BBPSC04, BBPSEARCH, BBP_PDH_SEARCH expand all shopping carts of list

Hi Experts,
I am looking for a solution to expand all SC in the result list of a shoping cart search either by default or by implementing (or usage)
of the BUTTON_EXPAND_ALL in screen 4000/4001 of SAPLBBP_PDH_SEARCH.
Curren behaviour: If only one SC is found as a result of a search its is expanded and all positions can be seen. If more SC are found, these are collapsed.
SRM 5.0 / SAPKIBKT11
Thank you so much,
Claus

  • Migration - how to cancel all shopping carts in process

    Hello people,
we are migrating from EBP to SRM (another machine).
During this migration the users can access the EBP to check their old shopping carts, but could not change them.
I have create a role with BBPPU02  transaction only.
When the user tries to change a shopping cart (on hold), they receive a message informing  they don´t have access to BBPPU03 transaction.  Thanks ok.
My question is: is there a job to cancell all shopping carts in process? Those shopping carts on hold, or not authorized. I would like to set their status to something like "Cancelled". This way the user could not change anyway.
    Do you know?
    Thanks a lot!

I decided to take off the profiles.

  • Shopping Cart/Wish List

I have been a long time iTunes store shopper, and traditionally I've always looked forward to the updates, but one of the changes in the most recent version really irks me. I absolutely cannot stand the new wish list feature. In my opinion, it's a buggier, worse version of the shopping cart, and I seriously wish they would just bring the old one back.
But, since that probably isn't going to happen, I have some questions in hopes of making the new "feature" a little easier to deal with:
    1) Is there any way to make the wish list sort by genre? It used to be really nice with the shopping cart when I could sort through whatever music I had in it by the kind of music I was in the mood for. This is one of many features which, as far as I can tell, is gone.
    2) Is there any way to make it so the wish-list page doesn't reset each time you buy a song? Every time I buy a song, the page refreshes back to the top of the page with all my previous sorting set back to default. This is HIGHLY annoying when I want to buy more than one song, and I have to re-search for the next one after buying the first.
    3) Is there any way to see all your wish-list music on one page rather than having to sort through the 4-5 pages I currently have?
I really appreciate what Apple was trying to do with the Wish List, but unless I'm missing something, they took out more features than they added. Simple ones that make a big difference. I think they aimed it more for people who want to go through and pick a lot of music, and then buy it all at once. They took out a lot of what made large shopping carts easy and quick to navigate and buy from. I for one used the shopping cart more as a place to store all the music I EVENTUALLY wanted to buy rather than a more immediate place to chuck my upcoming purchases. Every time I saw a song on iTunes that I liked, regardless of my immediate intent of buying it, it went in the shopping cart. I may not get to it for months, but it would stay there, and I could get to it easily when I wanted to.
I highly doubt I'm the only person who used it like that, and for those of us who did, I think the wish-list is a crappy alternative.

Well after my post on this very issue was removed (because it was deemed more feedback than a question - which I'm fine with), it would likely have helped.
As far as I can tell, there is only ONE WAY to get to your shopping cart, er, wish list.
    1) Login
    2) On the left bar (the section where your shopping cart used to be, along with your playlists), you have to click on iTunes Store. You'll see your Wish List in the Quick Links section...
Thats it. Clicking anywhere else, like the 'Home' link or whatever, will not help you...if this is all too crazy, yeah, it is. I mean, making it difficult to purchase sounds really, um, crazy, particularly if you shop by shopping cart - which means you actually spend money on more music than "single buy". Ugh!
On the other question on how to "Add to Wish List". In the section where songs are listed (with fixed sized columns that you can't adjust in this version - had to rub that in), you'll see a button to "BUY SONG". To the right of that text is an arrow (in the button, not another column) that if clicked gives you more options. One of them is to add to your wish list. Can't tell if the fixed sized columns are also affecting your view (maybe you're not seeing the entire button?).

  • ITunes 9-- No "Shopping Cart",  "Wish List"  a poor substitute!

