BBM on Playbook won´t show chat
BBM on my Playbook suddenly stopped working properly cannot see chat only shows my contact list and the I warning when I get a new message, tried reeboting playbook, reinstalling bridge on bb nothing works what can I do?
Delete the profile in Bluetooth as well as the bridge application. Reboot the both devices', reinstall bridge and repair. If this does not work you will need to do a security wipe. Just backup your data first.

Try within the WhatsApp application, and in the menu, under Settings, disable theMessage History. After connecting the phone or PC, meteos on the card and on the"Databases" folder and delete the "WhatsApp" off and enter the application againconfiguration folder and activate the recorded history in the memory card .

Blackberry Playbook won't reboot

New Playbook does not show my apps in Appworld
Hi All,
Yesterday I had to exchange my Playbook (it had a corner of the screen that was darker than the rest - a story for another thread). I got my new Playbook and it all appears to be working fine. I have registered it to my existing Blackberry ID, but for some reason Appworld on the Playbook refuses to show any of my Apps, either from my Blackberry Bold, or Apps that I downloaded to the old Playbook before exchanging it.
I did a Wipe of the old Playbook prior to exchanging, so I cannot see any reason why Appworld will not allow me to see any apps on the new one.
Can anyone help here?

NeilYou have probably tried to reboot the PB so I won't mention it You may have to contact customer support and hope for some help from them. Are the PB apps listed in the unavailable section of My World on your 9700?

I upgraded to the new OS 2.0 today and now my playbook won't boot up? What's going on??
You need to follow these instructions to "debrick" your PlayBook:
You should have the Desktop Software version 7 installed on your PC, can be downloaded from http://us.blackberry.com/apps-software/desktop/
1. Make sure your PlayBook is powered off (sounds like yours might already be) press and hold down the power button until the unit forces the device off.
2. With the Desktop Software open on your computer and the PlayBook powered off, connect the PlayBook to your computer.
3. You should see an error screen from Desktop Software popup with the options to Retry, Update, or Cancel.
Very quickly choose the Update option.
4. Once this is complete your PlayBook will go back through the initial (as if new) setup wizard (entering the BlackBerryID, etc.), and then you can perform a restore using Desktop Software to return your personal data from the backup. Applications which you downloaded from AppWorld won't restore, but they can be easily reinstalled using AppWorld > My World section of AppWorld.

Try this, while connected to your charger. Press and hold the Power key, up and down volume (-/+) all three buttons simultaneously, for about 10-12 seconds. You should the red LED blink and that should allow a reset of the PlayBook and to power up.

Playbook won't power up after software update
i downloaded the OS software update and clicked restart when installed. Since then the playbook won't work at all and can't switch on even though the screen feels warm as if it's working but not displaying. Anyone else had this problem?
LEAVE it connected to the wall outlet charger (not the USB > PC charger).
Leave it connected for 24 hours... every 3-5 hours, press and hold the power button only for about 20 seconds. Eventually it will boot on up, but first must reach a certain charge level.
You will see the blinking red and perhaps yellowish LED light, and perhaps a symbol on screen of "no battery". That means the battery is drained, but it must reach a certain charge before powering on.

I don't know hoIw to fix this problem, anyone. I have tried to add device, but like I said it is already on the devices but won't show up in the computers so I can put music on it syncs on the itunes site it also says my ipod on the itunes site but no itunes logo shows up any help is appreciated thanks

I bought an iPhone 5s today and after it was fully activated and working, tried to hook it up to my computer. It said my itunes had to update, however it wouldn't update so I uninstalled itunes and downloaded it off of apple's site. This time it downloaded and when I checked itunes for updates, it said it was at 11.1.5 and current. However, when I plug my phone in, it won't show up in itunes. It registers on the computer and the phone asks me if I want to trust this computer, to which I answer yes.
I've tried checking the apple mobile support and stopping and starting it again along with anything else to do with the mobile. I've tried reinstalling, restarting and pretty much everything I can think of.
My computer is a fully updated, windows 8.1 HPError -50 is generally associated with firewalls or anti-virus software as described here:

My iPhone 5S won't show up in iTunes to sync. It charges still and it opens iPhoto, but doesn't even register in iTunes. I have no idea what to do and nothing is working!
And the other night while i was trying to sync my phone, it was working until "Error message (-50)" started coming up every time i tried to sync or update my phone's software through itunes on my computer. eventually, itunes quit and i unplugged my phone and updated it wirelessly. i have no idea why any of this is happenings. My phone does show up on windows when I plug it inbut not in iTunes. I've tried everything that it says to do under support as well as uninstalling itunes and reinstalling it but it still won't show up. Is anyone having the same issue? I'm using the latest version of itunes and iOS and am running windows 8.

iTunes never displays the iPod in the left pane?
iTunes is shipped with a "helper application" called the "iPod Service" that runs and is used by iTunes to communicate with the iPod device. This service may be disabled.
If your system is Microsoft Windows XP and you are logged in as an Administrator:
1. Quit iTunes and, if your iPod is currently connected to your computer, safely remove it using the system tray application to manage removable devices.
2. Right click on "My Computer"
3. Select "Manage"
4. In the "Computer Management" window, left pane (tree view), follow this path:
+Computer Management (local) > Services and Applications > Services+.
5. In the right pane, scroll down to "iPod Service" and double click it.
6. If the service is listed as "Disabled" and "Stopped," change to "Manual" and "Start" it. ("Manual" will cause it to start when iTunes starts and "Start" starts the service right now.)
7. Close "Computer Management"
8. Restart iTunes and wait for it to completely come up.
9. Reconnect your iPod.
