BB Z10 UNABLE TO LOAD PAST SERVICE AGREEMENT HELP PLZ!!

my blackberry z10 wont load past the service agreement.....Im in the first part of the set up and its not allowing me to even select a country for the service agreement to pop up..... Im connected to wifi and my sim card is still initializing apparently but its been hours....can anyone help PLEAAASE!!

I told you that figuring you might eventually get in and there seems to be something wrong with your phone so a restore should set things right.
If you cannot get in take it back to where you bought it and get another phone or ask them to set it up for you. One thing you can try is ask your carrier to resrt your SIM card.

  • VS2008 unable to load Integration Services package document after creation

Upon creating a new IS project in Visual Studio 2008, I get this error message in a tabbed window:
"Microsoft Visual Studio is unable to load this document: To design Integration Services packages in BI Development Studio, IS has to be installed by one of these editions of SQL Server 2008: Standard, Enterprise, Developer, or Evaluation.  To install IS, run SQL Server setup and select Integration Services."
But I do have IS installed.  I have two databases, one from the free Express Advanced edition and one from Developer edition.  SQL 2008 setup (Developer edition) shows IS installed as a shared component.  I installed the Express edition before later installing the Developer edition and had no problems.  What needs to be done here?  Help, and thanks for any help!
I experienced this problem while running and following a video tutorial "Creating a Basic Package," from this MSDN site:
    http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc952921.aspx
If it helps, I have .NET 3.5 SP1 installed.

Most likely its MSXML, which is the most common one to get damaged since it supports multiple side-by-side install and uninstalls, but doesn't repair itself during SQL reinstall.
    Try this:
    1. Manually re-register the MSXML6 Dlls on the system where you are experiencing the problem by executing the following commands at a command prompt (you need to run these
commands from an Administrative Command prompt on the newer operating systems.)
    On a 32-bit machine:
    regsvr32 %windir%\system32\msxml6.dll
    regsvr32 %windir%\system32\msxml3.dll
On a 64-bit system, reregister both the 32-bit and 64-bit Dlls:
    regsvr32 %windir%\system32\msxml6.dll
    regsvr32 %windir%\system32\msxml3.dll
    regsvr32 %windir%\SysWOW64\msxml3.dll
    regsvr32 %windir%\SysWOW64\msxml6.dll
     2. Restart the failing application. For example, if BIDS is experiencing the error, close BIDS and start it again. Test the application in the same way which generated the error noted in the symptoms section.
    3. If you are still experiencing the problem after Step 2, you may need to reinstall MSXML6 and then run Windows Update to ensure that the MSXML dlls are patched with the latest security updates. You can download MSXML6 from the following location:
    http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/en/details.aspx?FamilyID=993c0bcf-3bcf-4009-be21-27e85e1857b1&displaylang=en
    4. If that doesn't so it, you can run process monitor and see which COM class id in the registry, which dll, or which GAC Native Image or Assembly is out of wack.
    Download Process Monitor tool,
and run it to monitor with filter process name = devenv.exe
and examine the logs of the tool to see if registry keys are reported as NAME NOT FOUND or ACCESS DENIED.
On another thread, they COM was out of wack:

  • HT1386 Trying to Sync - Unable to load data class - please help

I just cleared my I-Pod Touch to put new music on it and my computer is prompting the following. "I-Tunes was unable to load data class information from sync sevices." Reconnect of try again later. Another prompt that keeps appearing is  "the application apple mobile device help quit unexpectedly." Please help me...

Apple Mobile Device Restart. Disable all security software ex. Firewalls and Antivirus. Follow article http://support.apple.com/kb/TS1567  . The above listed article is correct by lllaass. I resolve it by unchecking the different categories in itunes sync pages... Plug in device, click on name on left side of itunes, Click on different sync pages like summary, info, music, movies, etc. You need to uncheck the main check box to sync content. An example would be unchecking "Sync Music" . You will then need to sync once for each category until you locate the source of your corrupt files or folders. Syncing without it checked removes content from device. Follow this step even if there is nothing on the device. Once you identify if it is picture or music etc. you will need to delete corrupt files or move them somewhere else on the computer so itunes can't find it anymore.

