How do i get it back?

My BBM messenger sent working curve 8520 ive tried turning if taking battery out and all I get is the 3 lines to say its sending but it never send to no one please help me

Given what you state, you are still using your home carrier SIM and are attempting to use your services via an International Roaming plan provided by your home carrier. Such can be challenging for some carriers to properly configure...I had two "failed" international trips before my prior carrier could properly configure my international roaming.
The challenge is that the configuration that your home carrier must do must be done while your BB is actually on your home carrier network; changes to the configuration cannot be done while you are actually roaming. To make this even more challenging, testing of the configuration cannot happen until you travel and attempt to use it.
This creates a great challenge -- if they configure it incorrectly before you leave your home network, and the testing fails when you travel, then they (your home carrier) typically can do nothing about it until your device returns to your home carrier network. (Hence those two "failed" trips of mine that I mentioned earlier.)
As far as I understand, your only option is to wait until you return home and then talk to your home carrier again, letting them know what happened, and hope that they can fix it for your next trip.

Bbm messenger on playbook

I love my playbook and it work great but ever since the first software update i can no longer enlarge my bbn contacts photo. And the functionality of the bbm messenger is not as good as on the phone like saving photos sent to me by my contacts.
I am posting this to see if someone knows how to get this info to rims developers so they can rectify these problems

BBM messenger conversation dissapear!

When I have several conversations in the BB messenger with contacts, and some conversations disappear after a couple of days.
Why are they being erased? I never erased them.

I don't believe you can store these conversations forever in BBM. If you want to maintain a history, in the conversation press menu/blackberry button and "copy history". You can go and paste it into notes/memo after that.
It may be getting deleted if you are running low on memory. Check Options>Status for your "file free" value. Keep that above 15000000 bytes as much as possible. Doing a Battery Pull helps as well:
1. Remove the battery while phone is turned on
2. Wait a few seconds before inserting it again
3. Allow the long boot up process to finish (takes a few minutes usually)
This clears most software issues that occur on blackberries from time to time. You could also use Quickpull, a free app that simulates a battery pull without physically removing the battery: http://software.crackberry.com/product.asp?id=27660
A battery pull reclaims memory lost during application usage and clears minor software errors that creep in over time. The blackberry runs an OS just like your PC runs windows and the battery pull is the equivalent of a reboot/restart on your computer.

About the BBM messenger registration status

I just bought my torch around a weeok ago, and I can't see someone else display picture in BBM and everytime i tried to do the messenger status is always failed and keep saying retry. Can you help me please! How to activate the messenger status.

You need sufficient BlackBerry data plan. Contact your Service provider to add BlackBerry data plan.

BBM Messenger not working after update to latest version 7 on 9320

After upgrading to version 7 of BBM my BBM is sitting there not registering. I have uninstalled it 20 times and am royally pissed. Help!

BBM Messenger Ver 6.1.0.70 Serious bug

I have just to day upgraded to the latest version of BBM, I have received from multiple people that they are again receiving old BBM messages which I sent to them previously.
This to me indicates a very serious bug with latest BBM.
Handset : Pearl 9105 3G
OS ver 5 bundle 1476
Carrier : O2 (UK)

I had same issue all old broadcasts were sent again as I switch off and on my bb better to install the previous version 6.1.0.49 make sure it is suitable for ur OS that will solve it

I would like to know about the feasibility of the concept that if one of my friend (bbm user) lost his cell phone and would like to send message via any website through BBM PIN and get response over the same website. Is it possible?

Hi Mayur,
Welcome to the forums!
Currently, in order to communicate with a user via BBM you must have a BlackBerry device. There is no interface to allow other means of communication with the BBM servers.

Bbm messenger. won't work after upgrade!

I upgraded. My bbm from 6.0. To 7.0s and after it upgraded, it won't alloW me to use. My bbm, it keep on tellin me to put my blkberry I'd, and although I'm putiing in the correct pin, it keep on telling mE am not and thn it blocks me. From Tryning too many time for 15 mins. My fones is a blkberry curve 9790 user orange, some1 please help

How to clear updates from BBM on q10

Can't seem to figure out how to clear updates from BBM messenger. I. Have the Q10 any feedback would be great!

Thank you for pointing this out. Might I rephrase that to, go to updates. press and hold on a update. Tap on "hide all updates" and this would clear the existing updates of that person, and blocks all further updates from that user.

BBM not working with WiFi

Hello friends..I recently bought Z10. With WiFi I am able to use FB, Whatsapp, BB App World But unable to use BBM messenger..Please suggest a solution..I have updated the OS to 10.2

It has to be your service provider issue, if BBM & everything else works on WIFI you need to have them look at the matter again!

The bbm error message says: "BBM has lost its connection. Please wait for my z10

having bbm issue cannot connect to my bbm messenger on my z10 for more then 30 seconds always having a message saying bbm has lots its connection trying to reconnect to the server please wait while server attemps to reconnect and my cell phone is register under the black berry services .
I already try to fix issue by changing my sim card and updated my os to a new one but no succes issue came back inside of 24 hours. those solution were not succesful.
any suggestion are help would be appreciated