I miss greatly the easy functionality of the iTunes8 "Shopping Cart".
iT9's "Wish List" lacks SC's functionality and ease of use.
Has anyone who valued the iT8 Shopping Cart's functionality found a way to approach it in iT9?
I haven't and really miss it-- but maybe I just haven't figured WL out yet?
There seem to be two ways to populate your Wish List:
    1. use the drop down menu beside the "Buy" button in iTunes Store, or
    2. drag your song to your own Wish List album (i.e. an album you create with that name).
#1 method I have found to be incredibly frustrating:
    a. It took my a long time to figure out how to access that WL (iT Help was silent about this).
Answer: from iTunes Store's home screen, hold mouse over your user name in upper right hand corner of home screen and an arrow for a drop-down list appears including Wish List. The resulting list had my new songs in it and a bunch that seemed to have come from iT8 (I maintained a "Shopping List album to back up my SL because periodically it became inaccessible and I had trouble getting Apple to reset it for me) but it is really unpleasant to use, especially if you have a lot of songs there. If you are trying to access the most recent songs added, it is especially cumbersome-- it's divided up into pages and the song list sub-window, within the main window, goes off the bottom of my iMac 24" screen. Therefoer, you have to scroll down to get to the song list sub-window and then scroll again within that sub-window because the song list's page isn't fully shown and you have to scroll down within it to even see all songs on that one page. Then, Worse yet, the song list is into multiple pages, each of which requires a click to see content. You cannot get an overview within your own WL. Even more frustrating, every time you buy a song, this awkward display reverts to the first line of the first page which causes you to have to go thru this whole process all over again. Ugh.
#2. The 2nd method of making your own Wish List album is better, but still requires you to deal with the awful scrolling window within a scrolling window. I can't get any large overview of the various arrangements of a song that I am searching for. iT9's approach makes me feel awkward and blind compared to iT8. To populate your WL album, you must individually drag each song into a relatively small album accurately and one at a time. This is a pain vs. just double clicking on it in iT8 to add it to my SC. Once you've got the songs you want in your WL, you can see and sort them much like you could in the old SC. So the real problem I'm encountering here is the basic way that iT9 is designed to display music search results-- what I call scrolling windows within scrolling windows. I tried using the view menu to make it the kind of sweeping view that iT8 offered, but nothing seemed to improve the view.
Has anyone else found a work-around to recover the functionality lost in replacing SC's with WL's? Any user tips would be greatly appreciated! I used to really enjoy perusing iT8 and comparing varying artists/arrangements of the same song and this has become really unpleasant in iT9. I love iOS4 for my iPhone 3G though and had to update to iT9 for that. Too bad there's such a trade-off required!

This was discussed ad nauseum when iTunes 9 first came out months ago. If you search the discussions (using the Search Discussions box above and to the right), you'll probably find some of the myriad threads on the subject.
    Best of luck.

  • Shopping Cart approver list table

    Hi Experts,
When we change the approver in the Shopping cart which table/structure will have the details of new(Changed) approver.
I want to pass the new approver details into the BADI *BBP_WFL_APPROVAL* .
Thanks in advance for your quick response.
    Regards,
    Murali

    Hi Prabhu,
Currently the logic in the BADI follows the standard flow meaning From the requestorid determines the next approvers details.
Nowhere the changed Approver name is appearing the BADI. Now we want to break the standard flow and pass the changed approver details in the BADI for fetching the next approvers.
Please let me know how we can achieve this.

  • Change logs for Shopping cart

    Hi,
Is it possible to get the change logs for a shopping cart in SRM as to who deleted a line item after approval? We are in the SRM 4 version ( classic scenario).
The problem is that the batch job user seems to be coming up in the last update for the shopping cart and the backend PO is deleted with the RFC user name.
Are there any tables in SRM where the change is logged? I checked CDHDR/CDPOS tables but it is difficult to get the logs for the shopping cart especially for the deleted action.
    Any clues/ideas would be appreciated.
    Regards,
    Rajesh

    Hi
    expand the shopping cart
in the right top corner you can see
    Display Changes
shopping cart might be deleted by BATCHRFC
if the BUYER deleted a PO and the status will be updated in the shopping cart by BATCHRFC user.

