
I am able to see the server from other macs and I can log into it using the same account, but it only shows me a few of the shared folders I have access to but NOT to my main directories.
Rebooting into Command-R and doing a disk utility, I try and repair permission on that drive and get a bunch of errors like:
ACL found but not expected on Users
Repaired "Users"
ACL found but not expected on Users/.localized
Repaired "Users/.localized"
ACL found but not expected on Users/Shared
Repaired "Users/shared"
ACL found but not expected on Users/Shared/.localized
Repaired "Users/Shared/.localized"
Permissions repair complete.
But rebooting is no joy...same problem. Any idea what is going on or how to repair it? Should I do a time machine restore? Complete new OS X install? Any idea what is causing this or how to salvage it?

Got everything to re-install and it worked fine...for a few hours. Then I came in to find ALL of my network users deleted. Just GONE. Then found out the Open Directory was trashed and was unable to open, recover or restore from a backup. Looks like I may have a bad drive here.
I installed a new drive in the system, re-installed and so far (for a couple of hours anyway) the system seems to be working and stable.

After merging my Facebook and msn, I've been told by my Skype contacts, that whenever I'm offline, and they message me, it shows that I got the message. Just like I'm online.
This is also happening to my other friends who have merged their accounts ;(....!!!!
Please help, please! ;(...!!! I'm not hacked, I know, but it's happening even with other people who have merged the ACC....

WVC80N - Internet Gateway UPnP discovery failure message \ unable to view over the internet

I have the WVC80N. I recently got the new Comcast modem \ wifi but the Wifi is junk and had a lot of problems (loss connection, range etc) so I had Comcast "bridge" it so I just use my old wifi (LinkSys E1200). I have TZO to handle remote viewing. Everything was working great for about two weeks and we had a power outage. Since then, I have been getting UPnP discovery message (in the status tab of the WVC80N camera site) and I am unable to view over the internet. I get a 502 error usually but today I got extra info: "The socket connection to www.dfgehring.mylinksyscam.com failed.
ErrorCode: 10060. A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond."
I had Comcast do a "repair / reset" transmission to the modem and still get the problem.
I found these step on the forum:
1. Home Wirless Rounter administration page, find the UnPn settings and Turn off UnPn and save it. Wait for atleast 30 sec and go the same page and Turn it back on.
2. On your wireless camera Adminstraion page, go to "Options" and find the UnPn if it is already disabled go ahead and "enable" it also "enable" the "Alternate web connection" and save it. If it was already enable please disable it save the settings and enable back on.
The above 2 steps resolved my issue and I could able to view my camera from outside of my home network.
Still no luck. Tried it several times.
Could the power outage reset something on the modem or router to change this?

That's what I thought. The power outage may have set the modem, router or camera settings back to factory defaults causing it to loose connection. First thing first, call comcast and check if the modem is still on bridge mode. The modem may have been set back to a modem/router mode due to power outage.
You may test if the remote access is properly set up in the network by going to http://ping.eu. In that site, you will see your internet ip address, take note of that. Click on port check, enter your internet ip address and the port number you used in the alternate web access port then click Go. If it says closed, there something wrong in the settings of either the router or camera. In that case, I suggest you reset the router and camera and then reconfigure them.

I can use java class to look up the Topic on my local box standalone oc4j server(903), and publish/subscribe messages in JDeveloper environment. However, it failed when I tried to look up the Topic located on remote oc4j(903) within the same network. It seems it still trys to look up Topic on my local oc4j, it's so strange. The JMS server shipping with oc4j 903 is not fully supported. With oc4j 903, the only certified JMS provider is OracleJMS (based on advanced queueing).

Error message "Enter a Printer" when the user clicks on PO out put preview

Dear SRM Gurus,
We are using SRM 5.5 extended classic scenario. When the user presses on Output Preview of PO we are getting a message that "Enter a Printer" and not able to see the preview. This messge we are getting for some particular PO's and for other we are able to see the preview.

Please maintain default Printer for Organizational user in PPOMA_BBP (Attribute - PRI)...
In PPOMA_BBP, your purch org must be defined under (or at the same level as) a company. This company org id (defined in function tab) will be used to read address and use it as "contact" addresse. Check this point, correct if necessary and tell me if this is ok.

hi,
i have installed Oracle Database 10g Express Edition and oracle 10g developer suite. i need to work on oracle forms by connecting to the database of the 10g express edition but unable to do so as i am not aware of the database name or SID.
can any one tell me how to connect to the above database in oracle forms by specifying username, password and database name ?

specifying username, passwordSet up your database user, easy way is to grant them the resource role (*strongly* suggest not using sys nor system for user data) here's one command line sqlplus method:
$ sqlplus /nolog
SQL> connect system -- or connect /as sysdba; if system credential is lost/forgotten
SQL> create user username identified by userpasswd default tablespace <tablespace> temporary tablespace <temp tablespace>;
SQL> grant connect, resource to username;
SQL> exit;
> the database name or SID
Its XE "out of the box", with a servicename is XE as well, using the default port 1521 on the host. The install should also set up a tns alias named, oddly enough, XE, with those connection details from the install. It comes with a USERS data tablespace, and TEMP temporary tablespace.
So after the user is created, i.e. with sqlplus:
SQL> connect username/passwd
or if your session is not on the host where the database is running, with a tns alias pointing to the XE install host in place:
SQL> connect username/passwd@xe
From a different client machine you will need a tnsnames.ora entry defining an alias, it could be any name you would prefer to use as long as the entry points the the database host and port with the correct ORACLE_SID or the database service name.

Looking for the user photo.

This should be an easy question, but I can't for life of me find this thing. When a user purchases a Mac or does a fresh install on a Mac that has an iSight built in, they have the option to take a photo for use in the user account, address book, etc. Does anyone know where it stores this image? I like that photo and want to use it other places (like social networks, etc.) I have looked in my photos folder, but it wasn't there.
Searching on Google for this has been fruitless. Any help would be very appreciated.

Just wanted to say I found out the answer. I should have looked first to see if anyone else was having the same problem but I didn't.

Had to reload i tunes following hard drive reboot now cannot acess i tunes stor keep getting error message "unable to connect to the internet connection timed out " but I have no problem getting onto the internet

Had to redownload i tunes following hard drive reboot but now cannot connect the i tunes store as I get the following error message " itunes could not connect to the itunes store the connection timed out " I get this message as soon as I click on the store.
Any ideas how to solve this ?????

I can't access hotmail or gmail. I get the message "unable to connect to the server". However I can access both msn and google main page and not problems with other sites. Any ideas of what to do?

Cannot access hotmail or gmail, although no problems with the actual msn home page or other sites. I get the message: Firefox can't establish a connection to the server at .....