  • Itunes was unable to load provider data from sync services. Reconnect or try later

    Hi everyone
This issue has got me stumped.
I have a Dell Vostro desktop computer with Windows 7 SP1 64 bit edition.
I used to be able to sync now I cannot bakup or sync.
The device is an iphone 4s with the latest software IOS 5.1.
Itunes is version 10.6.0.40, the latest.
To try to fix this problem I removed itunes/quick time completely. Removed Bonjour, Apple Application Support, Apple Mobile Device Support, Apple Software Update,
Deleted the itunes and quick time folders, the common file folders and files, deleted anything related to able under appdata local and roaming, removed apple folder under program data, scanned through registry and removed all apple entries.
Then I rebooted the computer, re-installed itunes/quicktime and have the same error appear again.
I have gone through this process at least 5 times , but still keep getting the same error, cannot go past it.
I found a solution on this forum but it only applies to MACOS, could not find anything suitable for windows 7 environment.
Also searche the web high and low and tried several different advice from people.
This has to be a bug with Itunes! I would like to hear from Apple developers and programmers why I have to suffer so much to sync my device.
As a last resort I am planning to rebuild windows 7 from scratch but is is a big job.
Tried also to disable firewall, antivirus, check the apple windows services are running, nothing works to get me past this error.
    Please help someone!
    Thanks and regards
    Alfred

This actually worked for me! I have struggeled with this error for years, and now it's gone. Thanks!

    Hi,
I have Iphone 3GS with the latest version 3.1.3 and iTunes 9.1. After i uograded my iPhone to the latest version i am not able to sync with the iTunes and receive the message "iTunes was unable to load dataclass information from Sync Services, Reconnect or Try later". I am using Windows XP with Symantec Endpoint protection.
I have tried following steps to troubleshoot the problem but all my attempts have failed,
    1. Uninstall iTunes by Removing, iTunes, QuickTime, BonJour, iPhone congiguration Utility and Bonjour. Remove all the iTunes and related folder from the C:/ drive
    2. Restart the computer and intall the latest version of iTunes and Quicktime
    3. Restore the iPhone to the factory settings using iTunes
    4. Restart the system as well as hard Boot the iPhone (Hold Start and Wake/Sleep Button)before connecting again
    5. Repeat the Steps 1 and 2 after restoring the iPhone
I am still getting the same error and now I can't even open the first page for iPhone in iTunes when I connect it to my computer. All my content is still in iTunes but everything is lost on the iPhone.
I searched the Apple support and they talk about problem with the Symantec Endpoint. I have the latest version of Symantec endpoint way above what is mentioned on the Apple support page.
Can someone please help me, it seems restore worked for most of the people facing this issue, but for me even restore is not working.

  • Was unable to load data class info from sync services.  try again later.

Since installing the latest version of itunes (11.1.5.5) whenever I have either mine or my wife's iphones (4 and 5c, both with the latest 7.1.1) turned on and I start iTunes, I receive the error message saying that itunes was unable to load data class info from sync services.  try again later.
If I leave the phones turned off and open iTunes, I am able to sync my old ipod so it appears to be an issue with the software on the phones?
I'm just not sure where to start.  I've made sure that itunes has the latest version and no more updates are available.