  • Shopping Cart needs to be Held Status when created from Upload Program

    Hi All,
Shopping Cart is created from Custom Upload Program. In Upload Program, we used BBP_PD_SC_CREATE, BBP_PD_SC_UPDATE, BBP_PD_SC_SAVE and BBP_PD_SC_COMMIT.
Once the Shopping Cart is created from this upload program, I want ot put Shopping Cart as Helad Status.
I exported the parameter I_PARK as 'X' in BBP_PD_SC_CREATE and BBP_PD_SC_UPDATE. But it is not working i.e., the SRM system is not keeping the Shopping Cart as Held Status.
    Scenario:
I am uploading the Shopping Cart Items (Shopping Cart creation) on behalf of my manager. My manager has to approve Shopping Cart.
If shopping cart is created maually and Shopping cart value is within the spending limit, work flow is not triggered approval proceess. If I am creating shopping cart behalf of some one, I am adding the approver manually while creating.
When ever we create shopping cart through custom upload program, the shopping cart needs to be approved by the Requestor (my manager, to cross check shopping cart items). So I want to park the Shopping Cart and I want to add Approver as my manager.
Please suggest me or guide me to get the solution for my issue.
    Thanks,

  • Item in process in shopping cart

    Hi.
We have been facing the problem of transfering shopping cart in R/3 for last 2 weeks as some of the shopping carts get stucked with message "Item in transfer process".  We could not figure out the reason of this problem, why not all shopping cart, but some of the cases, this problem is coming.
Now I want to clear these shopping carts.
I have already done following steps, but no change in status,
    1. Checked Application monitor, RZ20, SMQ1. SMQ2
    2. No record in BBP_DOCUMENT_TAB
    3. Executed CLEAN_REQREQ_UP
    4. executed BBP_ALERT_SB_NOTTRANSFERED
5.Checked status in BBP_PD, showing as items in status "Item in transfer process (I1111)" and header as "Approved (I1129)"
    6. executed BBP_REQREQ_TRANSFER, and found it is not going up to the BAPI for creating backend document as it is discarding all the items having the status I1111.
Pls help me to clear these shopping carts as well as to figure out the rootcause.
    Thanks and regards.
    Sriparna.

    Hello,
You can try resubmitting the shopping carts in the satus I1111 by runnin
g the report BBP_ALERT_SB_NOTTRANSFERED. This report will change the
status of the shopping carts which are in I1111 to I1112. After running
this report, you can transfer the cart by executing the function module
    bbp_reqreq_resubmit.
Shopping carts might get stuck in status I1111 due to communication
problems with the r/3 backend. So please check the note  557913
which will try to spool the transfer. It will try to transfer
once the communication problem is resolved and it will avoid similier
    problems in future.
If it could not transfer it again, then it will be
recorded in application monitors as local errors for shopping carts.
You have to access that as administrator. Correct the errors there and
try transferring the shopping cart again. That is the standard way of
    transferring the stuck shopping carts.
The SC's can be transferred manually by debugging the function module
    BBP_REQREQ_TRANSFER.
For the shopping cart correction choose the corresponding report below

  • Need to query workflow for Shopping Carts for a report

    Hello,
I am not familar enough with SAP's workflow to know if there are tables or function modules that I can use.  I am requested to develop a report to allow selection of a user's id and find all shopping carts where that person is in the workflow.  Can this be done without re-inventing the world?
Thank you in advance and points will be assigned accordingly.
    Regards, Dean.

    Hi
<u>Which SRM version are you using ? What's the detailed business requirement ?</u>
Please refer to existing transactions on SRM workflow
    like starting with SWW*
    SWWL
    SWWI
Also check the standard tables used in these transactions like , SWWIHEAD (for all workflow inbox items of any user)...
    Do let me know.

  • How to debug a failed shopping cart transfer to ECC in classic mode

    Hello,
I am using SRM 5 in classic mode, connected to ECC 6.0.
I have an error message in the administrator monitor that tells me a transfer a shopping cart to ECC has failed.
"Shopping cart 1000000123: Error creating the follow-on document"
    (Message is BBP_PU 367)
This is located in the "local errors" section of the administrator monitor.
The follow on doucment will be a PO in ECC.
This message does not tell me the cause of the problem therefore I need to retrnsmit the cart and debug to find the error message that is being returned from ECC.
I have browsed the forum and there are various answers about debugging but but have not found exact instructions on how to debug, and it is now always clear on whether the instructions apply to classic or extended classic.
I have seen reference to the method in note 539978 that creates test data with FBGENDAT for the ECC BAPI. However this method does not seem suitable for a production system because it will interfere with all shopping carts being transferred while the shoppign cart with the problem is being debugged.
Therefore I would like to debug in SRM just for the shoppign cart with the problem.
Hopefully this thread will become the defintiive poitn of reference for debuggin a classic shopping cart transfer to ECC  in SRM 5.
I propose to use function module BBP_PD_SC_TRANSFER to transfer the shopping cart again by entering the shopping cart GUID.
Question 1) Can this error message be returned by checks in SRM before the BAPI is called in ECC? If so, where do I place a breakpoint to find the error determined by the checks in SRM?
Question 2) If the system is getting as far as calling the BAPI in ECC, is it possbile to find the error message passed back from ECC by this approach, given that the actual transfer is carried out by the spooler?
Question 3) If this approach is valid, in which method/function module do I need to place a breakpoint, at which statement is the error message passed back to SRM from ECC?
    Your help would be appreciated,
    Reagrds

