BB Z3 screen not showing up, even when the phone is on

Got a new BB Z3, however am facing some issues with it. While the phone is on, the screen does not show up, it shows as if the phone is switched off, but when I try calling from a landline to my BB the phone rings but the screen is turned off and I am able to take the call.
But after a few hours the screen turns on and I am able to work normally
Please let me know of how this problem could be solved.

Wow..I just tried it again right now, and for some reason it worked this time,
even though I did it exactly the same way as I was doing it all morning.
I am not going to question why,
I am just happy it is working again.

My 4s continues to lose wi-fi and reverts to 3G even when the phone is 4 ft from the router. Is this a defect in my phone? It happens when I am home and I switch to my wi-fi. It doesn't matter where the phone is in relation to the router. Please note, I have my phone set to NOT sleep. Does any one know why my phone reverts to 3G? I have to manually set it to wi-fi every time this happens.

I have the same issue with my iPhone 4s. It was not an issue when I was using iOS5, but it started once I upgraded to iOS6 and the recent update of iOS6.0.1 did not fix it. Judging from the release notes, Apple thinks this is only an iPhone 5 issue, as they say they fixed it for iPhone 5's.
I have an iPad 2 (iOS6.0.1) and a 3rd generation iPod touch (latest iOS5 release), as well as an Apple TV 2. None of the other devices have this problem and they are all on the same network.
Something interesting... my iPhone 4s works fine on the wifi where I work. At home, it continually turns on and off. My home network is using a Netgear router (WNDR3400) and the iPhone is connecting to it using WPA2+PSK protocol. Hopefully, this information can help Apple figure out the problem.
(I remember my iPod Touch having a similar issue a few years ago with iOS 4, when I had a different Netgear router using the same security protocol. I think iOS 5 fixed it for the iPod Touch... I wonder if some Apple products have an issue with Netgear Routers using that encryption.)

Playbook Bridge Calendar Not Showing What's on the Phone Calendar

There are calendar items that display of my Curve 9330 but not on the Playbook bridge calendar . If I open the calendar item on my phone and from the menu select either "save" or "send," the item will appear on the Playbook bridge calendar - but it then disappears if I close the calendar and reopen it, or when the Playbook wakes up after it goes to sleep.
This issue pre-dates the OS upgrade and still exists. For many months, everything worked fine, but then this problem arose.
I have reinstalled- re-Paired, re-booted. I backed up the Playbook, reinstalled the OS, deleted and reinstalled the bridge on the phone, pulled the phone's battery -- whatever I try, I still have the same problem - the bridge calendar does not show what is on the phone's calendar.
Appointments added to the calendar on my desktop (we use Lotus Notes) show up on the phone but not in the bridge calendar.
I don't use the native calendar.

Short answer is you probably cannot. Once water gets inside the device and it is powered on, the damage likely is permanant.

If the power light is on, it is powering on. There could be a problem with the display itself or a driver, have you tried connecting an external display and seeing if something comes on the screen?
Do you see absolutely nothing on the screen when it is powered on, not even the splash screen?

IPhone will not ring if locked even when Do Not Disturb is not on. Even when the sound toggle on the side is not red. This problem occurs regardless of whether it I have Do not Disturb on (manually, or scheduled) or COMPLETELY OFF.

I've tried wiping the phone and reinstalling from a saved copy but of course the problem comes back because the problem is inherent in the save. There are two options under "Silence" at the bottom of the Do Not Disturb preferences. "Always" or "Only when iPhone is locked". Those are the only two options and I want neither. No amount of deselecting will work. It forces you to pick one.
Does anyone have a solution given that I've better explained the problem?

The settings at the bottom of the Do Not Disturb page do not matter if you have the switch for Manual turned to off, or the Scheduled turned to off.
When the phone is unlocked, if you try to raise the volume of the ringer, what do you see on the screen? Does it say ringer, do you see the word headphones anywhere?

I Use Rokform but that is for the mounting capabilities. For the best front/back and fall protection I recommend the otterbox defender for iPhone 6. Not sure about shipping to India but you could always use a freight forwarding company. Hope that helps!

Safari icon has disappeared from my iPad. Will not show up even when I double click home button to show history.

Battery is exhausted after few hours, even when the phone is turned off

I am a Movistar - Colombia ZTE firefox open user, I have a battery problem after November 8, in the night the battery was exhausted totally, I think the phone have a virus or some trick of the operator, they try to manipulate the customers in many ways.
I charged my phone many times in the week end and the phone is getting a low battery message too quickly, I suspect the phone is making some task on background that I not request, because all the functions of the phone works fine, even I tried to uninstall the last installed apps without success, and the phone never get any hit or was dropped.
The provider, Movistar, is very tricky I don't have too much confidence of them, I installed the last update from them yesterday but not fix the problem. some days ago I installed other updates I think from movistar probably the problem starts since I made it.

it is very unlikely that there is a virus running on the ZTE Open. Firefox OS doesn't let for any native application to run on the phone, unless it is a certified application.
As to why the battery consumption is bad, it will really help if you can give us some information about the version of the Firefox OS the phone is running on. You can find this by going to Settings -> Device Information and provide us the details.
Also, it is likely that there could be a battery issue with your phone and it might also help if you can check with the vendor to see if there is an issue with the battery.

Are you certain that it is locked to Orange?
Regardless, Apple does not lock devices, carriers do.
If the carrier refuses to unlock the device there is nothing that can be done.

The S4 has documented issues with the display going dark for no apparent reason. This happened to my wife's S4 twice, and both times the phone was replaced under warranty. The problem seems to originate with a small, undetectable crack under the surface glass on the LCD display. These cracks develop structurally and not the result of abuse or accidental damage.
If you take it to a Verizon store, they should be able to confirm there is no damage to the phone and get a replacement under warranty ordered for you. At least, that's how it worked for me.
Oh...just for kicks, try holding down the home button and the power button together for 10 or 15 seconds. This is a "reboot" of the phone and may or may not have any effect.

I just found out. Above the icon is a copy of the open page of the program(s). You slide the pages up to close.

Why does my iMac make a buzzing noise any time my iPhone 5 is near it, even when the phone is on wifi?

It reminds me of back in the day when your computer speakers would get interference whenever your cell phone is near it, but this is just a constant buzzing coming from my iMac whenever i have my iPhone 5 near it (e.g. sitting on the table next to the iMac when it's plugged in). My iPhone 4 and my last few phones before that never did that. I thought it might have been the LTE signal causing it, but it does it when it's on wifi as well.
The sound is louder if I have messenger running for some reason. It's odd as ****! If anyone has any ideas, please let me know!

I forgot to add, it's a Verizon phone so it's CDMA. It used to be only GSM phones that did this.