  • ITunes was unable to load dataclass information from Sync Services-Solution

Hello all. I recently upgraded to iTunes 9.1.1.12 on a laptop with Windows XP Pro and the latest iPhone OS (as of May 16,2010). Right after that, I started getting the "iTunes was unable to load dataclass information from Sync Services" error message. After I dismissed that window, it would go ahead and indicate that it was synching for a minute or two, and then indicate (in iTunes) that it was backing up the iPhone. This will run forever unless cancelled and the phone would not synch.
After reading various solutions that worked for others (install Mobile Me, reinstall itunes, run diagnostics, all with numerous reboots in between), this is what worked for me:
    1) Open up Windows Services, and stop the Apple Mobile Device and iPod Service, and mark them as manual (as opposed to Automatic).
    2) Deinstall iTunes
    3) Delete the c:\program files\common files\apple folder (and all sub folders within). This is where the services are stored, and when I did all of these steps without doing this step, it didn't fix my problem. By deleting this folder, you insure that the iTunes install reinstalls these. You should see the services that were stopped in step 1, running again after the install is done. Note: I don't use Safari or QuickTime on my laptop, so I can't say whether or not this step would have any impact on those apps.
    4) Reinstall iTunes.
    5) Connect the iphone to your computer.
    6) At this point, I still got the dataclass error, so I immediately cancelled the synch.
    7) Run the diagnostics for the iphone (connectivity and synch).
    8) At this point, two DOS windows launched, and I did get another error about being able connect to the synch server.
    9) Closed the error message and disconnected the iphone (the phone at this point did not indicate that a synch was occurring).
    10) Reconnected the iphone and, voila, it's been working fine ever since.
Hope this helps someone else out until Apple deals with the 9.1.1.12 (and .11) issues with synching.

Either do Windows Control Panel → Administrative Tools and then picking "Services" or typing "Services.msc" in the Run command on Start menu.

  • ITunes was unable to load data class information from Sync Services. Reconnect or try again later.

Ever since I upgraded to iTunes 10.4 I've been getting this dreaded message on many occasions when I try to sync my iPhone 4 or iPad 2 with my Win 7 64 bit machine. "iTunes was unable to load data class information from Sync Services. Reconnect or try again later." What happens is that local content (music, videos etc) will sync properly to my iPhone, but other content (such as Outlook information, MobileMe stuff, etc) will not.
I have uninstalled and completely purged all Apple data from my PC (including hidden files and folders under Common Files and in the Registry) and reinstalled iTunes. Yet after one or two syncs, the same problem resurfaces. The other weird part is that the Sync Services crap-out message will happen after I do a successful sync, leave the iPhone connected to the PC, and don't even touch the computer for several hours.
I've actually developed a very tedious work around that seems to restore syncing if for a short time.
    - Undock/unconnect all Apple devices from the PC.
    - Close iTunes, MobileMe control panel, and Safari (if you have it).
    - Start Task Manager (Ctrl + Alt + Del) and shut down iTunesHelper.exe and SyncServer.exe
    - Open up a Windows Explorer window (like My Computer) and under Tools, Folder Options, View, toggle on Show Hidden Files and toggle off Hide Protected Operating System FIles
    - In WIndows Explorer, navigate to "C:\Users\<your name>\App Data\Roaming\Apple Computer". Rename the folder Sync Services to something else, like Sync Services_Old.
    - In WIndows Explorere, navigate to "C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Apple\Mobile Device Support" and double-click on AppleSyncNotifier.exe.
    - Go back to your Folder Options and turn off SHow Hidden Files and toggle on Hide Protected Operationg System Files
Now you can start up iTunes again and connect your device. It should sync properly again (at least, until it doesn't once more).
Does anyone at Apple have any idea about this error or a solution?

I actually spent a fair amount of time on the phone with a senior Apple tech last week. He directed me to this topic:
    http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1923?viewlocale=en_US
It's important that you go through the steps EXACTLY as described here and in the proper order. Also make sure MobileMe control panel is uninstalled (if you have it).
Interestingly, when I went through this procedure and then reinstalled iTunes 10.4 64-bit  (didn't do MobileMe or Safari at this stage, but QT is automatically installed) everything worked perfectly. The aforementioned error messages disappeared and all is working flawlessly, as it should.
I hope my expereince will help! Give it a try.