    Hi Paul,
a small correction to Dishas comment:
The class CL_BBP_BS_ADAPTER_PO_CRT_470_1 is used for the backend release 4.7, so it is not relevant for you. Instead of this, you have to take the CL_BBP_BS_ADAPTER_PO_CRT_ERP10 and method CREATE_DOCUMENT. This is the last step, before the SRM calls the backend system.
From the alert "local errors" I suppose, that there is an error in the SRM customizing (in case the error message comes from the backend system, you get the message into the "Backend Application error").
Typical customizing error, when e.g. the number range of the purchase REQUISITION is not correctly customized (in case the prerequisits for a PO are not fulfilled, the system tried to create a purchase requisition). See the note 1173815 regarding this problem.
    Back to your questions:
The activating of the FBGENDAT was a good idea, but I would give here two hints:
    - I case of production system you can use only the "Mode B".
    - Activate the FBGENDAT only for a short term:
-- at first set the breakpoint in the method CREATE_DOCUMENT (as above described)
    -- execute the BBP_PD_SC_TRANSFER
-- you will be stopped at the breakpoint.
-- Now you can activate the FBGENDAT in the backend
-- go on with F8 in the debugger in the SRM system
-- >>> test data will be filled in the backend system (BAPI_PO_CREATE1)
    -- deactivate the FBGENDAT
You can do this in one min. and the worst what can happen is that you have 2-3 test data in the BAPI_PO_CREATE1 additionally to the erronous SC.
Question 1) Can this error message be returned by checks in SRM before the BAPI is called in ECC? If so, where do I place a breakpoint to find the error determined by the checks in SRM?
    - Maybe... Places for setting breakpoints
    -- FM "BBP_PD_MSG_ADD"
    -- System command "RAISE"
-- FM "META_BAPI_DISPATCH" (typical problem, see above, and also the note 1173815)
Question 2) If the system is getting as far as calling the BAPI in ECC, is it possible to find the error message passed back from ECC by this approach, given that the actual transfer is carried out by the spooler?
    - Yes, you can find the message in the:
-- Test data of the BAPI_PO_CREATE1, if you have activated the FBGENDAT
-- In the method CREATE_DOCUMENT if you "comes back" from the RFC call from the backend
Question 3) If this approach is valid, in which method/function module do I need to place a breakpoint, at which statement is the error message passed back to SRM from ECC?
    - see above, CL_BBP_BS_ADAPTER_PO_CRT_ERP10 method CREATE_DOCUMENT
    Kind regards,
    Peter

  • How to transfer shopping cart attachment to PO in SRM5.0

We ahve a requirement to transfer all shopping cart attachments to the follow on Purchase order in R3. We have a classic inplementation and are using SRM 5.0 system.
Is there some configuration or BADIs in SRM-EBP that I can enable to transfer shopping cart attachments?

    Hi,
First of all If you use SAP Exchange Infrastructure, you do not need to make the
    settings for attachment transfer.
1- You must have installed the Web server(s) for storing attachments.
You can set up Web servers for exchanging documents. To do this you can
define the following types of publishing:
    o   Publishing Internally
This is the exchange of documents between systems that belong to
your own area of responsibility (intranet).
    o   Publishing externally
This is the exchange of documents with partners who should be given
external access (from the extranet) to their own data.
If the publishing settings for external and internal access are
identical, you can use a single Web server for exchanging data.
To allow internal or external access to attachments, enter the following
data for the Publish Internally or Publish Externally option:
    o   Internal/external host
Identifiable name of the Web server (for example, P123456.sap.com).
    o   Internal/external port
Port of the Web server (for example, 1080).
    o   Internal/external directory
Directory on the Web server that you want to use for publishing
attachments. Note that this entry is used for generating a URL, and
so you have to specify a relative path (for example, EBP).
o   Read view (host, port, directory)
If necessary, enter different parameters if the published URL is
different than the normal URL for publishing documents.
    o   User and password
Depending on the security settings of the Web server for publishing
attachments, you can specify a user (and password) with write
        access.
    o   Write proxy
Enter the name of the proxy server used for giving write access.
    Example
    Transferring Attachments
It makes sense to set up attachment transfer in the following cases:
o   To transfer a product configuration from the Internet Sales cata
to a purchasing document (shopping cart, or purchase order) in
         Enterprise Buyer.
o   To allow vendors to access the attachments of purchase orders th
were transferred by XML. The purchase orders contain links (URLs
         the attachments.
    Further notes
    Transferring Attachments
o   In order to generate URLs, the system requires information about
internal access to the Web server (Publish Internally) and about
external access (that is, retrieving attachments).
o   Your Web server administrator should ensure the following:
         -   That external access to the Web server is possible (if desir
         -   That relevant read and write authorizations have been define
the Web server directory for the SRM system
         -   That published documents on the Web servers are deleted when
             they are no longer required
Take the help of your BASIS person.

  • Related to Shopping Carts

    Hi
I am new in the SRM field .I need some inputs reagarding the shopping cart status exposure to approvers.
Normally the approvers in SRM will get the shopping carts in their que once the workflow is triggered in turn of the shopping cart creation .
    For the status report
1.Requesters will see the status through the check status in Go shopping link.
2.The Buyers have Monitor shopping cart by which they will know the status of shopping carts
The question is for the approvers only see the shopping carts in their before the approval ,once it got approved it will siappaear from his inbox. What shall be provided to the approvers to know the status of the shopping carts.
    Thanks & Regards
    Rajhan.S.V

    Hi Rajan,
Approvers are users that have the role for approval. They can only approve as this role contains only approval.
If you want them to see the status of all shopping carts you must add them another role like SG_ADMINISTRATOR which contains transaction BBP_SC_MON that allows to see all shopping carts. You can also define your own role with only this transaction and add it to the users roles.
    Hope this helps,
    Reward points if helpfull.
    Regards,
    Laurent.

  • Shopping cart list from status

Hello all I am using SRM 7.0 and I want to take a list for all shopping carts using status as parameter. Is there some forme to do it without portal?
I don´t want to use administrator tool in the portal because here I can take an Excel list.
    Thanks in advance
    Rosa Rodríguez

    Hello,
Have you tried SC monitor in SRM Administrator? Or else you can use function module BBP_PD_SC_GETLIST.

  • Display other shopping carts without change/delete possibility?

    Hi,
We are using SRM 5.0 and some users needs to display shopping carts created by other, without given the access to change and delete those shopping cart (should still be able to change/delete one's own shopping carts).
Anyone who has a solution on how to give users this authorization? Monitor Shopping Cart transaction displays all shopping cart, but the delete function is active.
    Thank you.
    Christina C-W

    Hi Christina,
    If i understand your requirement correctly, it is as follows;
1.) User shall be able to change/delete their own shopping cart.
2.) The same select user shall be able to view other shopping carts but will not be allowed to change/delete a shopping cart.
    <b>Solution:
1.) User shall be able to change/delete their own shopping cart.</b>
Analysis: The use can still continue to use the "Check Status" Transaction to change/deletre their own shopping carts.
<b>2.) The same select user shall be able to view other shopping carts but will not be allowed to change/delete a shopping cart.</b>
Analysis: Build a Custom Z role that will have access to the BBP_MON_SC (Monitor Shopping Cart Transaction). Use the BADI BBP_MON_SC and use the method, especially the one highlighted in bold below:
    BEFORE_SELECTION_SCREEN
This method is carried out before the selection screen is displayed.
Default values for the selection screen can be set in the following structures:
    CS_HEADER
    General Data
    CS_ITEM
    Item Data
Furthermore, you can define the functions available in the list or define whether icons are active or inactive:
    CS_HEADER-AUTH_TRANSFER
    Transfer Shopping Cart to Backend
    CS_HEADER-AUTH_GET_STATUS:
Update Shopping Cart with Data from Backend
    CS_HEADER-AUTH_ALERTS:
Display Error Messages from Monitor Shopping Cart
    CS_HEADER-AUTH_SC_DISPLAY:
Display Shopping Cart Overview or Items
    <b>CS_HEADER-AUTH_SC_CHANGE
Delete Shopping Cart/Shopping Cart Item, Change Erroneous SC Item</b>
Also, in the BADI, you need to make it specific to the Z-role that you had created, so that your standard monitor shopping cart transactions work for other standard or custom role in your organization.
